I have been going here for years and theyre the best place I wouldnt go nowhere else. Sara will hands down do you right. She is one of the sweetest ladies and will do an excellent job with your brows. Have nothing but love for all the workers and they make you feel at home too.

WOW. I’ve been to a total of three different eyebrow threading places and none are as fast and good as this place! I don’t know the lady’s name who helped me, but she was incredibly kind. I’ll be back soon!!!

I was a walk-in customer looking to get my eyebrows threaded. The place said they were open until 6:20 PM I walked in at 5:40 PM. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no I did not I’m sorry can I check in. She told me to go ahead and check in and in the middle of it someone walks in and she said that she can’t see me because someone made their appointment. I thought that was very unprofessional if your business is open till 6:20 PM you should be able to provide a service until your business is closed. It’s understandable if it said by appointment only but there was nothing on their website or listed on there yelp that an appointment is required.

Im very particular about my brows and I dont allow anyone else to touch them but these girls here! All the workers do a great job. Najla is kind and always compliments my brows, I leave there looking and feeling good! Highly recommended.

Najla, did my eyebrows. She did a really good job. Her customer service however, leaves much to be desired. She is not friendly at all. She’s rude and I will not be going back again. They lost a customer the always leaves 10 tip.

I went to Super Brows today for the first time, I was looking for a place that opens early on Sunday and they open at 10:00 so that worked perfectly. The place is clean loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly and they are really good. I gave them 5 stars for a job well done with my eyebrows 👍loved it & the price is amazing$10.00 for eyebrows threading! cannot beat the price🙂I give them A+++++ on their freindliness and their professional customer service. I think this will be my place to go👍

Decided to go in to get my eyebrows done and the lady had her ear piece and was on the phone talking and did my brows super quick and not trim them evenly after. Will go elsewhere next time.

Not the friendliest of places. She didnt explain what she wanted me to do as far as holding my skin while she threaded. But she did a good job and my brows turned out nice.

I have the lowest pain tolerance of all time, but they are so patient with me. They are very sweet and do an amazing job! This is the best brow threading place in my opinion.

Threading is far superior to waxing, especially if you have skin sensitivities. This shop has you in and out in under ten minutes, and Ive always been happy with the results. Prices about average for brow threading. Definitely the best option in town for threading.

Its painful, but worth it. Theyre fast and affordable at $10 for brows. I dont think Ill go back to waxing.

I have been at super brows which is located at chula vista San diego, I received a very good customer service at this place, by wonderful Reta, it was my first time visiting chula vista brand and Im sure I will drive extra miles just to do my eyebrows by Reta, She is very talented and has very nice and welcoming attitude , so I highly recommend this place for eyebrows shaping to my friends, relaribes and so every one who participate in this review..

I few months I got my eyebrows done here and I decided to come back again because they were a bit messy. I showed the lady a pic of how the other lady left my eyebrows last time and she said ok. Then she left one of my brows super thin and the other thic with no shape. Poorly done . I don’t recommend this place !
