My 15 year old son has been pretty excited to start the in Invisalign process, after Dr. Tsou has been explaining very detailed, what problems it needs to be addressed. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they are trying hard to accommodate older kids very busy schedule at school.Thank you again, and we can’t wait to see the progress!

I am a 42 year old woman who finally can afford to fix my teeth! All of the staff made me feel very comfortable and not too old to get braces (Im actually going with Invisalign). They explained what I needed to get done, and laid out a plan of what they could do and how much the total cost was going to be, right up front. They even are giving me a payment plan. A very friendly and knowledgeable group!

So far we have had a good experience with the staff and our daughter orthodontia. They seem to be very knowledgeable about their specialty and are kind and patient. They always seem to have appointments that are reasonable and my daughter likes the patient benefits hub where she can earn prizes like gift cards!

We used a different doctor for our 1st child and can say this practice is far superior to others. Scheduling is easy, checkin is easy and overall a great experience for child and parent. I recently was highly recommended by my periodontist. First off, I would like to say how incredibly clean the office is. Also, they do have a wonderful process in place for sanitizing equipment. The technician, Alicia, was amazing. I was extremely nervous for my visit, and she was able to ease my nerves by relating to the anxiety I was feeling. I saw Dr. Jacobson and he is wonderful, thorough and explains in detail his recommended treatment plan for you. His front office staff were also pleasant and very nice. I will be bringing my son here as well as recommending this practice to friends and families.

The treatment coordinator and the doctor were very detailed in explaining the treatment needed for my son. The technology here is unreal! Then I was called back. I just had to call to ask my Ortho Techs name. It was Jen. From the minute I sat in the chair until I was finished, she was nothing short of professional, engaging, helpful & completely interested in my visit, my care & my comfort. She informed me each step of the way about what she was doing, admitted up front what May & may not work in trying something new to try to improve my attachments from falling off. She then recorded things down so that should this happen again, & someone else had to help me, they could follow what she had already done! Saving me & this practice save time!!Jen shared w/me that she was returning to nursing school, inspired by the Craniofacial patients she has worked with Dr. J on. Jen, YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Being over 50, I had many questions when considering this practice for my orthodontic needs. I came to them for a second opinion - Dr. Ray and team were very patient with me and answered all of my questions with empathy. They were actually a tiny more expensive than the first orthodontist with whom I consulted, but I feel like Im in good hands and receive excellent treatment. Its been 6 months already and am seeing great progress. They have a great check-in system that alerts techs if a patient is waiting too long. Ive never been kept waiting more than a minute or two - they have proven that they accurately estimate appointment lengths and dont overbook. I would highly recommend this practice for orthodontic care.

Excellent, patient staff. Worked with us financially. Worked with my son on the physical and emotional components. Repeatedly taught cleaning procedures to help him learn how to deal with his retainer and braces. Noticeable difference in eating, speaking, and facial alignment in addition to spacing of the teeth.
