I love dr.bustamante! The office is very disorganized. The staff is nice, but when youre trying to get help with referrals, results or questions.. They never answer, dont return calls, and are never on the same page especially when it comes to insurance questions.

Ive been going there for the past 7-8 yrs. Ive always gone there early in the morning when they had walk ins. Was always out of there by 9-9:30. The previous post about the chairs,they have new ones,very nice. Had no problemmaking an appointment for yesterday. Drs have always been nice

Worse office!!! You are always waiting over two hours Or more to see this doctors, let alone a referral they either forget that they need to do their job or give you an attitude. Very quick to charge money tho. The doctors don’t even take the time to listen and their diagnose just be a guess.

This place is awful. The receptionists cant do their simple job of answering phones. I called and got put straight on hold, waited for 20 minutes and hung up because Im not waiting. I called 5 more times after and it rang and went to voicemail. You really dont have to be smart to answer the phone so just do your easy job. The doctors misdiagnose. Dr. Bustamante shames you for what you came in for if its anything to do with sexual health. Dont come here. Also, even with an appointment you will be here for AT LEAST 2 hours.

My wife had a post surgery appointment whit this Cavero doctor, we were waiting in the waiting room for over 3 hours, and then another one at the exam room, theres no way to describe the choice words I have for this doctor

The people at the front desk are OK when youre in there, in person. Trying to set up/schedule an appointment over the phone- service, it is horrible. I have only seen 2 doctors there both were good but Dr. Angarita stood out to me. He really knows what he is doing, and really listens to what you have to say and asks questions as well and explains everything. The doctor assistants are also very well trained, friendly and knowledgeable.

So unprofessional. Had an appointment and took about two hours to see a doctor. The Doctor was a bit to touchy. Plus they take forever to answer calls.

If I could give a 0 for rating, I would. This place is absolutely horrible. Be willing to wait up to 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Dont trip to call and leave a message for anyone, referrals, medical assistant, etc, they wont call you back! Also, they rip you office and ALWAYS request you to come in for unnecessary appointments so they can charge your insurance!!! Also, if you leave you get charge a fee per page for your medical records and they cant tell you how many pages it is because supposedly they get it printed through an outside company. Please dont go to this medical group!! Absolutely horrible!

Do yourself a favor and find a different pcp and avoid coming here. I have been coming here for years and I finally had it with this place. The medical assistants never call you back. I got told I was going to get a call back and never did. They never faxed my referral form to the hospital and no one even bothered to confirm if this was done or not yet. The only was to get a response from the staff is if you show up in person. The staff is not trained on customer service. The wait time is ridiculous, whether you have an appointment or not you wait for 2 hours minimum. Overall avoid coming here and save yourself the headaches!

Good service, quickest wait time Ive ever experienced, the free food there is AMAZING, the staff speaks deportation, the chairs are best Ive ever sat on, very very nice, and have amazing cushioning. They have a large variety of entertainment while youre waiting so it shouldnt be much of a problem if you even have to wait. Would strongly recommend.

Their service is indescribable. The wait time is nonexistent, the doctors are great. The free food distributed is of immensely high quality, something even Gordon Ramsay would think is delicious. The extremely high quality DX Racer chairs are comfy and enjoyable. 10/10 would visit again.

Had an appointment at 12pm. Walked in and checked in 5 minutes before my appointment.Waited 2 and half hours and still nothing, ended up walking out!Please do yourself a favor and dont come here, unless you have 2-3 hours to spare just sitting down waiting for a doctor!

I concur with a previous post. If I could give a post a 0 I would. Worst worst service ever. The wait time is eternal. I called in to schedule an appointment and whoever answered told me they had an open one at noon. So, I decided to set up the appointment thinking that the wait shouldnt be so long. Well was I wrong. I waited for over three hours when I decided to ask what was the delay in seeing me. Turns out they didnt schedule me an appointment and had me in as a walk in. Now, I said how was that possible if when I arrived they had a sign saying they were no longer taking walk ins. They are so disorganized in scheduling their patients that everyone in waiting area was fed up with how long they were taking. The worst place to go to.

