I’ve lived in the area for about a year now. It was so hard finding a nail salon that suited my needs. I found this place on my way to get tacos lol. Best decision ever!!! I highly recommend iNails and Spa on Bonita Rd. Super friendly staff. Taylor has been my tech for a while now and she never disappoints me. She’s very detailed and takes her time when doing my manicures and pedicures. Love this place!

It was our first time here and we were coming for a special occasion. We made an appt ahead of time, but got there 5 mins early. They were just opening, but they were ready. The location is clean and they took us right away. My daughter got a dip manicure and pedicure. The work looks great! Make sure to make an appt, looks like they get busy fast.

I have been going here for several months now to moon is her name supposedly always made appointments she always was late this last week she did my nails A full they all fell off as you can see I went to another place to get a one nail repaired and a polish change paid another $50 on top of the $50 I gave moon came back today for a new set and she wanted to charge me another $50 I told her I don’t think so especially after she cut the heck out of my finger and she got upset and I told her sorry I don’t think I should pay and she said fine don’t pay and then I said I will tip you next time and she says no I don’t wanna do you againThat’s the kind of service you’re going to get!!!!!

Taylor did an awesome job on my daughters nails. She made them look identical to the picture on my daughters phone. My daughter was so pleased her nails will look nice for her photo shoot. We will be coming back again to get her nails done for her sweet sixteen.

Ive been going for a while and recently last 2x I had to go back because the gel nail polish bubbled (?) I did go back and got it fixed by the same lady, but it happened again... so when I went 3rd time, the same lady was going to fix, she was nice but I insisted on someone else... Then it didnt bubble!

I want to share a negative experience I had at the Bonita location. Let just call it what it appeared to be discrimination. On 6/9/21 I walked in for a nail fill. Two technicians were sitting idle and the other six workers were busy assisting other customers. While the two acknowledged my presence neither moved to assist me. I was directed to a station and told to wait. Not 5 minutes later a couple walked in and one of the two ladies jumped up to great them and assist them. Too bad for her they only had questions and didnt want service at the time. I was sure to let her see my disappointment at how she treated me versus them. She did not apologize which is why you are reading this. Thank goodness for the professionalism and great customer service of Iris, who helped me once she was done with her other client. Please know that I will never pay another dollar to Inails, I will tell all of my friends and my customers about the negative experience I had. Do better!

My daughter and I went there last Saturday, June 12th I had gel manicure, tech did great job on manicure terrible on applying gel three fingers on left had she wiped gel and reapplied. Next day gel lift on one of those three nails, Wednesday thumb on left had and little finger on right had started chipping. Gel should last longer than next day without lifting or four days before chipping under normal wear. Daughter had fill different tech her nails are beautiful; however was given price we were talking, later that evening she checked they overcharged her $15. Tip was given in cash per their sign, guess they just wanted a little something for themselves. Check receipt before walking away from counter.

They were great, did not wait long. Facial was more than I expected for the price. Will definitely go back!!

I called Tuesday evening to see if I had to make an appointment or I could just walk in. They told me I could just go as a walk in. So I went and when I arrived Moon did my nails. I really liked how she did my nails. I will definitely be going back to get my nails done by Moon.

Prices are not bad, most of the nail techs dont understand english so just be patient when trying to explain exactly what you are there for. Customer service was good and services provided were affordable

They get busy AF quick. I would make an appointment if you have somewhere to be. They fixed a bad nail job for me. I feel like they are not rude, just busy trying to take care of so many people at once. If you walk in at 0730 and they tell you to have a seat and I walk in at 0735 with an appointment for 0730... they’ll do my nails before yours. You’d be mad if they gave your seat away for being five minutes late, so don’t feel so privileged and upset when they seat somebody who walked in after you. They have a clean bathroom and the ladies and gentlemen who work here are extremely nice and helpful. They had 13people working when I came here on a Saturday morning. Some lady came in upset because they said they were too busy to help her right away, but they kept it professional and told her sorry. The lady even got loud and Miss Lindsey still kept her cool. This is a good place to come to, but make an appointment if you’re busy or have somewhere to be!

