I was really impressed how knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring the staff was with my Son. My Son has Autism and it has been extremely difficult finding a place that is patient with him and accommodating as they have been with him. From beginning to end, they made sure that he was comfortable and explained what they would be doing every step of the way. Thinking outside of the box with other ways to get his x-rays done without causing him any unnecessary anxiety made the visit very smooth. Im beyond grateful and appreciative of the staff taking such great care of my Son and providing him with such a good experience.

Loved this dentist! Recently had my 7 year old and 6 year old attend. Such nice and caring staff. My 7 year old just went through general anesthesia due to severe anxiety toward dentist and some work to do, it was a very scary first experience as a mom and father! But the staff was very ensuring and caring and honestly don’t hesitate to take your kids here. They do such a good job and work quick and safe to ensure patient confidence. I love this dentist! My son did so well in his procedure not only were we parents amazed but the staff was amazed of how great my son did! I trust this facility and you should too. My 6 year old is next to undergo surgery but I am not hesitant this time around as my first experience was great! My son recovered well and fast! Only thing is you do wait for a long appointment but it is super worth it and the staff will send you medication and make sure your kid is pain free. Loved this dentist and will continue to attend! Coming all the way from a 2 hour drive and worth it! Enjoy! Thank you all staff!! For being so caring and loving especially the coordinator! She is the best 😘 thank You so much for being so patient

Friendly and welcoming staff. X-ray tech was great with my 5 y/o and so was the Dr. I came in for a 2nd opinion since another dentist seemed they were not personable and didnt want to show us the cavities and were demeaning to us as parents. The quote to do dental work was 4x more than Childrens Primary Dental and my child did not have as many cavities or as severe as originally told by other dentist.

Great place to take your kids. They are really good with them and they take their time and give the kids a thorough exam. Much better than my previous dentist who were more concerned with quantity than quality.

We Had a very great experience since the moment we stepped in. The person that greeted us and helped us get started has very great customer service. The Assistant that did my daughters xrays was very polite and also very understanding with my child. The dentist that cleaned my daughters teeth was very professional and took the timeTo explain to my daughter how to propertly floss and clean her teeth as well as the second dentisy that did the full inspection on my daughters teeth. I love this place and super love the stuff. Always have a lot a patience’s with kids. We have been patients for more then 5 years. And never had a bad experience.

My son was left in the room with Nitrous Oxide. Unattended for a long time. He eventually had convulsions so I had to rip the mask off his face. I come to find that the level of Nitrous given, was a higher amount then should have been administered. He should have never been left unattended, I do not recommend.

Truly the best of the best here!!! Brought my daughter here on an emergency dental. Awesome can’t describe the care for the children here. My daughter chipped her two front teeth, and truly amazing the job done here. My daughter’s confidence was broken and a very traumatic experience. Dr. Massoumi is an amazing doctor and an excellent person capable of doing the toughest work with patience and a smile on all children, including those with any behavioral or special needs. My family is grateful to her! Her staff is amazing as well, always accommodating our schedules and needs so we can have a seamless experience. I take all my three children here!

Ive had such a great experience here. I take my 3 children all the time. I had to move out of state and only had a week to get my children seen. From no appointments Jasmine was able to do the impossible to make it possible to get me in 2 days later. She is amazing such a great person and very understanding. Her positive demeanor overall is amazing!

I’ve been bringing my kids here for a couple years now. They are kids friendly and great service! I recommend it to my family and friends.

This place is horrible. They only want your money, my child went here twice and I had to pay for sedation out of pocket which did not even sedate her at all even with the supposed gas on her. I came for a scheduled appointment and told them that I was not going to pay again if the sedation did not work and my child was crying and in pain the whole time. It really broke my heart seeing my child in pain. They refused my child and said that I would have to pay for services my child did not even use they were trying to hustle me for my money. I refused to pay for services I did not use. Lastly, My child had an infection on the gum line because the crowns were ill fitted. Please go somewhere else, if you want quality care and do not want to feel hustled by receptionist. I can not recommend them in anyway shape or form.

Childrens primary dental is the best.. I have four children and they all are treated here. We wouldnt take the kiddos any where else.. thanks guys.

Do not bother going to this office! The office is too small and crammed. I hit my head on a television in the parent waiting room while my child was having xrays taken. No privacy at all. Dental chairs out in the open and super crammed.They were supposed to call me to schedule an appointment for my son to return for a procedure once our insurance approved it. Its been 2 months and they havent called me!! The insurance approved the procedure a long time ago!Horrible customer service and no follow up!! Would NOT recommend this place at all.

They always take of my girls quickly and efficiently. My questions are always answered and we always leave with a good experience. It’s never hard to get an appointment and they always work with our schedule. My girls are always at ease here.

This place is just great for kids. Its clean inside and out and there are a lot of ways for the kids to have fun until its time to see the dentist even in the back they still have TVs for them to watch a movie. The staff is friendly and over all very helpful. My kids love coming to the dentist and I as a parent think thats a goal accomplished. The wait time is fair.

BEWARE OF THESE DENTISTS! THEY ARE OUT THERE TO GET YOU!!!We took our daughter for a cavity issue, and they came back with two cavities and three crowns (two of which were absolutely unnecessary) and three Nitrox Oxide Sedations (you are reading this right; not one but three: the third was quoted as possible) that we never asked for nor that my daughter requires. When questioned about the excessive treatment they kept hyperbolizing theoretical situations that could happen if we did not abide by the suggested treatment such as infections, root damages, tooth fractures, etc... When asked to speak to the actual dentist, they kept passing me around to the assistant or to the accountant and back to another person that was not the actual dentist who proposed the treatment. It reminds me when you buy a car at a dealership and they keep checking with the manager in an obvious attempt to difuse my inquiry and force their pricing through. Absolutely awful, so now that you have made it this far into this feedback, dont say you were not warned!

Staff is friendly and have appointments available within reasonable time. Dental assistant was nice enough to explain all the procedures to my child and tried to keep him calm.

I don’t hate this place but keep in mind they’ll make you pay first, and if your kid moves too much after two attempts the doctor will refuse to treat her. They ended up using what I paid towards a future appointment but I don’t know if they actually give refunds. Kind of pointless, just drugged up my child then refused to treat her. Pretty disappointing

Possibly one of the worst dental places for kids. Ghetto location, appointments have 0 value, staff does NOT know how to approach a toddler and encourage them to open their mouths. I doubt assistants even speak English. They are rather brutal in their practices. Appointments are quick, worthless, and provide no thorough examination. Came with my almost 2.5 yr old. Definitely not coming back and not recommending anybody.

I was very nervous for my daughter and a little embarrassed for not having her seen sooner/regularly.. They explained everything clearly and honestly and I love how they speak to the children like a caring family member calming and sweet.. As much as they do and see all day each child is showered with calming attention. I wanna say to parents that come in ..have patience with the staff.. We all have to wait a little..for its not just your little one there it could be my child...having a hard time and its the staff taking time to sooth her.. It can be yours next time. Its been three years since my daughter has been there. Everything that they done to her teeth there still pisses me off today. My daughter has a infection on every tooth at the gumline and need root canal, crowns or extractions on every tooth they have worked on here . shes only 9 .
