Everyone was so nice! This was my first time at a dispensary since getting a med card earlier this week and Tim was my budtender and he was so kind, he took his time explaining different products that he thought would be best for me and I never felt uncomfortable. I initially was afraid of going to a dispensary because Ive never been one for weed culture but everyone treated me with care like everybody else in the store! Actually picking up the products was also so easy because med patients get priority so I would definitely recommend MOCA! Ill absolutely be back for all my future medical marijuana!!

Recent branding/business changes have made this place far less beneficial for returning customers. I really liked the location (the workers, product, and prices), but wont return. The reward system kept me coming, but has been flipped completely to take advantage of customers (explanation below).Reward Points: This used to follow a very basic 1:1 scale to reduce the price for returning customers. The more you spend the more you get, right? Well, after the changes, the MORE points you use, the LESS they are worth. 300 points gets you $15 off, but 1000 points only gets $30 off? You can also exchange points for products, but youll likely lose value there too.Fewer Deals: The website used to have 1-3 deals at all times with great options like free cart battery or added flower. There are now rarely any deals, and they have been replaced by ads.Hopefully they fix the scam of a reward system at the very least.

You must come in through Milwaukee, and leave on Fullerton. So you’re walking around an empty, poorly lit area after purchasing at the dispensary. Unless you’re in a wheelchair or clearly unable to walk, you will have to just hope the workers that day are in a good mood (even if you have a medical card for chronic pain) to leave out the way you came and I’ve never been given that privilege because they’re rarely in a good mood.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stopping through the city and randomly chose this dispensary (recreational) and was very pleased. The walls are painted really cool as you go to pick up your order too. Pricing is pretty comparable to others.

By far the slowest dispensary in the city. Would highly recommend going to another.

Been to Moca a half dozen times. Frankly I will not be returning. Ive been herded like cattle #420 one too many times. Will take my business to the suburbs or ANYWHERE else. Need to figure out this operation. Product is nice which is the second star.

Been here a few times and its been an enjoyable experience each time. Easy to order ahead and stock is fairly represented.I had one disposable vape pen then had a problem and I contacted them and got response in under 24 hrs and credit after quickly providing them some info they needed.

Obviously overpriced, but that’s thanks to Chicago. Convenient to place an order online for pick up. Cool location, longer wait than river north. Overall, I appreciate moca.

Order online for the most convenience, saves you double the time and you get rewards...eventually, expensive as any legal dispenser, great products and large variety, you can walk in but you must have an ID being the age of 21 or older for recreational use.

Astoundingly expensive prices, and I’ve been to a Lot of dispensaries. Am I in high school? Getting ripped off by the weed literati?!Maybe it’s a state thing, never purchased here before.Selection weak, but sufficient for my needs.Staff members were all friendly, helpful, and clear about procedures and selection. The products we received were good but the customer service and shopping experience was really off-putting. The security guards feel like bouncers at a nightclub but with guns. They arbitrarily told my small group of friends that only one of us could enter and that we had to pool our order through that person. Its really not the security guards business how we as individual paying customers decide to spend our money. Other customers and groups were allowed to enter without issue. We were calm, polite, and yet that one friend still managed to get sent to the back of the ordering line. He was later accosted by the exit security for following an employees direct instructions and complying with a request from their own staff. Cold and unprofessional.

Smooth as silk. This place is what I want when I hit up a dispensary. Way to go Logan Square!

Whats the point of pre-ordering if you still have to wait 20 minutes?

Change dispensaries if you go here and youll immediately realize what makes this such a terribly run business. Communication between employees, quality of service, and products/availability are all consistently dreadful. Expect to wait in multiple lines across 3 different rooms and be accosted by security. A quick dispensary visit shouldnt be headache inducing. Id highly recommend Nu Era or THC Center instead.

I dont love the change in ownership. The rewards are not as good as they used to be. I still come here, but only because its convenient.

Absolutely trashy person at the front desk who is super rude and has no patience to answer questions even when it wasn’t crowded. No help provided to pick and choose what you need. She said everything is written on the website and order based off that. No personal interaction of any kind is provided.

I was a little afraid of Coming in due to the reviews, it was my first time in a dispensary. I was nervous and my anxiety was acting up. The guy who took my order was very helpful and friendly and helped me find a flower for what I needed it for. I let people i interacted with (staff) know it was my first time and wasn’t sure where to go or what to do or how it worked and they were all very friendly and explained the process to me nicely. I did have to wait a little bit (about 10-15 min) but that was to be expected. I’m not 100% sure but I think those with the medical card get served first couldn’t really tell. I was satisfied with the wait, the flower and the staff. It was highly priced but i expected that as it’s a dispensary vs getting it off your bud guy.