Their massage chairs hurt more than they help. But otherwise the lady that did my pedicure was very thorough.

I love the work Bryan did. He did an amazing job with my nails, I’ve had a hard time finding someone as talented as himself. He did exactly as the picture I showed him ! he’s also very nice and friendly :)

As soon as I got there I knew it would be a bad experience. The lady I worked with was horrible. I think she was color blind because in the picture I showed her it was obviously a baby pink nail but she instead used a rusty old lady color. Even through BOTH our masks and the protective screen, I could smell the tuna fish sandwich dipped in hot dog water she ate for lunch. She was barefoot and you could tell she had foot fungus 🍄. When I complained about the nails, she repeatedly spat on me and started to drag my poor 78 year old grandma through the mud outside. Never again will I visit this nail salon, and you shouldn’t either.

I’m only giving 3.5 stars because sometimes the other ladies are rough. I left and decided to give it another shot, been attending for years. I recently found Bryan is by far my favorite!! He’s so soft and gentle and my nails always come out beautiful

DO NOT COME HERE... It’s going to be a WASTE OF YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! I’ve never made reviews, ever, but I feel so strongly about this place that I had to... to warn other people. I came here because of the pictures on yelp, I was so excited that finally, I found Lindsey who supposedly can make nail designs, it’s the opposite of everything I expected. I left with ugly, thick, uneven shaped and length nails. I have pictures. Poor customer service and the work is terrible!!! My daughter, who is 9 years, laughed at my nails. An hour after I got home, I went to another nail salon and got everything redone. I couldn’t stand going to work with my nails looking the way it did.

Clean and quick! I came in towards the end of the day but they took me in right away. Price was reasonable but they were rushing to get out and close the nail salon. Despite that, my manicurist Jenny took her time and did a great job!

Amazing place! Highly recommend making an appointment. First time I came here this place was completely booked with ridiculous waiting times. I accidentally booked a time with them for myself and my 5 year old. When I arrived I really OMG this is the place I didnt want to be ,but I. So glad I went inside I was early and they still took my in immediately!! They made everything so much fun for my daughter. Super friendly and honestly made my baby girl feel like a princess!!!! Horrible experience!I arrived at 9 am to find the shop still closed. They opened 5 minutes later.I went to get a basic eyebrow wax and what I got was definitely not what I asked for ! I received a bald spot in one eye brow ..my eyebrows are uneven in thickness and I was told that “all I can do is let it grow back and they are sorry “ ! Completely untrained eyebrow tech let loose with scissors and hot wax ❗️

Pricing was decent, however, the customer service was TERRIBLE. I am a person on the more tense side and the lady doing my nails kept getting angry at me for not relaxing my hands. She yelled at me a few times about it and aggressively tapped my hands. I eventually became so worried about relaxing my hands that they became more and more tense. I was with some friends and I was disappointed that the only thing I could focus on was not angering the lady doing my nails by tensing my hands up. She also made comments about me to the other lady doing nails sitting next to her as well as angrily shaking her head at me. She kept gesturing towards my hands and laughing and making other comments about me. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt terrible about myself the entire time. I will definitely ever return to this location.

Ladies are not clean!!! My friend asked to have her bag changed because they sat him down right away after they go done with a customer and didn’t change the bag and sat him down and told him to put his feet there!! Until he told them to please change the bag!! Then when they sat me down the lady tried to use the gloves she had on with the previous customer!!! So I asked her to change her gloves please and she looked at me confused trying to say they were clean and told her her Gloves had NAIL POLISH FROM PREVIOUS CUSTOMER and THEN SHE CHANGED them and then decided to grabbed clean instruments to use on me! After I notice everything she had was from the previous customer! NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!