Cavero, if you gave a sh**t about the sick people that come in to make you money, you would hire more practitioners. Often happens that some doctors dont come in or take vacation. Find a bigger place for your practice.Make better business decisions, and no i dont consider the new chairs any consolation for waiting 5 hours +

Ive been coming to this clinic for 15 years always give me a good care they always take their time to give you good care probably is why the wait is longer the doctors really professionals and the stuff too I always have a good experience

I started coming here about a month ago thinking there would be great service aside from all the reviews they got on here. The service is alright the doctors are good. The biggest down side of this place is the wait time. If you don’t have an appointment you’re wait time isnt 1-2.5 hours it’s longer. I once had to wait there 4.5 hours just to be seen by any doctor, it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location you’re better off going to the ER. Definitely won’t be going there again.

This place gives horrible service. The time you have to wait is ridiculous. You first wait like about 30 minutes for vitals or something. Then, if your lucky, you’ll be attended in an hour. If not, you’ll spend like a good 3-4 hours here. Very disorganized. Me and my mom were waiting for a referral for like 30 minutes. If my mom didn’t get up to ask for it, we would have been waiting there forever. And the lady that my mom talked to said that she didn’t know my mom was supposed to get a referral. And the other young workers are just plain rude. One of them glared at my mom. I guess they’ll just let anyone be doctors nowadays.

Good service, quickest wait time Ive ever experienced, quality food, the staff speaks illegal, the chairs are best Ive ever sat on, very very nice, and the best of all there is only two televisions which only play Spanish news. Would recommend to a friend!

The Doctors are great, the staff is nice but the chairs are metal, very low, very uncomfortable and so hard for the older patients and obese patients to get up from. The wait is very long, usually about 2-3 hours so the owner of this place should have CONSIDERATION for the patients and at least provide comfortable chairs to wait on.

BAD!!! I have epilepsy and these people will not return calls to refill my prescription. My pharmacy made several attempts and I called 5 times over several days!! They would rather me have a seizure? I have ins..all my bills are paid. I can only come up with one explanation. They just dont care!! How could you trust them to make critical decisions about your health?

Read this review before coming here! I came in at 630 for blood test results. Was called in at 830 for vitals. Its now 930 and still no Doctor. The wait time is horrible. This alone shows this facility is extremely unorganized and desperatley needs to find / establish a better process for its clients. The parking lot parks about 6-8 cars. I wouldnt know if its mostly staff or parked there. If they established a better process to quickly attend their clients... I would imagine more profit for Cavero and his group. But apparently theyd rather change the old metal chairs for 1990s cushion chairs and corner tables reducing available seating area for the people.

Came in without an appointment and wait time was quoted at 3 hours, it is now close to 5 hours and I have still not been put in a room.Lady in charge of referrals has both given an incorrect referral and faxed the corrected one to the wrong address.If I could give a zero i would, am currently looking for a new clinic.The most annoying thing is that for anything wrong it seems to always require more than one visit.

This practice has been extremely unprofessional in how it handles its patients and communicates with them. Even with an appointment, there are exorbitant wait times for only 5 minutes with your doctor. Many of the new staff members that have come in over the years are rude and act as if medical questions are a bother to them. Communicating via phone with questions about insurance coverage and referrals is also a hassle to the point that they did not even know what medical network their clinic is a part of. Highly disorganized and unprofessional all around.

