DO NOT get your hair done with the stylist named Rafi. I usually go to Gila Rut to get my hair done but since they had to change a few rules because of Covid-19 I decided to try out this salon since my mom recommended it and she had her hair done with Ravi before. I went in knowing that I wanted a short cut and a balayage. When I told him what I wanted and he kind of shrugged off everything I said and said he was going to surprise me and give me what fit my skin tone, so I fully trusted him and was super disappointed. He gave me thick chunky highlights which I did not ask for and hated and it did not blend in with my natural hair. He also told me he didn’t want to cut my hair too short but it’s what I asked for. He took 3 and a half hours to do my hair (I’m not exaggerating) because he was working on another client at the same time and it was mostly his assistant that did my hair when I paid to be styled by Ravi. In the end he grossly overcharged me and when I pointed that out he then changed the price but only reducing it by $20. The next day MY HAIR STARTED TO BREAK OFF and was extremely brittle. I sent him pictures of my hair and told him what happened, he then offered me a free hair cream to help restore my damaged hair but I’ve used it everyday for the past couple months and no improvement. I told my mom what happened and she was shocked because she had gone to Ravi a couple of times and always had a great experience, she continued to go even after she heard what happened to me and her hair fell out too after her next appointment with Ravi! He also offered me a free toning the next time I went because he messed up but I will never let him touch my hair again. (Also he said Gila Rut was one step up from Great Clips and that it was a terrible establishment and that he was the best but I have been going to Gila Rut Aveda Salon for years and I am never disappointed)

I give this place 5 Stars because I went through what typically is known to be a painful procedure laser hair removal and I finally can say I no longer have to shave my back. 7 treatments and I have nothing left. I’m always greeted by everybody smiling very happy and very comforting. I came in here after my dad was really sick and everybody cheered me up and made me feel better.

I want to start this post by saying that I am undoubtedly one of the hardest patients to please and make happy. Im sure those that remember me from the day I was there will agree ; ) well I know what I want and Im very picky when it comes to the look that I would like to maintain. I give One Medical Spa a big hi five for taking my expectations and superseding them. I want everyone to know that youre doing yourself a disservice by not receiving your cosmetic procedures here. I was told for many years that a certain look I was trying to obtain was unattainable because of my anatomy. Turns out that was not correct. I was shocked that after one visit I walked away with exactly what Ive been told over and over again was not possible for me. I wont mention names but a certain doctor close by has been saying that I could not get this look and I trusted him. Dr. Girgis does free consultations. Im so glad that I went.

I came in for coolsculpting here, I was so impressed by the amount of knowledge they have regarding the procedure and the prices were better than everyone else I went to. I was able to get an appointment easily. Im a nurse and my schedule is difficult to accommodate. They scheduled me after hours and treated me twice both after my shifts at the hospital. Very accommodating, and I left there feeling like one of the family. Thank you!!

The other place I went to didnt even have a real HydraFacial machine. They were calling it a HydrOfacial the O is the problem. Im so glad I landed in the hands of Shelia an amazing aesthetician.I ended up here from the recommendation of my doctor whom had a HydraFacial here, it was amazing. I joined the membership $139. My face is looking better in my 30s than my 20s.

I was never 100% satisfied and the place I was going to, made me feel that I would never be totally happy because my desired look was never achieved. I finally convinced myself wasn’t possible. I had my lips done by the very nice doctor here Dr. Girgis. He spent nearly 30 minutes going over my options and doing an assessment on me. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctor’s appointment ever. He was so kind and patient and listened to all of my concerns. I can say with confidence that he’s the best in the county. I am absolutely speechless with the results I received from Rafi K. at One Medical Spa and Salon. I initially came with natural dark brown hair, with damaged ends from previous dye, and my hair was in need of an ultimate transformation. I have been been to several stylists in the past, and have been blonde (more brassy than anything) before, but nothing compares to the transformation that Rafi had given me today. In just one session, I was able to go as light as I have ever been with so much dimension and the blending in my roots is absolutely seamless. I went with an ashy silver blonde, something I have never been able to achieve after multiple sessions with other stylists, but was accomplished for the first time when working with Rafi. Rafi is definitely an expert on hair, is evidently a perfectionist in his craft, and you wont leave the salon disappointed. In fact, I cant stop looking in the mirror and thinking, Wow, this is actually my hair! After posting a photo with my new hair, I have gotten countless comments complimenting my hair and so many people wondering where I got it done at and by who. I definitely directed everyone to Rafi and One Medical Salon and Spa. This is the type of work and quality that is WORTH investing in, without a doubt.As for the process, Rafi made sure to take his time, to completely saturate the hair and blend it properly. I 100% trust him with my hair due to how knowledgeable and experienced he is. He even made sure to preserve the quality and health of my hair by leaving a treatment in it overnight after the bleaching process, and coloring/cutting/styling it first thing in the morning the next day. This is something I appreciated, as it truly shows that he cares to prevent as much damage to your hair as possible. Even after such a dramatic transformation, my hair looks and feels sleek, shiny, and healthy. I was Coolsculpted here 3 months ago and am amazed at the results. It’s definitely an art. They’ve perfected it here too. Tara had me sit in a perfect position that allowed me to get more of the fat around my abdomen into their applicator. When I had consultations elsewhere I felt uncomfortable by the lack of knowledge and lack of applicator size. This place has every size available. Dr. Girgis did my Botox I have never been so even and had Botox last me as long as it has.
