I really appreciate the quality of service Dr. Neil provide. I visited his office for a consultation for my daughter to get braces. No other doctor would put her braces on due to her teeth structure. After visiting and receiving the price I had a lot of questions. I felt, why would she give me a price when NO one can do my baby braces. I felt, can he do this? Should i go? I had a feeling of hurt and deception. Braces are a lot of money. Dr. Neil took time out of his schedule to call me and carefully explain what he can do. I didnt ask for a call from the doctor but he called. He even referred me to a bone doctor to follow up. I am please very pleased with his work, his time and effort because I have a lot of questions. Hes always willing to explain and help. I just want to say Thank you. Thank you!

Dr. Neil and his staff at Get It Straight were amazing! I had a very difficult case of teeth and had shopped around for months for an orthodontist who could handle my situation and give me the treatment that I wanted. After being told by several orthodontists that I couldn’t do braces behind my teeth, I made a consultation with Dr. Neil, and he immediately assured me that he was up for the challenge. Two years later (including the pandemic) my teeth look amazing, and the process was totally worth it! Highly recommend! His staff is friendly, the whole office is great!

My 10 year old son, who lives in Europe with his mom, was complaining about pain with his expander while visiting in the USA. I called this wonderful orthodontist, explained the situation, and they fit us in on the same day. The staff and doctor who saw my son were wonderful and friendly. If my boys lived in Chicago this is where I would take them!

Pretty happy with services so far. My daughter just got her expander and will eventually get braces here. She’s very nervous and not good with pain, but the staff have done a fantastic job with helping her relax, and she hasn’t complained about anything so far. The online check in at the door (Covid precaution) is a bit confusing and it takes a long time to get a response.

For the cost of care and amounts I have spent, Get It Straight could really work on its customer care. Everything is a hassle, from setting appointments and follow up (or lack thereof), excessively long waiting room times, screw ups with billing, limited appointment time availability, and excessive filling out of unnecessary forms on everything from new care to redundant COVID screening. I also wasnt please that my sons $5000 Invisalign was messed up from the start when we werent given some of the fittings.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Dr Warshawsky and staff. My daughter got her braces here and her smile is gorgeous! Dr Warshawsky is knowledgeable and forward thinking when is comes to best options for his clients. He took time to answer all of my questions and even provided me information about best options in braces for myself. I am grateful for their expertise and support. I highly recommend them!

Extremely well-run, organized office with unbelievable in-office equipment and capabilities. No awful mouth impressions necessary! Your mouth is scanned instead and I received my perfect fitting retainer the very next day. Dr. Washawsky and all the staff I encountered were extremely professional yet friendly and easy to converse with; all good listeners with a straightforward plan. Strict Covid standards throughout office were in place and I felt very safe at my visit.

As an adult receiving braces for the first time, this experience has been great. Dr. Warshawsky and his entire staff are highly knowledgable, professional and efficient and, at the same time , have built a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is a pleasure to visit. I always feel like Im catching up with friends which is not usually said about anything orthodontic.

Don’t pass up this amazing orthodontist & team!! I did 4 months of research and consultations before finding him. My consultations before Dr. Warshawsky were frustrating and scary (i.e. jaw surgery, 3.5 years of braces, veneers, tads, etc.). Dr. Warshawsky was extremely impressive with not only his breadth of knowledge, but also his ability to accommodate your lifestyle with creative orthodontic solutions. I ended up getting incognito braces for ~10 months and couldn’t be happier with the results! A bonus was that the treatment pretty much cured my TMJ. I’d recommend him to anyone. The world needs more ethical and genuine orthodontists like Dr. Warshawsky!

I’m giving this place one star because the employees are rude I am forced to wait outside in the heat and snow sometimes for upwards of 45 minutes and they are unresponsive

Highly recommend. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Had braces as a child but never wore my retainers so I came back as an adult and had a wonderful experience. Braces hurt no matter where you go but the staff and ortho’s here made the experience as smooth and painless as possible. Honestly going to miss them. They knocked my treatment out of the park I swear I have the straightest teeth in America now.

I was referred to Dr. Neil, thank goodness! Dr. Neils examination showed that he would be able to straighten my bite & front teeth which were shifting markedly. I am very pleased with his assessment and plan. Dr. Neils methods and procedures are state of the art.Also, ALL of Dr. Neils staff is among the most attentive, gracious and helpful Ive encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Neil and his practice.

Honestly, I go here out of convenience. Also, because I enjoy and I love Chris! Front staff NEVER greets me. I sign in at the kiosk, and no one says anything. Dr. Boler is nice. She’s funny, professional, and very kind. I’m not sure what the lady name is, that takes photos. However, she’s VERY rude! She act like she’s in a hurry. Talks fast, to where you can barely understand her. Moves fast, rushing the whole process. I’ll continue to go, but I don’t consider it to be the best.