Been looking for a new nail shop . This place is AWESOME! The staff is supper friendly & they take the time to listen to what it is that you want & do exactly what u asked them to do. They even ask you & double check before you leave the shop they want you to be happy with the end result. The prices & quality of work is Good. I have found my new nail shop !

I got done my nail and pedi but both gel but my nail she didnt clean it good the cuticles area and the gel is peeling off easily and I paid $100 something. This is my first time go here. But is Im not happy on it. I rather go the place o went before I pay less and my nail gel last long for 2 months.

Naney did an amazing job with my full set Christmas themed nails. She did everything I asked for! While I’m in San Diego this is the only place I will go to get my nails done 💅

TERRIBLE PLACE!! Do not go here!! It It hasn’t even been a full 7 days and FOUR of my nails have broken off. I got a simple ombré set and while I understand the acrylic is layered as thick, my nails should NOT be breaking off so casually. Don’t waste your time and it you’re looking for a great set of acrylics, definitely book with Primp Nail Boutique, quality work!!!

Don’t come here !!!I came yesterday for my eyebrows to get wax I made a huge mistake they burned my eyelids I have pictures that I will be posting on yelp ,the service was rushed and the lady was rough when doing my eyebrows I am traumatized I didnt want to say anything I paid and left but once I got in my car I realized the extent of my injuries today I woke up and my left eye lid is puffy and my right eyelid has a visible cut I am furious I’m leaving to vacation today and this just ruined everything for me. The workers excuse was that my face is sensitive? This makes no sense I’ve had my eyebrows wax several times and this never happened I called and the manager was justifying there actions instead of taking responsibility and at least apologizing.

I have been to this nail salon about 5 times and I can honestly say I would not recommend going here. Every time I go they are always rude, especially the owner. I called and made an appointment and when I entered I wasn’t even greeted. Then a while later she asked how she could help me and I told her I needed a fill. She said ok and something else but I did not hear. So about 2 minutes go by and I’m waiting and the owner just yells at me to sit down in front of everyone causing everyone to stare. Then I left as she embarrassed me infront of everyone. Other times I have gone here she is always rude and does her clients nails very poor. She is very rough as well when doing pedicures. There are some people that do nails very well here, but if you are expecting nice customer service and a positive atmosphere I would not recommend.

So my first time here was today, & it wasnt a great experience overall. I called to ask if they do the organic powder dipping & she said yes, so I schedule the appointment. I get there & everyone is clueless on why Im there in the first place. 10 minutes after my appointment time I go ask if Im going to be helped, & thats when they remembered I existed & had an appointment. Im telling the nail technician what I want in great detail too, & she just says yes which I thought was weird because everywhere Ive been to the nail technicians always made sure we were both on the same page. Anyway, Im sitting there for 30 minutes & shes been filing & shaping my nails as shes yanking on my hand to turn a certain way (my hands arent rubber). Im watching her & I notice she doesnt pull out the dipping powder instead she grabbed the crystal gel...😐 I dont say anything & let her finish her work because I just wanted her to hurry so I can go home. My nail technician then pulls out the UV light thing & I dont like to put my hand in those machines because they ate always dirty. This machine was beyond dirty. The second I put my hand in there (trying to not touch any surface) my nails start to feel as if theyre burning, so I tell her but she just tells me to keep my hand inside. My nails look great, but not what I wanted. I was very upset with the miscommunication & overall cleanliness & sanitation of their equipment & location. Once she finished I paid & I left. I wont return ever again. I know that if my nails are burning that its a clear sign that they are not properly sanitizing their equipment!

Love this place!!!! So clean..smells amazing!!! My toes look amazing!!! And they even have complimentary drinks. I got a Vietnamese Coffee and finally emailed everyone back hahahaha Ill def be coming back.. worth the drive and very easy to make an appt. parking was free and easy. Def recommending.