No idea what some of the negative reviews of this ~ joint are all about. Im a patient and observant person, though, so I waited til Id been in about 5-6 times to write anything up. Ill say this - each time Ive stopped in, I have had a more than positive experience.The staff are always smiling and laughing with one another or the guests. The facility is always clean, feels very secure, as private as a public dispensary can be and I have literally never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my order.I utilize the online ordering system, which is not only super straightforward and easy to use, it truly keeps someone like me coming back. I would probably never purchase with MOCA if this option wasnt available. Not because they arent worth it, just that its not my style. I like to get in and get out.The amazing customer service also extends to the phone line, which is RARE (I work in customer service, myself. Specifically phones!). After placing my first online order, I found myself running a tad late so I phoned in. They let me know it was no biggie and Id still be able to pick up.More recently, (today) I had some questions about products and a sale they were running. An associate by the name of Hallie answered and was kind enough to spend at least 10 minutes going over the concerns I had. She was thorough and precise, while her friendliness and joy never once wavered. To wrap things up, I think Im in love with MOCA? LOL!Oh, they also always give me a compliment - usually about my face mask/design. Super cool people and fun place to pick up your pot. See for yourself! I doubt youll regret it.

I have been coming to this location since they began selling recreational. They have great product and an awesome online ordering system... it would be great if it worked as customers expected. The wait times for a PREORDER are sometimes over an hour and that wait does not depend on the relation between your arrival time and pickup time. Just for reference I just waited over an hour on a Tuesday at 7pm. CRAZY

Helpful for every level patient. My bud tender didn’t rush me at all, and didn’t mind answering any questions. They have a huge inventory, and a clean cool waiting area. I felt good about this secure location.

This place has the friendliest Budtenders of any dispensary I’ve been too. I was visiting from out of state, and had placed an order online for pickup. There was a slight mixup and they handled everything so kindly and patiently, it was greatly appreciated. I will absolutely be back when I visit again. I should also mention their selection of RSO is pretty good, great stuff!

Profesional medical cannabis dispensery with a great selection of products.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years for medical and today is the last time which is a bummer. I was told where to go & got confused so I asked the security guard if I should sit or where to go, and he said why don’t you go ask the person who told you? Is it that hard not to be THAT rude and just point me to the line? The way in and out and lines have changed so many times in the last couple months that I never know where to go. I get security is there for security but when the line is around the corner, why is it so hard to be nice and just say where it is?

The THC percentages on their concentrates are awful. As of right now, the highest on their site is 78%, and the vast majority is below 70%. They mightve changed it since I went a couple months ago, but they force you to stand outside if theres a line, theres nowhere to sit if youre physically disabled, and I had to show them my ID at least 3 separate times because they make you go through a freakin maze just to get to the cashier. Also, unlike some places like Columbia Care, they dont seem to offer any discounts for people with Medicare/Medicaid/SSI. Columbia Care on N Milwaukee has quite better THC percentages, has a place to sit inside (though they dont always let people sit there for some reason), and have a 15% discount with proof of Medicare/Medicaid/SSI.

Love this place. They have a wonderful selection as well as a staff that are friendly and educated. I had a problem with a pen. Customer support had it resolved in less than a minute. The Logan location is a bit rough, coming from the rec side it seems as if I am checking in to jail. There is some wonderful art that takes that feeling away as you walk luckily. The medical side I have never waited longer than 2 minutes to enter. Don’t know of any other dispensary I would rather go.

I love MOCA! The staff there is always friendly and helpful and they do their best to service the needs of their patients and customers. Wait times are usually very short, unless they are doing a holiday special or something then it can be a little longer. The selection is good and getting better and better with time. Prices can be high for certain cultivators, but I like that MOCA is doing more and more deals to help people save money. They also have a rewards program so the more you buy, the more you save.The only reason I cant give 5 stars is the website. They upgraded a while back and took away important functionality for patients (specifically being able to track their product limit and have a saved account). The user experience and accessibility of the new website is poor. As someone who relies on the convenience of being able to place an order online for pickup, especially in a pandemic, I would love to see some meaningful updates to the website that make the usability better.