Everything about this practice is warm and professional. Dr Neil and his staff use their high level of knowledge and skill, combined with the latest technology, to provide the best result for the patient. It is also amazingly a comfortable office for all ages. I trust the comprehensive and patient-centered care I am receiving. The care is outstanding. Super friendly stuff with very knowledgeable orthodontist.Even if it’s not that easy to schedule an appointment with him and he sometimes has quite a delay - it well worth the wait!Today Dr Neil took more than half an hour again to discuss a game plan. He went in every possible detail and answered every single question.The price is similar to others but you are getting the best.

I cannot recommend Get It Straight Orthodontics enough - I truly wish I could give them 10 stars! My experience with Dr. Warshawsky and his team was nothing short of life changing. If you are on the fence about fixing your smile I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Warshawsky - it really was not as scary, difficult, or expensive as I had anticipated, and having a smile that I love is so much more rewarding than I ever thought it would be.I had been putting off dealing with my teeth for years before I finally decided it was time – at 31 years old. I knew from the moment I met Dr. Warshawsky and his team during my initial consultation that I could trust them to take care of my very complicated case. Dr. Warshawsky was incredibly patient and understanding while listening to my concerns and needs and thoroughly outlined the various treatment plans that would work for me and the differences between them. They also took the time to explain the options I had heard about that wouldn’t work for me, so that I had a complete understanding of my case. Ultimately, I went with lingual (incognito/back of teeth) braces on my top teeth, and clear braces on the bottom. Dr Warshawsky is THE PRO when it comes to lingual braces, which were crucial for me as I was so worried about the appearance of braces at my age and in my profession. The treatment plan he developed allowed me to appear like I did not have braces, it gave me a shorter timeline than other options, and also saved me some money! Throughout my treatment I felt well cared for - his office is on top of scheduling, my appointments always started on time, if not early, and Dr. Warshawsky was very involved every step of the way. Everyone that works there is professional, thorough, and thoughtful. You can really tell that they love what they do and they care about their patients. I will miss seeing them every few weeks!Part of the treatment plan I chose included jaw surgery, although Dr. Warshawsky did provide an option that did not include surgery in case I was not comfortable with it. I felt confident in choosing the plan that included surgery because Dr. Warshawsky works with the UIC Craniofacial Center so I knew the communication between him and my surgeon would be seamless - and it was. My braces went on in January 2019, I had surgery in November, 2019, and my braces just came off last week - June 2020. Had it not been for the COVID-19 shutdown I would have been out of my braces 6 months ahead of schedule, but even with the shutdown I am finished 4 months early, and I could not be happier with the results!

Dr. Neil is excellent! he has such great delicacy when working and yet so precisely. I felt very comfortable because of his technique of working in a particular limited space without been invasive is phenomenal. His does pure quality work.

I love the people and the work that these people put into fixing my teeth. I had came to get braces and i now have them in September after a process that will benefit me in the future.

The staff was super friendly. Chris and Dr. Boler answered all of my questions and helped me find the treatment plan that was right for me.

We paid Dr. Neil for a 24 month orthodontic treatment for my son. The total agreed upon price was $6,100. We still have 6 months worth of treatment, but we are moving to Austin Texas. We would like to receive a $1,525 credit for the 6 months remaining. He has written a check for $360.40. We would like to receive another check for $1,164.60. I have tried multiple times to talk to him and get help from the practice. He has not been helpful on the transfer for my son with other doctors in Austin. He just keeps telling me he is going to help and and no help has been given. I am unable to work with him anymore. He is just not helpful. Do not use this service if you are planning on moving before the treatment is over. There is no help provided by this practice on transfers. I wish it did not have to end this way, but I have tried at least three time to talk to the doctor with no help and no response from his part.

I always have a good experience when I go get my wires adjusted. Yesterdays experience was great I even got in 10 minutes early.

Since I was 14 years old I was told the only way to correct my bite issues was expensive and traumatic jaw breakage surgery. On a hunch, I visited Dr. Neils practice Get It Straight 2 years ago. He asked if I was interested in conventional or unconventional procedures. I inquired further about unconventional and he explained how Wilckodontics accelerated orthodontics could correct my situation without compromising the structural integrity of my jaw. I felt comfortable with his experience and the quality of his staff. Im a cautious and curious person and asked hours of questions over the course of a week. All were answered to my satisfaction. Since wilckodontics involves gum surgery, he referred me to an excellent surgeon partner of his who did an excellent job. I wore braces following the surgery for 18 months and recently had them removed. My world has changed. I can chew food like a normal person, my smile looks incredible, everything is straight and aligned, and Im finally able to use my teeth as intended.I cant thank Get It Straight enough. Thank you so much.

I thought that my treatment here was great. I wanted Invisalign, but they explained that that approach wouldnt work with the amount and type of movement that I needed. I was able to use a type of metal braces that is faster than those typically are. Essentially, they used pre-molded wires designed by software and set in special brackets (no rubber bands!), and that sped up treatment. My treatment cost and timeline were completely as described. Staff are very friendly.While I loved my treatment and results, I was deeply dissatisfied with timeliness. The doctor has multiple offices, and each is only open on some days of the week. Appointments at reasonable times for those with full-time jobs can be difficult to get or reschedule. The office is also often running very late. I sometimes spent up to an hour in the waiting room and then another half hour in the chair before I being treated. My treatment was great, the doctor was great, but the overscheduling and lateness were a problem and have limited my returns for follow up treatment.

