I had a great experience here! Very clean, friendly and have good chairs that massage good too! The prices are good and my pedicure was good! My first time here. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. I got a non gel mani and pedi and i was pleasantly surprised. The mani lasted longer than i though and didnt chip until after 2.5 weeks! And my toes well, they still look fresh! Maria was so wonderful and provided both services for me. Shes such a kind person and super sweet. I loved the complimentary wine and overall ambience. It was so relaxing.

Had my granddaughter for the day and surprised her with a mani/pedi. She was so excited!! The staff here is always so nice and accommodating! Listened to what we wanted, with all Covid precautions in place. Most definitely will be back!!

I came here to see if they could fix my nails from another salon and they did AMAZING, the manager and his wife are amazing people! customer service was amazing , variety of colors were amazing , everything was just great. 100% would recommend and will be coming to this salon from now on!

On the surface it looks clean and there’s a wide variety of services. However, after getting a mani pedi here I can say that I would never come back here again. It wasn’t a busy day and it took almost 2 hours to even sit with a technician. I was so close to walking out when I got called up. My nails came out okay. Nothing to rave about. Ended up getting a fungal infection on my big toe nail so that raises questions about their tool hygiene. I never have gotten one before in my life. Wasted 2 hours of my life I can never get back plus an infection. Never recommending this place to anybody.

Clean and affordable. Ive gone here for almost 10 years. They have really put money into remodeling and upgrading this space. Additionally, I really like this place because unlike other salons, this one uses hospital-grade machines to sterilize their utensils.

Terrible customer service, I had gel peel off from a nail the next day and I go in and the guy who did them tells me he’s very busy and to come back in an hour! I’ve never been told to come back for a two minute fix, I come back and he’s sitting with another person doing a fresh set of nails and another lady who by the way was available when I had initially gone in comes and fixes it. The whole time he glared over saying I don’t get how that happened blah blah blah , oh if you’ve been doing nails then you would know why... you didn’t apply the gel properly and evenly. Never going back

I used to come here a few years ago..I was always very happy w the end results of my manni pedi... I went bk today to see a completely different salon. Beautiful upgraded decor and paint. Im happy to say Im coming back to an old favorite.

They were not bad if you get there in the morning when they open its not too crowded to do a facial and the fact that it doesnt smell in there like chemicals so theyre not bad I would go back

I have been a faithful Lisas customer for 20 years!!. Annie is fabulous and she is the only one I will let touch my nails. However, I went yesterday for my usual appointment only to find that the owner now charges $1.50 to use a credit card.!! I do not carry cash, nor do I want to use their ATM for 50 cents. The owner no longer accepts checks either. I have learned to bring cash for tips, but I now refuse to pay $1.50 extra to use my credit card. I will go once more only because I have a free manicure coming and then I will not be returning and will be taking my referrals with me. I can easily find good salons who do not charge for credit card use.

I went for a regular manicure and it was horrible, she didnt push my cuticles she left my cuticles very uneven. The next day the nail polish was peeling. The woman who did this really bad manicure, seems like was in a horrible mood, and she was rushing, rushing. $15 Dolls for a horrible manicure. I will never go back there.

First time here, came for a pedicure the first thing I asked was if they knew how to cut ingrown nails. Tammy said yes and sat ms down with this other young girl. In less than 5 minutes she was done cutting my ingrown nails but never really removed them. The lady Tammy comes over and asked me how it was I said I still felt the ingrown nails, they started talking Vietnamese (I suppose ) and after neither one of them were able to service correctly, she said (very rudely ) I suggest you go get your pedicure done at your regular location. Worst customer service experience in a nail salon. If I could give this place 0 for a rating I would. The only reason I stopped by this place is because it was close to base but never would I recommend nor come back for any service here.

Impressive improvement over the years in both technical services and customer service. Ive always gone here for the quality of services, despite customer service. But lately, the customer service deserves +100 from me. I am impressed.

Hi, it was my first visit at Lisas and I got a gel set of nails (its my first time getting them) and it was with Tony, hes nice and all but he wasnt really listening to me.... I wanted an oval shape for my nails and gave me a pointy uneven shape. I kept asking him to make my nails even but he didnt listen. Once he finished I went up to the lady at the counter (who was very sweet) and asked her if my nails were staight, which the werent, she pointed it out to Tony and they started speaking in their native language and she fixed it. I payed the amount that was due and out of curiosity I give Tony a small tip for his time and he just slams it on the counter! Long story short Im not sure if Ill go back or not....

Bad review, my sister and I got a pedicure, they didnt give a good job, like in a hurry, no message, was on her phone and didnt even said she was done, she left and didnt say a word. We would never go back.

I walked in for a mani-pedi. The girl who did my work RUSHED RUSHED everything. She was talking the entire time, not only to me but to everyone around, answering the telephone. When she was, Pushing my cuticles back she basically just, and I am Not exaggerating, TOUCHED my nail. I thought of saying something but she had already cut my my big toe, I didnt want anything else to go wrong. My nails are bubbly, blotchy, and the gel polish isnt even touching the ends, you can clearly see my nail. I ONLY write positive reviews, but for the money I paid, I expect to at least be taken into consideration as a CLIENT/CUSTOMER/GUEST, and my time. Unfortunately, I will never be going back. I even told the girl who did my nails, Next time, take your time, because I dont like my nails. She smiled and said okay. I have several people telling me I shouldnt have gone, if only I wouldve known. I usually go to a nail salon in Las Americas mall where they take their time with the client and consider the fact that we are people too, I will continue going there. Ask for Hank, hes amazing. Im sorry for this, but if I would have read a review like this, I think I wouldve been grateful to save my money I work so hard for. ✌

I went to get my gel manicure like always and they 1st thing they did wrong was that they didnt take off the old gel that I had on correctly before they applied the new one on 2nd they left little bumps of paint in all of them and the started to peel off, I went in again so they could fix them and they made me feel like it was my fault and instead of taking them off they just put more gel on top of it and left them all ugly and they peel off like 2 days later never coming back that was $35 sent to the trash

They never give you a receipt and they charge you $ 3 extra without asking, I dont know if its tax or tip, but its a comfortable and clean place they have massage chairs while you get pedicures during the week, its cheaper ... I dont like that they insist on you. in which you put gel to charge you more.
