I’ve been here since mid 2020 and having great experience and pleasant treatment ever since my first consultation. Now this is my go to clinic for every tooth problem. The dentists are professional and patient on every question I have. I’ve taken tooth extraction with Dr. Kuma, root canal and crown with Dr. Yang and other dentists. No pain at all! The other faculty in the clinic are very nice as well. They’ve created this warm and friendly atmosphere for all the patients. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

I went in for an urgent care with no appointment . They welcomed me, got paperwork done and obtain care in less than an hour. Ive been seeing Dr. Lee since September 2020 for Invisalign treatment. I had a lot of jaw pain from my teeth being misaligned and after about a month, the pain went away. My teeth are a lot straighter and better aligned now. I am pleased with the progress, which has occurred a lot faster than I thought. They are also really good at following COVID protocols so I feel safe every time I go. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

First, unprofessional receptionists and dentists. Ive been to about 5 dental clinics, this clinic is the only one using a code book to give patients the price of treatment instead of a computer. My bf felt pain in one of his upper tooth. He took X-ray at DENTArt. The dentists barely checked the X-ray and told him his pain was caused by his left bottom wisdom tooth. However, a week later, his upper tooth cracked and he had to do a root canal and crown (~$1000). Second, they make fake insurance claim. My bf paid under $70 at the clinic. They charged him full examination (under 10 minutes examination, what???) and X-ray, which should be free and covered by his insurance. But his insurance claim shows that the insurance pays $202 and patients responsibilitys $187. We went to Brighter Dental of Old Town then to receive professional treatment (highly recommended). Avoid this clinic! Save your time, save your money, and save your teeth!

I had such a WONDERFUL experience here at DentArt. The staff is so friendly. There is complimentary parking (3 spots for guests) and making appointments can be done online or over the phone. I left a comment to schedule an appointment and Dr. Yang (a head dentist) emailed me back promptly. The dental assistant Alice is also very friendly and greeted me when a smile and kind words when I had my check up. I am so pleased with Dr. Yang and her staff she has assembled here! It also helps the hours are very customer friendly for many who work during the day and week!

Unfortunately, I am giving this place 1 star and I have never stepped foot here. However, I finally found where Dr. Kumar is currently practicing dentistry and I need to tell my experience with her. Back in 2017, she performed a wisdom tooth extraction on me at Dental Dreams located at 8301 S Holland on the southside of Chicago. For one, she should have NEVER done the procedure in the first place. She did not make it safe and efficient for me. Before everything began, I told her how I have anxiety and I was nervous and afraid. She was condescending and dismissive. No reassurance and comforting words were given to me. She gave me a local anesthesia and walked away for approximately 10 minutes right after administering it. She began the procedure and I didnt feel anything at first. Approximately 15 minutes into the procedure, the anesthesia wore off. As I was clearly screaming, kicking, and shedding tears, she failed to acknowledge that and did not inject me with more anesthesia. Yes, I did tell her I was no longer numb and I was in pain when it wore off. She continued the procedure allowing me to feel the pain of a tooth extraction such as my bones breaking. She took a break in the middle of my extraction since she was taking too long to remove it. Im convinced she did not perform my procedure correctly. She used only an elevator and something that looked like pliers to remove my tooth and it took her almost an hour to remove it with those 2 tools. She used them interchangeably and injured my bottom lip due to her allowing the tools getting caught in between it. Dr. Kumar was negligent to me and expressed more concern about the noise level in the office than at my cries in pain. When my tooth was finally removed, she expressed how her arm was hurting and sore from trying to remove my tooth instead of checking on me. Because of my experience with Dr. Kumar, she has made me even more weary of dental visits and I dread the thought of going even if its for a cleaning or checkup. I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Kumar to my worst enemy or Satan himself.

Who cancels an appointment because they did not “have confirmation”? No medical facility in Chicagoland has ever canceled an appointment like this. I showed up the date of just to find out it was canceled because they was not able to reach me. Ironically they tell me this at my appointment.

Quick reply when I made an appointment of a dental problem. Unlike some other dental offices never read emails or texts, which made me feel helpless and stressful , especially during the COVID time. With the reduction in business hours, it is hard to find a prompt response place. Besides, the facility is modern and clean. Dr Yang is very professional and point out that my problem is caused by bruxism not cavity. I feel much relieved after the visit. Would recommend to Chinese students!

I had an emergency Sunday night and had trouble scheduling appointment with my previous dentist in this covid time. My friend referred me to Dr Yang and she was able to consult and schedule a root canal procedure for me the next day despite their office being closed on Monday. The root canal was done by Dr Minah. Everything was handled very promptly, and I didn’t feel any pain or soreness at the procedure site the next day. The office was very friendly, efficient, and professional.

I went for a consultation and then a molar extraction. Dr. Kumar is really friend and professional! I told her I was nervous and she played me relaxing music. The extraction is only like 20 min and I don’t need any stitches.What is amazing is that I don’t feel pain afterwards(just a little discomfort) and I wake up next day feeling nothing! All three of my kids have had braces through Dr. Li with excellent results! My youngest got her braces after a new technology was introduced. Her issues were much more severe than my other two children and within 5 months there was such a dramatic change without any tooth extractions or appliances, simply using a combination of the braces and bands at the same time. She will end up having her braces on for even less time than my other two, which we are so excited about since with the severity of her issues we expected her to need treatment for longer! The entire staff is extremely friendly and we have felt like they have taken great care of us throughout this process. Dr. Li’s insight and treatment plan was excellent and I would highly recommend him!!