Called to see if they took walk ins. They said come on in. While I know they couldn’t do anything about the long wait, I felt rushed the entire time. The guy doing my nails had them soak for less than a minute before using a cuticle nipper to scrap off the gel polish. I’ve never had any salon do that in the past. Additionally I’m told that it’s actually really bad for your nails! I had to ask for him to use cuticle oil (which he squirted into my hand, rub, and wash off.. after my nails were done)... like I said, I felt rushed and just not an overall pleasant experience.Also, by the time I got home (2 hours later) my new gel polish is already chipping.Would not recommend to anyone.

The environment is friendly to say the least! The employees care about quality work and take the time to listen to what I actually wanted done to my nails. I was in and out in well under an hour; definitely going back.

I’ve been coming here for months for gel pedis and I’m satisfied every time I come. Linsey and all the other techs are friendly and welcoming.

This place is extremely unprofessional and have no sense of safety! I went in Dec 15th for a full set. The guy doing my nails decided to cut the tip of the glue above the table right in front of me. I was looking to the right when he cut it and tip of the glue flew and hit my eye. I immediately covered my eye with my hand when I realized that it was glue because my hand was getting stuck to my eye. I went over to the sink to rinse my eye with water and the guy kept tell me not to wet my nails. Are you kidding me?!?!?Im not worried about the nails! I asked him for different things you would find in a first aid kit just to find out they have no first aid kit, no first Aid training whatsoever. He had to scrape glue off my eyelash line with his nail. That how much was in there! Not to mention the glue stuck on my eyeball! None of the employees knew what to do! It was extremely painful I ended up in the emergency room! When I was leaving all they said to me was I hope you feel better.. Here we are in Jan after my follow-up appointment yesterday and my eye is not back to being 100%! The owner Brian has yet to contact me! I have not heard back from him or any one from this place!

A top notch pedicure. Ive been coming here for about a year while trying other places for comparison and always end up back to iNails with Philip. So, I am through searching. This is the place for my pedicures from now on.

I love this place because some of the employees actually bother to make conversation. The guys that work there really know how to do nails and are very friendly n polite. The quality of the work is really worth what they charge. Ive been looking for a regular place to go to and ive finally found it. 👍

Terrible customer service. My nails was rushed. The lady wasnt even looking at what she was doing. My fingers had super glue all over. The lady did my nail and it came out crooked. I asked her to fix it when I realized. She said my finger is the one thats crooked not my nails as she was twisting my fingers to make it look like my nails were straight. I still asked her to fix it. She went ahead and cut the acrylic nail off without soaking it and ripped off my real nails off. As she proceeded to put the fake one on top. And my hand was burning really bad. I only stuck through it because I had an even going on the following day. This place is terrible. Its not worth your money. Also they served mimosa without asking for your ID. I didnt know and Im underaged. All I was told was its orange juice. Im only giving one star because I cant give a negative star.

Awesome place

This is my second visit and I looooove how comfortable and professional they are. No matter how many people there are they take their time. I’m not the talkative type so it’s relaxing that they respect that and let me relax. I’ll be here every 2 weeks 😍😍😍

One star is being generous if I could i would give NO STARS. For starters its my wifes FIRST TIME ever coming to this place we are its 4.3 stars so we think this has got to be a good place. That 4.3 star rating is wrong way wrong. Me and my wife walk in they ask her what she wants she says manicure they sir her down and she wants for 10 minuets without anyone attending her NOTHING in those 10 minuets two other people show up for the same thing they get seated and start getting attended getting there nails done. And no they did not have an appointment because not once did they say Im here for my appointment. POINT IS DONT GO THERE THERE HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DONT DESERVE TO BE A 4 STAR PLACE.

