Excellent care showed much compassion from checking in to the doctor changing the gauze.

I loooove this spot!!! I have been here products times less for myself till today. I should say, they are extraordinary! From the individual at the front to the dr toward the back! The present visit was fast and simple, Rob and the NP were extraordinary strolling me through the short cycle. Will be back being that its so helpfully near and dear. If its not too much trouble, keep doing awesome, to other quick consideration communities and everybody is generally so discourteous and restless that it makes you not need be there. Its awful enough we would Prefer not to be there in any case. It doesnt cost a lot to be ideal to individuals. My experience here was past my assumptions each time!

It felt like the need to work quickly was being prioritized over the quality of care. Because I wasn’t a quick fix or just a covid swab I was literally told “well you look fine” and practically rushed out the door. I only went to save myself and ER visit. Not a great experience overall

I walked in with my 3yr old who fell. He was bleeding pretty bad and I thought he might need a stitch. There was no one in the waiting room and the person at the desk said the doctor was “about to go to lunch” and we couldn’t be seen for at least 1hr. I understand people need a lunch break but only one doctor working?! What a joke. We went to the urgent care on Belmont and were seen immediately. This is not the first time this place has let me down and I’ve gone to Belmont. Just go somewhere else.

Sat in an exam room for over an hour (and it wasnt busy), ended up with multiple bills. Felt like they did x-rays just to be able to bill me plus gave me a wrist brace that I was billed a couple hundred dollars for when they could have probably told me to buy at a drugstore. I didnt feel like they cared about me as a patient. I hope I never have to go back

Terrible terrible terrible. I last came here 4 months ago and everyone was helpful and friendly. Came today for a Covid test and talk about a complete 180. Dont waste your time!

The team at this location was exceptionally thorough and the service was extremely efficient. Plus the space was immaculately clean.

This location told me last summer that all Covid Tests are free and I told them was not insured at the time. Now they are charging me over $300 for the test. They will not respond to these claims or take responsibility for their misinformation.

Everyone here is very professional, patient, and courteous. I’ve had bad experiences at other urgent care facilities due to the staff being impatient and rude but everyone here made my experience so much more easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend this location.

In the case that the providers make a mistake (like they did with me), there is no way to call this place to try to fix the error. Really bad idea! I had to go back to the place to get them to fix their mistake with my prescription. I wont use North Shore for urgent care ever again.

This place is sparkling clean! Staff is so welcoming and friendly. I felt very safe during COVID guidelines. Temp checks, sanitized my cards before handing them back, sanitized signature pad and did a phone screening with the nurse before she visited me in the room to minimize contact. Easy walk in or online check in process which will save your spot (highly recommend). Top notch care and will be utilizing their other locations to find a primary care doctor.

I thought this place was great. Very clean & welcoming staff. It probably helped I was the first patient but I was in and out quickly. Very efficient & kind staff. The nurse practitioner who saw me was awesome. She took her time, investigated thoroughly my ear & throat infection as well as went out of her way to research side effects of a medication she suggested. I recommend & will go back if I have to. Hopefully I wont have to go back but good to know this place is close to home.

The front desk is really nice but the PA are so slow. Was told 30 minute wait and ended up waiting over an 1 and half hours. Asked the front desk and I guess when I was checked in they didn’t do a complete check in. Sooooo annoying. Stay away. Swedish covenant is way better.

They were very caring and courteous. No wait time whatsoever. In and out within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this location. Great location with ample parking. Everything was brand new and clean. Stephanie wAs awesome!! Thank you so much!!

Cant give realistic estimates of wait time, employees more concerned about their parking spaces than patient care. Give serious thought if the giant waste of time is better or worse than whatever your symptoms are.

Went for throat and ear pain. They told me to drink hot tea and take Sudafed. What a waste. Pain continued and got worse. Went to my normal immediate care. Was given antibiotics and fell much better. Would not go back here.

Took me right away. No complaints.
