I walked in today for a fire and ice facial, underarm waxing, and underarm wood therapy. I was astonished by the results! With just 1 session I saw a big difference. Lupe and Azalea a very nice people they made me feel like I was at home and lupe made me feel like she was a close friend of mine, she’s so funny. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I didn’t want to get up! I can honestly say that I will definitely be going back for more treatments. I am a satisfied customer 🤗

Last night I had an angel reading by Lupe, first of all she made me feel very comfortable from the get go. When she began my reading she asked me to set my intentions and what I wanted answered from my angels and so I did. The very first card she pulled was the warrior card and was spot on... that was my biggest intention/question that I had absolutely everything about that card resonated with me and what I am currently working on. The next two cards really had me amazed she got everything that I needed guidence with and even surprised me with a few things that I have been doing! Today ,July 23rd, I wanna thank Lupe Dolores and her sister for performing a Reiki session. I was very impressed with the outcome. This was my first session and I was very pleased with the experience. During the session I was in a meditative, and grounding state. Welcoming the divine as the sun broke through while we asked for white light to go through each chakra. I felt his calm presence while the light beamed giving off a warm feeling. After the session we were able to determine what chakra needed work and positive affirmation that has given me so much to look forward to in the future.

I came to Lupe not sure if the Miami trio would work if the acne would go away she told me to trust her and I did and was truly the best decision ever she helped me feel so much more confident in myself with helping. If you have acne anywhere !! Lupe can help dark spots she can help

I have received 2 facials at Sphynx Spa Suite and each time just got better. Lupe is an amazing service provider; everything is planned out so well and transitions so smoothly.The facial starts with and neck and decollete massage to warm you up to her touch. Each warm towel she uses on your skin is scented with natural eucalyptus oil. Its like a refreshment with each step.I LOVE dermaplaning and that is what I have gotten from Lupe each time. She starts by applying an oil to your skin that is specially made for the service. I have never gotten a dermaplane where the esthetician used oil and I have to say it is AMAZING. The blade glides over your skin and you dontt feel a thing. She is not shy about really getting in there and exfoliating your skin to exactly what it can handle.After the main event she applies an exfoliating enzyme to really brighten and loosen the skin for extractions. While the enzyme is on Lupe preforms a hand and arm massage. Her method for extractions is genius. I leave every time with absolutely no gunk left in my skin.The product line she uses(Skinscript) is great! Every product feels like it is working and smells amazing. The mask is accompanied by a foot and leg massage, and cold eye mask! Just pure bliss.Once the finishing products are on and you think it cant get any better, she uses cold rollers on your face to tighten skin and penetrate product.I am an esthetician myself so I know a spectacular facial when I have one. Lupe is great and my facialist for life.

I have been seeing Lupe for over a year now for waxing, and facial treatments. She is by far the most dedicated and knowledgeable aesthetician in the river north & Streeterville area. She is flexible with scheduling and I always leave her office feeling wonderful. She recently did a PCA peel & microdermabrasion treatment on my skin and it has been nothing but beautiful since I left. Her waxing is always on point and she does my brows to perfection.
