Had the Treat your Kitty Nice and Pretty done which includes a full Brazilian wax & vajacial afterwards and it was great from start to finish. Not to mention this was my first time getting waxed after having my baby and it was just a smooth & painless relaxing procedure. Never had it like that before so I’m glad I found her!

First the good - I got a package for 6 sessions of radio frequency treatments and my esthetician Celia was absolutely amazing. Not only did I see results, it was also always a joy to chat with her. Highly recommend her.Now the bad - They kept messing up the IOU. Basically, we are allowed to split up the payment for a package into three or less installments with them. But multiple times, they kept telling me that my remaining balance was something that definitely seemed like more to me. The first time, I was okay with it because calculation errors happen. The second time it was a lot. But the third time, things got really inflated. I did my calculation and showed them but they said they needed to consult with their manager (fair enough). So the manager gives me a call back and leaves me a voicemail saying a ridiculous number that is owed (like more than double of what I had calculated). Then when we were able to get on the call, I walked her through the calculation. She seemed very miffed about it but ultimately she realized I was right. However, after that entire ordeal, I wasn’t given a single apology. Her reaction was like “Okay, I updated your IOU.” and that was it. No “sorry about that” or anything at all.So, I don’t know if I was the only one who faced this, but you can’t expect your customers to constantly correct the math for you. Especially, the first two times when they were wrong, they were off by $50-75. So to a customer it may not even be noticeable given the high cost of the services, and that is dangerous. And if you do mess up, the least you can do - after putting the customer through the ordeal - is offer a sincere apology and some reassurance.As much I loved Celia, the accounting experience left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don’t think I would like to return there.

I had a great experience at body werks! I needed a jump start to my weight loss and was recommended to do the NONSURGICAL BODY CONTOURING package. I’m so glad I did! After 3 sessions my stomach is noticeably flatter! Celia Luna was my technician and she was always prepared, positive, and supportive! I would definitely recommend her!

I had a Brazilian wax with Armani B. on Sunday. She was ready to receive me when I arrived for my service and I enjoyed her positive spirit. This wasnt my first time but I was overdue. I appreciate her method because it did not hurt as much as I assumed and she was very thorough. She was even knowledgeable about other services offered that I referenced. Btw, the new location is very nice!

The service provided by Vanessa was excellent! I recently had a Vajacial & a sugar Brazilian wax for the first time. I was extremely nervous at first, but she answered all my questions. The Service provided by Dee was Phenomenal. Dee is Professional, Personable, Courteous, and Thoughtful. For my Wood Therapy she was always asking if this Pressure was ok. She gave me Step by Step tutorials for each Service I was receiving to make me comfortable. I am so Excited and Grateful she takes the time to give the extra care.

First and last time here. I scheduled 2 services. The first service was good but I had waited over 30 minutes PAST the time my second service was scheduled. By the time she was ready (with NO apology for the delay) I was over it and I just cancelled. Im in the beauty industry and I would NEVER have a client waiting that long and especially without an apology...not professional at all. I definitely won’t be going back.

Phenomenal place with phenomenal service. The front desk staff member that greeted me was friendly and personable. Adreana did an absolutely amazing job on my wax (Ill never go back to regular waxes again). It was significantly less painful, thorough, and very well done. So happy to have found this place and its in walking distance to where I live, so its super convenient!

Updated- Recently they have changed their membership prices. The front desk receptionist doesn’t even tell you that you will be paying more or informing you that they cleave changed prices. They just decide to charge your card, also there is no signage that they have changed their membership prices. When I called to inquire about the charge she left me on hold for 10 minutes and didn’t even say hold on. The membership is advertised that they will give you a discount on products or these “bucks” which they do not. I used to really love this place but now I’m looking elsewhere. If you do decide to go I recommend Vanessa, she is extremely knowledgeable and you can have a conversation about anything.

I tried this place for the first time because the reviews were good. I don’t know if I went on a bad day or what. I made my appointment and showed up about 10 minutes in advance. I get there and the person I had booked with “just ran out to get food”. I thought to myself , why would you go get food so close to your next appointment? I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt and said ok well I’m a bit early so I’ll wait. So now it’s 10 minutes past my appointment and the lady is not back yet. So I ask the receptionist is there anyone else who can do it? Luckily, there was another lady there who was able to service me. She was nice but I still had to touch up the work and pluck missed hairs. Half way through my wax I hear the girl I had the appointment with come in, 25 mins past my appointment time. This place is not top of the line. I’d say if you want a basic wax, and have an emergency, it gets the job done. However, I won’t be back. You get what you pay for.

Great atmosphere! Clean! I came to try out the hydrogelly facial and was super excited about my results. My skin is usually dry from my work environment. Facials are a norm for me. I never tried the hydro facial and Chy was very patient and inviting I believe I have found a new home plus finding a parking spot was not a full task.