This place is genuinely garbage. They never have what you ordered online in stock even if you ordered half an hour ago. The lines are absurdly long with no sitting room for disabled folks. I stood in line for 40 minutes no joke. There were 3 registers open for the entire Sunday rush. The employees are totally clueless (when they needed to replace one of my out of stock prerolls the employee said, “Is that an indica?” What?! You don’t know your cannabis selection?). Awful selection, too. I will happily never go back here. I seriously suggest shopping elsewhere.

Never going here again!I didnt get the chance to shop here because the employees dont seem to be on the same page about when they close. Per instructions on the website, I made contact with the store before my first visit to establish when exactly I could walk in as a recreational customer (because for some reason, there are no set hours for recreational walk-ins). I confirmed with a representative through their little chat box that I could come in that day before 8:15pm. I spent a half hour trying to park, paid for parking, and was denied entry at 7:40pm. Dude at the front door said recreational walk in closes at 7:30pm. I insisted that AS THEIR WEBSITE INSTRUCTS, Id inquired ahead and was told I could come in. Dude went inside, spoke with another man, says theyre closed. I got back in my car, tried to reach out through the website chat, only to find it was closed too. Their website says they close at 8:30pm. I still dont know when they actually close.Though, incidentally, I guess it worked out for the best. I went right down the street to Smoke Post, was greeted very warmly, given excellent customer service, learned a lot about the products I was interested in, and was treated to several free samples. Found my go-to store!

I’ve been going to this shop now for years and was very disappointed to learn today that they’ve opted to allow people with no masks into their lobby. A lobby that services people with chronic illnesses. While the mask mandate *is* lifted in Chicago, I expect better from MOCA, a company I’ve known to actually care about its vulnerable customers. Do better.

So yesterday I went to go get two types of flower. One was Cake Mints and The other Bio Chem. When I got home I weighted the two flowers because thats what I normally do. One was weighted 3.5 but the second one weighed 2.9!!!!!! It was a total shocker since Ive read this is one of the best in Chicago and and this isnt the first time I buy from here. This is very disappointing making me not come back. I am expecting to get what I pay for all the time. This is unexceptable since Im paying all this taxes and fees. Which aint cheap at all!!

Friendly and safe. Entrance is not really set up for those who cant stand long.But as a first time customer. They were very patient with helping me. Find a non smoking 🚭 or non edible. Went with a Tincture.Go figure Im in the small percentage of those who dont get a high off THC.

The bright side of this location is for sure the staff. They’re cool, kind, knowledgeable and just generally create a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. I had an especially great encounter with Binx, they went out of the way to make me feel welcome asked my pronouns and updated my information with my preferred name and was just a very neighborly person all around! If I have a complaint it’s that the place is becoming stale and corporate. It’s a dispensary and they’ve got these trained professionals wearing Walmart get ups. What I love about moca is the personality the staff brings to the place. I wouldn’t come here if the people weren’t awesome! It’s crazy it seemed more laid back under the corona protocols. Anyway this is a long winded review so I’ll wrap it up by saying you can get the same weed everywhere it’s the staff and atmosphere that makes me choose one place over an other.

Rude employees! visiting from out of state and wanted to see what they had to offer. They say no face masks are necessary but recommended, then the lady behind the counter kept trying to make me wear if I wanted to stay in store.. so I decided to leave... little does she know I have medical exception from face masks and I dont need to explain my medical status since she is nobody with no tittle or any type of medical degree. Really unprofessional and will never come back to this location again.

This place is so hit or miss. The location is spacious and conveniently located but, the wait times can be absolutely ridiculous, even if you preorder. Not always the most knowledgeable or helpful staff. Seems to be continuous issues with them honoring their “specials” that you get text alerts for - especially if they’re “too busy.”All in all, if you’re new to dispensaries and may need some recommendations/assistance, I would suggest elsewhere.

MOCA is such an awesome place. Yes, the waiting room areas need a little love and feel very sterile, but the staff and products are why we return. The prices are slightly less than other local dispensaries, bit they have a much wider selection. I must reiterate how wonderful the staff is. Not in bad vibe!

No amount of money, IE your corporate buyout, is going to protect you from your employees continued illegal and abhorrent actions. Thank you for showing your true colors by repeatedly breaking both federal and state laws throughout this incident.Thank you again for the continued inconveniences you have caused not just me but the entire Logan Square community, the disabled community, etc. Despicable behavior by a despicable company.

Out of all the dispensaries Ive been to in Illinois, Michigan and on the West Coast, this is definitely my least favorite. Things felt disorganized, there wasnt enough space for people to wait, everything was grungy and felt run down. I placed a medical order for pickup and showed up at my pickup time and still had to wait behind recreational users for quite a long time. Its not an awful experience and the staff are nice enough - I would go there again if I needed to.

