Forget this place the masseuse said she would give me my change back for the tip. But when I asked for it she just brushed past it and just kept pushing me out the store. Just unbelievable.

Im not going to lie, but they have pleased me by this I mean the women who have attended me were very beautiful and endured until I was finished. Just being honest! Also Ive only been here twice.

Definitely dont reccomend. Was on the phone or leaving to the front desk half the time. Massaged the same spot the entire time and tried to force a high tip for the worst service. Save yourself the time and money and find any other massage spot.

Venice is great in the past but overpriced but went again last month a 3 year hiatus but was a regular for the two years prior to my hiatus. Didnt stop coming really not due anything but fact that I moved away and have not moved back and returned to see that its now much better, may of changed owners, and now the massage are much cheaper and buy 9 get the 10th free as well. So so only seen Cheri but she was a absolute delight. Will try another lady today and only can hope to achieve another mind blowing experience.

I asked them to do 1 hr massage and paid $50 before the service as requested. One of the ladies told me to just do 30 mins to check if I will like the massage or not. They gave back my $10. When I asked the therapist to extend to 1 hour, she told me that she has a customer waiting. I gave my tip and walk away. I stayed inside my car for a few minutes and saw the 2 ladies who assisted me smoking outside. Not a good experience indeed.

Was either on the phone half the time or checking the door. Overall mediocre massage, would reccomend finding a better location.

BEWARE! This place is the WORST! The owners do not speak fluent English. The massage is mediocre and they DEMAND a tip. Customer service is horrible. When you walk in, they just tell you what massage they think you want. The massages are over priced and the sessions are not the time you paid for!!! This place is set up sketchy. They hurried my husband and I out as if they had a private event coming in and only took us to make some quick money. I was so upset after we left.Please I beg you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Terrible customer service and during the massage itself the masseuse often for 10 minutes or more massaged the same spot and staring at the clock causing it to become tender. Afterwords they say you have to pay a minimum $10 on top of the massage fee. Regardless I will not return here again.