Not impressed with the service at all. I have NEVER had a pedicure were the top of the toe nails werent buffed or filed (simply filed ALMOST square). No contact made to the underside of the nails...smhIf that wasnt bad enough, I was asked from the beginning what I wanted. I clearly stated, a spa pedicure, with a polish swirl type design on each big toe... hence, the reason I handed you 5 different polish colors. Only to have the girl T tell me she doesnt know how to do designs, just put dots in a circle to look kinda like a flower. When I said that was unacceptable, I was told that no one else could do the design for me, cause they hadnt done the rest of the work. Totally mislead, unsatisfied and disappointed.Came with my sister as a treat, since both our birthdays are this month, but got everything but treated!DO NOT COME TO THIS JOINT! Its a joke!!!

Terrible service. Prices are not the same online and in store. The guy who did my nails did not ask me the shape or length I wanted. My nails came out looking extremely bubbly, short and crooked. The color was not the one I had originally asked for. And they did not give my friend what she had asked for, making us pay $30 extra.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a bit but havent found much time.I went in January to get my nails done for an event, just a simple manicure. The person who did my nails ripped too much cuticle too hard and made two of my finger bleed from it. He couldnt continue until he had the bleeding either slowed or stopped. He used 3 types of alcohol to clean/stop the bleeding but only 1 worked. After they finished drying, and I was home, my nail bed felt very sore and stung quite a bit. No doubt due to the cuticle being ripped and alcohol being dabbed onto it. This pain lasted me about 3-5 days! I wont be coming back.Also I saw him rip open the tools he used on me, and while my manicure was drying, take an empty, sealable package and place the tools he used on me without sanitizing them, into this package to make it look like they were fresh and new.

Came in for a full set with Van after reading stellar reviews on Yelp. First off I will say I was in and out under and hour. I did a simple almond shape with clear acrylic and polish on top. The Polish was done well and the shape was so so. I wouldnt say he nailed my shape but it was doable. Now on to the quality, my nails started lifting in about a weeks time. By week and a half all my nails were off. I blame it on the fact that He placed the tiniest bit of primer on my nails and Im assuming quality of products is not so great. I have my nails done ALL the time and I can ushually go about 3 weeks until I need a fill. So definitely disappointed. I probably wont be going back.

I came here because the good reviews. I got a pedi and full set gel. The lady that did my pedi was good. But the last that did my nails didnt even level them up, they looked terrible, the color is not even all the way up, she left gaps in between. $35 for the nails! $21 for pedi! And she was right next to me to make I leave a tip. I was going to leave $ 5 and she said no $10! This place is terrible

Weird spot. I go with my husband all the time and I feel that they cater to him a bit more. I realized I was right the few times I have been alone. My last time there, was bad, and they are now written off especially since they arent cheap. My complaint experience: got there early one weekday morning and they surprisingly took me right away. I asked for the basic shellac pedicure spa package with rose gold chrome nail color ($80). I have had it before and they did a great job. The technician did not know what she was doing. She put on the chrome dust at the wrong time and it just looked shimmery. I said no. It should be completely chromed out. She ends up doing it right on one foot and screws up the other foot. I had one platinum foot and one rose gold foot. I was so irritated by then because I forgot to mention that I was supposed to get a mani too but was already there for 3 hours (!!!). I have a 1.5 year old, so getting out is a treat for me now. I wont go back ever especially since she made no attempt to fix and charged me full price. Arrogant. Sorry iNail. You lost us for good. Update: forgot to mention that the pricing is inconsistent and overcharge if they can get away with it.

DONT GO HERE.The workers were on their phone the whole time literally on a phone call while doing my nails. They don’t pay attention and got super glue on my fingers and the acrylic powder stuck under every single nails. They charged me $45 for a full set with no design and just plain square shape. Two weeks ago my girlfriend was there to do her nails and the lady doing the nails did a HORRIBLE JOB.... When she was removing the acrylic was very painful. Trimmed the nails very short without even asking and applied acrylic and gel. The lady charged $48.00 for a HORRIBLE JOB!! Not only that theyre always talking to each other in their own language. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I got a full set if acrylics gel and they just lost a customer. When i removed the nails i seen a greenish brown spot on my nail. It was infected and i was having pain..so i had to go buy medicated cream for it 😢
