Horrible experience. the first time i made an appointment, all went well. the second time they messed up the timing of my appointment but were able to squeeze me in, though I had to wait an hour.the third appointment was the last straw. at my second appointment, the lady at the front desk set up my next CT scan for November 6 at 7:00AM. i verbally confirmed it with her. the day prior, i got an automated call verifying the appointment...so far so good....I arrived the next morning at 7am, only to be left sitting there for a half hour waiting and then being told that my appointment isnt until 11:00, and that there are no technicians until 9am. obviously there is nothing they can do other than apologize, but your integrity and work ethic have already been compromised. ill find a different doctor. i wouldnt feel comfortable having you all schedule any surgeries or procedures.to that end, i wasnt entirely happy that i had to see two different doctors during both of my appointments...shows inconsistency and inability to develop relationships with patients.and being told that i shouldnt worry about my throat thats been sore for nearly two months now is perplexing at best.

Dr. Venkatesan and his team are nothing short of incredible. As a sufferer of chronic sinus infections, I was desperate to find a solution. Dr. Venkatesan was thorough in looking into ALL potential solutions (bloodwork, allergist, over the counter combos) and didn’t just push surgery without fully diving into what was causing my infections. When we exhausted all options, we opted for surgery and he was so patient explaining the entire process. The surgery couldn’t have gone smoother, I was actually walking outside the next day (oops, sorry doc!). Overall, very minimal pain and discomfort and my quality of life has greatly improved.

Dr. Venkatesan quickly got me in for an appointment and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After a few days it turned out to be a medical problem not in his field and he recommended me to another amazing doctor and even was able to push to get me an appointment with her the next day. About a month afterwards Dr Venkatesan called me to check in and see how I was doing. To me that was incredible. He truly cares about his patients.

DR. T K Venkatesan is an awesome surgeon and down to earth human being. His expertise is second to none, he is one of the best surgeon for ENT.From our very first office visit to post surgery follow up in a week he kept us informed and at ease. Everything went as planned by Dr.My wife and I was very worried about the surgery, but DR. made it very easy and comfortable.He made us laugh during a difficult time. The entire office staff from front office to nurses in the back provided excellent first class service.Thank you !

Yes he is one of the best surgeonMy son is his patient since last seven years, and I have full trust on him, thats why now I prefer him for me too, so looking forward to seeing him this Wednesday for my sinuses problems
