Great products if you want excellent service ask for Aida. She is helpful and tell you how everything works what its made off. All the facts! They are great products for your hair!I walk in with frizzy damaged her. My hair now is not frizzy fully straight. It even smells good.

At about 1pm on Saturday, January 9th my wife was walking out of Victoria’s Secret, when some sales ladies pressured her to come inside Lionesse and proceeded to do her hair and put products on her.In my wife’s words, they told her she needed this stuff because her husband would look at other girls if she didn’t keep up with her looks. They told her we needed separate bank accounts because he (I) wouldn’t love her, and that she would learn the hard way, attacking her self worth.They put $500 dollars worth of hair extensions in her hair and insisted she walk out with them, all to my wife’s protest. My wife called me twice to help her back out of their pressure.The staff here is disgustingly flawed and should be held accountable for their actions. I would not be upset to see this place go under during the pandemic.

I do agree with the comments that some of the workers there can be very pushy! But I myself and not a pushover, so as much as they were pushy to buy other things I did NOT need or was interested in, I was able to get a good offer on the Hair Brush Blow dryer that I fell in love with!It was exactly what I went in there looking for! I havent used a straightner since then! (Sorry Juanita, I did NOT want that straightner or hair extensions) I also got the hair oil bc I needed some and usually buy BioSilk which costs around the same. Ive recommend this place to some family and they have been able to get refills, return and exchange without a problem! You just have to make sure its within the time frame they give (like any other retailer). Recently I went and was helped out by Veronica who is super friendly and totally not too pushy. We got distracted with other questions I had and she accidentally gave me and my mom back the empty container we went to refill. She had given us her phone number so as soon as I noticed I sent her a message and she responded nicely and gave my mom the refill the next time. I truly liked that even though Verónica made a mistake (and we did too for not double checking), she managed it professionally.(If they werent so pushy at times Id give 5 stars lol)

Warning : False advertising they sale you a product defective with NO Refund. Do not purchase flat irons and blow dryers I spend $326.00 . Their catch is giving a good hair style to sale you an item totally different brand from what they use

The gentleman who owns the shop is delightful and nothing but polite. He takes his time to truly show you how to use the products and to see/feel the benefits for yourself. Never did he push anything, if you like the results you see the choice is yours. We left the shop purchasing nothing but the products worked and we called back to purchase from him and have it shipped to us because he was so lovely.

I loved the service the young lady gave me. She was very nice and polite and gave me all the time in the world. There was a few interruptions here and there but she always excused herself because she was the only one there in the store. She did great. I love her service. I just go there when she’s working so I can have her help me.

The lady that helped me the first time was very nice but lied to me by saying that if I bought a product, I will be able to refill for free. When I came back to the store for my refill then i was told that was not true. So if you dont want to be scammed dont enter that store.

The girls are nice, and I love the mask and oil for my hair

I hate how they approach you. They dont even ask if youd like to try it or not. Even if you say you are not interested they force you. I feel harassed when they dont understand Im not interested. Although the service is good, their skills in regards to approaching someone are not.
