THIS PLACE NEED SOME MAJOR HELP WITH UNDERSTANDINGTHE PATIENT PROBLEMS/ I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY EARS AND THIS IS MY 3RD VISIT ON JUNE 3 2021, I WAS NOT INFORMED BY ANYONE TO BRING MY MEDS WITH ME/CREAM/ WHEN DR WEINREICH CAME IN THE ROOM SHE ASKED ME FOR THE CREAM FOR MY EARS I TOLD HERNO ONE TOLD MY TO BRING MY MEDS/ SO SHE SAID ! WELL I CANT HELP YOU, I ASK HER COULD SHE CLEAN OUT MY EARSHER REPLY WAS I NEED THE CREAM.. I WANT CHARGE YOUFOR THE SERVICE BUT WILL RESCHEDULE I CANCELED MYMY APPOINTMENT AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS CLINICBECAUSE IT A WASTE OF TIME

Worst experience ever! Worst audiology department to take children to.

I received a thyroidectomy in July, Dr. Rosenfeld performed my procedure. I could not have asked for a better physician! Dr. Rosenfeld explained, in great detail, the entire process and what I should expect. He proved to be very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. He and his staff, have a great bedside manner and were concerned about my overall health and well being and were careful to address any potential issues and questions that I expressed.Thanks so much for you diligence and expertise, I consider it a true blessing!

It is so difficult to get an appointment. Ive been calling for 2-3 weeks now everyday and I cant seem to get in contact with anyone. This would be for a third appointment, because the first two were pointless. I have wasted so much time with this Clinic it is ridiculous !

The absolute worst every time I come. I scheduled 2 appointments to be told I still have to make another appointment just for the surgeon to explain the procedure. Who ever schedules should be sure they’re scheduling you with the appropriate people to not waste your time . So finally I meet with her and she tell me to call her scheduler for surgery date when I’m ready. 3 months later I call for them to say she’s not going to do your surgery so you have to see another dr. Here I am today waiting 2houra as usual just to be seen by someone for 10 minutes to tell me I need surgery as if I didn’t already know that. At this point I don’t even want them doing my procedure

I had a great experience. Got my tonsils removed by Dr. Dixon. I’m not in too much pain. Everything went smoothly.

My opthamologist knows what is the best solution for my eyes so thats why I go to them every year

My experience with UIC and Dr Joe has been a personal nightmare.anyone planing to have surgery done at UIC should seriously reconsider.The whole department is dirty and unorganized and the whole staff has little regard fortheir patients. My life has been permanently effected by my decision to let Dr Joe perform surgery on me. Please dont make the same mistake.

THIS IS A WORST FACILITY TO DO ANY KIND OF PROCEDURE, OR TREATMENT. ALL THE E.N.T DR. DONT HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE OR SPENT TIME WITH PATIENTS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS WORST, TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
