I had my first appointment today. Very pleased with the service I received. Staff are awesome! Doctor Nguyen was very thorough and informative about my oral health and took the time to show me the procedures that I will need. Im looking forward to getting some new teeth 😎🦷

The whole staff was very kind and friendly. Starting with the receptionist, the dental assistant, Dr Susan Nguyen, and the young lady at the billing department. They took me in right away after checking in, the dental assistant came in and explained everything that the doctor was going to do by showing me a video. The doctor came in right after and explained the procedures that she was going to perform for the procedures that were necessary. The billing dept took my info and told me the amount that was due after my insurance and scheduled my appointment to move forward with the procedures that need to be done. Overall the experience was smooth and easy, the staff was great. I would highly recommend Dr Susan Nguyen and her staff if you need any type of dental procedure done. Thank you guys and see you in a couple of weeks.

This office is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Nguyen was very thorough in her exam. She clearly explained in great detail in laymans terms exactly what I needed to have done. I left the office armed with written instruction, diagrams, an a estimate of fees. I am recovering well after a bone graft procedure surgery done yesterday because I have major bone loss and needed to get on the path of restoring it . The professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Nguyen brought much assurance to me about my long-term care for my teeth and gums ! Dr. Nguyen gave a follow-up call to see how I am doing , she is extremely intelligent, experienced and caring, and is open always to answer questions I might have. The dr there kept bragging about how she had 20 yrs experience like she was selling herself.I really feel as if they overcharge & she said I needed work that I did not need -I went and got a 2nd opinion after they wanted to charge me over $13,000, when I just went in there for a deep cleaning. My other dentist said for deep cleaning, laser, mouth guard,and grind down $2100......when they wanted to charge over $7000 just for bottom teeth Lazer. ..

Nurse would explain everything she was doing before she did it. Very important on x-rays. Those are hard for me. Dr. Was very knowledgeable & trying her hardest not to cause me too much pain. Billing person gave me break on bill, probably approved by Dr. Even though my treatments are going to be expensive, they are trying to give me break. Highly recommend this Dr. for anybody needing gum work.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff saved me with the emergency dental. Two of my teeth cracked. Dr. Nguyen and her staff stayed late and got me fixed but never complained. I was in agony. Bone was replaced. Pure compassion, concern and the next day, showed my husband and I what is going on with my teeth and gum disease. I am going to have Dr. Nguyen do the other surgery. I love her and her staff!

Very unprofessional. Tell you they accept your insurance, they rescheduled for 2 weeks later, you get there and they hold your insurance card . When you take the 20minutes form to fill out, they then tell you its not covered by your insurance and wanted $140.00 cash for a consultation. Cost me cab fare round trip. They were not friendly at all. All the females in the front stares at you and say nothing. People have told me this is a scam. Good thing I didnt keep and pay out of my own pocket. Dr who referred me was disappointed in the treatment. He will not refer his clients to this place. Im ready to get Better Business involved. They should have paid me for wasting my time sitting there. They even sent me to fill out my thoughts on how un happy I was when I WALKED OUT OF THEIR OFFICE. What a JOKE.

Today I had the final half of the deep/laser cleaning and the nicest technician worked on me. She talked to me and made me so much calmer. She took her time getting me numbed so I didn’t even feel the shots. She answered all my questions patiently. Sorry, I was too nervous and didn’t wear hearing aids so I didn’t get her name. Dr. Nguyen is a very kind, compassionate and highly competent oral surgeon. I had 2 Implants done, gum graft and soft tissue graft, very successful. I’m absolutely pleased with the treatment I have received from her and her awesome staff. Before I got started on this endeavor I went to 3 other consultations, but I’m very glad that I listened to my feelings and decided for Dr. Nguyen. Everything, including the crowns was completed in exactly one year! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

I was starting to have some gum issues and the Dr Nguyen laid out a plan to attack the issue. She spent a lot of time explaining what she was going to do. My gum issues have been resolved. I now just go in for regular cleanings. Her staff, well they are just plain excellent. Selina was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Right from the start, Veronica made sure I knew what I would be paying, Nadia made sure I understood the process, and Dr. Nguyen made sure that I was informed of all possible outcomes, procedures, and necessary treatments. I received emails and texts reminding me of upcoming appts. and pre-op and post-op care. I cannot be more satisfied with the level of care, the clarity of the billing process, and the accessibility of the staff and Dr. even when the office is closed. If you need any type of special dental care, this is definitely the place to do it!

Did a surgery for 5k years ago and recently wanted me to do another one for 7k got two other opinions and they laughed at the thought I even needed surgery making me feel as tho I wasted 5 k before be aware and always get a second opinion especially here and the process are riduclous stay away