This is the worst clinic in Chicago. Save yourself the 4 hours of waiting by seeing another physician in the city - one thats more precessional and accommodating. Dr. Angarita is incompetent, I explained to him my symptoms on my first visit and he disregarded them. When I came back for the same reason and was rude and walked out the room, not to mention the 2+ hr wait for that doctor to ignore me, but I was sure charged a full doctors visit. Its been 2 weeks and he still hasnt filled out my paperwork. Ive called and they ask me to leave my name and number and NEVER call back. I had to come in and ask and the person up front said its a 2 hour wait to speak to anyone, including the manager who has also never called back. I have a good insurance and they treat you as if you dont. My insurance has made numerous attempts to call this office to the point where theyve ask me what type of clinic am I going to? Its a 2+ hr wait with or without an appointment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR JEOPARDISE YOUR HEALTH.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. First, I want to say that I am a former patient of this medical group. The reasons I left were due to an overall lack of consideration to the patientd, no respect for the appointment times, always being rushed by the physicians, and a total lack of professionalism. I remember being sick and waiting for 3 hours to see a doctor. This wait was and continues to be a regular thing.The receptionist was always saying theres only X amount of patients ahead of you, like thats supposed to help when you have appointment 3 hours prior. Expect to wait for long period of times and pay as soon as you walk in.My mother still attends this clinic and just returned saying that in addition to her wait of over an hour and a half, usually its a longer wait, her doctor walked out of her room after a few minutes of seeing her. My mother had other things to discuss with her doctor but could not because of the doctor cutting her appointment short and not even mentioning that she was leaving and not returning to see her. Cavero Medical Groupon is only interested in obtaining as much money as possible at the cost of being bad physicians and having poor customer service. I guess the more patients they see for shorter period of time the more money they get huh.Also, do you need a referral to see a specialist? Forget about it, you might get it in a week because the lady that does them is always so behind.I once respected the doctors in this clinic but their bad service and long waits make it impossible to want to return. I cant say anything good about them. My mother will be leaving this location as soon as she finds a new primary physician. What a disgraceful practice this is and with all good intentions cannot recommend this medical group to anyone.

This clinic has horrible service as far as the wait and the doctors. My appointment was at 10:40...an hour later and I just got put in a room where I continue to wait. Dont come here if you are under a time restriction bc your appointment time means nothing. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful to me and the nurses seem to know their stuff. Other than that. STAY AWAY! FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!

DR OSCAR RUIZ IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! He told my mom that she wants everything and that she is wasting his time that he could be using wig other patients. All she needed was a physical and speech therapy for my nephew and he was extremely rude to her for no reason. All they are worried about is getting paid by the insurance company. He told her one request per visit. Why? So he can continue to get paid !!!! Bastard I hope he gets whats coming to him

Very bad location.Dr cavero is such a joke.Pushed getting a vaccine without consent for my family members. It’s happened to me when I had to encounter a walk in visit. I had him as a doctor and ended up going back with an appointment to see a real professional.

Really really upset.i made an appt.they decide to call me when im arriving and say my doc.was to going to make and I would get first doc.available.they never said I was going to be as a walk in when I made an appt.then the front desk girl pale, curly hair decides to say I was late when at first when she called said it was going to be up to an hour wait so I decided to stay in my car for just 20 min this is ridiculous.i waited almost 6 hours for having an appt.this isnt the first time I come but today I was really disappointed. Horrible service , they make you wait forever and when you go in for a procedure they accidentally forget to follow steps causing to go back again. The nurses in the front are always gossiping rather than working. Thats why I decided to go to Dr. Guzmans office down the street.

Horrible place, what wrong did I do when choosing this place for my health care, they take too long to attend you more than 3 hours for a consultation, the appointment at 11:20 and until 2:40 the Dr was able to attend me, the worst is that the Dr recommended me to a specialist and when going through the referral the person who gives them tells me that he is working on another for an emergency patient and tells me I will call him tomorrow to go through his specialist referral, 3 days have passed and Im still waiting for the call.

Well this would be my 4th occasion in cavero medical group for a buried nail it is supposed that they have already removed it but it still hurts and it looks bloated and purple and it hurts a lot, I have also experienced the delay for a sample today they are delayed an hour and here No one has the decency to let us know I get emter because when it happens that two nurses weigh me they said it in English, ask and if they are late they are very inconsiderate on the part of cavero medical group because they do not even have the kindness to tell you that they are late or much less to apologize.As far as I am concerned, I will look for another doctor and I will only stop complaining because that way we can show them how important we are first as human beings and then as a business for them because they support their families from this.
