I was in a motor vehicle accident 8 months ago. I injured my neck and lower back. I was unable to work and play with my 3 girls and the pain affected the quality of my life. The doctors and staff at integrity medical group helped me return to a pain free active lifestyle. I was treated with pain medication, rehabilitation and exercises. I have fully recovered and am back to work. I am very grateful for all the help that I received under there care.