The orthodontist is good and most of the people that work here are nice. Its a very well kept place but its not well run. When I went in, I waited over an hour and a half past my appoinment time. It was terrible and incredibly inconsiderate. You could tell that everyone in the waiting room had a places to be and we were all wasting valuable time. When I finally got in there everything was rushed and messy. You could tell that the staff didnt want to be there and were just trying to get everyone out by closing time so they could go home. This is understandable but at the same time, when Im paying thousands of dollars for a service that I have to sit an hour and a half waiting for I excpect a quality job well done.

It was all right. The people were nice, but I had always had to wait a riiclious amount of time, even for a dental place. The facilities were nice, but even when I was seated, I would wait for an excessive amount of time.

With two small kids, I feel like Ive pretty much seen it all in the world of child-related services here in Chicago. this place, hands down, is right up there at the top of my list. I dont know that its possible to make the orthodontist a super fun experience - but they came pretty darn close (for both my child and for me!). every person we interacted with was kind and respectful - they spoke to my daughter in a way that was approachable and honest. she walked out of the office feeling like her questions were answered, and her fears quieted - getting braces is going to be a-ok! thank you dr neal!

I went here to get Invisalign about a year before my wedding so I could have perfect teeth for my wedding day. I just had one tooth that was slightly crooked in top that I was concerned about. I asked for Invisalign since I was going to have festivities in the year leading up to the wedding where I wanted something that obviously wouldnt be noticeable. I was told that they had something similar to Invisalign that was a much cheaper option and would work just as effectively. So I opted for that option since I was told it would do the exact same thing. They told me I would only need to wear it for 6 months so that is what I did.At 6 months, my teeth had not shifted how I wanted them to. So I was told to keep wearing these invisible aligners. At 8 months, I was starting to get worried so I addressed the problem with them in the office. I had said that the aligner wasnt seeming to work. The one tooth that I was most concerned about and the reason for doing this was not shifting at all. This tooth was slightly overlapping another tooth so what needed to happen was that it needed to shift to the side. I was told that the aligners I was wearing were for shifting a tooth back and forward and not from side to side. I absolutely wouldnt have agreed to this route if I knew that as I wasnt just looking to throw my money down the toilet. So, that was extremely concerning since Dr Boller was the one who suggested I do this aligner at my consultation instead of Invisalign in the first place and now is the one telling me that this procedure was not going to give me the results I wanted!!! The problem also lies in the fact that I would never have the same orthk from appointment to appointment. I would get Dr Warshawsky one appointment and the next, Dr Boller. So, she probably didnt look back far enough in her history to see that she was the one who suggested I do these types of aligners.Anyways, as time went on and closer to my wedding day, I was getting extremely frustrated. I had my bridal portraits coming up, bachelorette party and other events leading up to the big day that I would have loved for my teeth to have been perfect for. I was told my teeth were stubborn and it wasnt the aligners fault, etc etc. I was told I would need some sort of shot to soften so the tooth would move and I could pay $200 to have this procedure done. I opted not to do that since I did have braces when I was younger for the same exact purpose and the process went much quicker than they proposed bc my teeth moved so quick. So I knew that wasnt the issue.At one point, I had emailed them about this issue just so I could get all my thoughts and concerns out on paper without forgetting to mention something. After 9 days, they got back to me and said they would chat with me when I came in. When I came in, the next time it was just the same bull. They offered free whitening treatments that they would give me to do right before the wedding to probably try and make me less mad but when that time came, I ended up having to pay for the whitening treatment.As for the day of my wedding, I was still wearing the aligners and my tooth had not shifted. I continued going back to them and wearing the aligner for 9 MONTHS AFTER MY WEDDING with no results. After a 1 full year and 9 months later, nothing. My tooth looked the same. They would say they saw improvements but that was not what i saw when I looked in the mirror. I ended up moving to Texas, luckily for them bc they didnt have to deal with me anymore, but here I am still with the same issue that never got resolved or fixed.I am so extremely disappointed and unhappy. I do not recommend them as that was a lot of time, money and effort completely wasted and gone that I will never get back.

Let me start by saying that everyone there is VERY nice, friendly, great with kids, accommodating and professional (Margaret and Bridget at the front, ALL the technicians are just phenomenal). We visit 2 locations - Lakeview and Hyde Park, and the level of service and attention to details has been very consistent. My daughter started her treatment when she was a few months shy of turning 7, in January 2016. Her dentist recommended that we see an orthodontist ASAP since she was very crowded. GSOs quote was reasonable, the explanation of the process was clear (we also were considering moving to a different state, so we asked a ton of questions). My daughter had lower and upper expanders, now she is wearing braces (her bottom teeth are super straight - they looked like a crooked fence before) creating some room for the upper teeth to come; huge gap between her front teeth is closed; her bite has improved significantly. She just saw her regular dentist who was very impressed with the orthodontic part. My daughter is finishing Phase 1, and I am certain that GSO will be our place for all other necessary phases to come.