Decent weed. Prices are what you expect from IL. But this isnt like a suburb dispensary. There tends to be a wait line inside after you place your order. This is the only reason Im giving 4 stars. Cant be helped, its just their business model but it does suck.

Good selection of potent flower 🌺. Security overkill only downside. Have to go through a very long process just to get into the room where you get the product. Then wait again to be seen. About 3-4 chambers later you get to the product room. Then wait some more for them to awkwardly call your name. can I just buy some weed..................... Why so serious.......

This is a great establishment. The safety precautions here are done very well. There is sanitizer if you need it and the waiting area inside has dividers. All of the employees I have come in contact with have been personable and professional. They answer questions with detail and have a great attitude about it! It’s a nice location and parking isn’t usually difficult. I don’t have anything negative to say about any of my experiences here.

Gave me a product i didnt ask for and the employee named ari is rude and has an attitude problem. I may never come back🤷🏽‍♂️

Several employees I have encountered have been rude, condescending, and un-knowledgeable about their products.The music is loud to the point where I can’t hear employees speaking to me through the glass... so they yell. I would suggest turning the music down. I’m stopping by to get cannabis, not for a dance party.When a company focuses more on image than quality, service goes downhill. MOCA illustrates this well. In reference to poor customer service, I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way as a patient; it’s something which should probably be addressed.

Absolute mess. I made an online order, when I went there they couldn’t find it. I was sent to another person, they said I was good, let me through, then they couldn’t find my order again. So the door man made me a new order. Then I had to wait in a huge room for them to call me. Horribly slow process.

Yo!!! Whats with all the check points checking my I.D.??? I didnt place an order online BUT I knew what I wanted. I ordered. Stood in line. They let people with pre orders and medical patients in fron of me. I was there for 45 minutes when I just wanted 3.5 of a certain strain. Shouldve been in and out even without a pre order. And please dear god!!! Stop checking the I.D.s so much!!! After the second time, what was the point????

Best prices I can find in Chicago. Great selection of any form of thc or cbd you prefer. And the staff is always so friendly. Also, they are always running specials to get a product for free or just a penny. I completely recommend MOCA as a go-to dispensary.

So far 2nd to Dispensery 33, Moca is Chill, big and arent running you around like Sunnyside nor is it dangerous, Sunnyside has security with Issues and hands with guns when they wrongly hear things, Moca, again Chill and Safe.

How do they give some a time for pick then you wait in line and they come out and tell everyone in line that they won’t honor their appointment. If that is how they are doing business they need a new manager. Manage the times and appointments better. Know your stock and know how many people you are going to see. Don’t make appointments that you can’t accommodate. You wasted my time and now you have a bad review.

Easy to order on-line. Good selection and deals. Order ahead so you can skip the line. Wish theyd kick people out of the waiting area once they have their product. This is the second time Ive been to a MOCA location and a guy who already has his purchase is just hanging out with his friend in the waiting room so they can both get their products and go; not only does this make everything run slower but I dont want to be in a room with two dudes talking loudly to each other with their noses hanging out of their masks longer than I have to. MOCA is mainly REALLY COVID safe so I dont understand this weird loophole and why the security person WHO IS THERE doesnt say Sir you have to leave once you get your purchase.

MEDICAL PATIENTS - STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!I switched to MOCA because The Herbal Care Center was purchased by verano, and I was concerned about the welfare of the dispensary.I’ve gone to MOCA twice, and will not be returning. The first time I placed a preorder, and still had to wait for over 20 minutes. The second time, I attempted to walk up as a medical customer, was rudely denied, told to go to the opposite entrance, and had to wait in a series of lines. This is not accessible at all.Needless to say, I can’t wait to go back to The Herbal Care Center, and I regret ever stepping foot back into MOCA. Shame on you.

Moca used to be amazing, friendly and helpful. Sadly this is absolutely not the case anymore. These days going into moca is an awful, anxiety filled experience that I can barely handle. Its very clear that medical customers are the absolute bottom of their priority list. Their discounts are still more expensive than products standard cost used to be. The only thing affordable is shake. Thanks for making my medication unaffordable. Moca is enjoying its status as one of the only dispensaries available, and theyre raking in ungodly profits now. At the expense of patients. Prioritizing rec sales for max profits, there are often products only available to recreational customers, not medical. Half the time you preorder a product even with 12 hours advance youll still get a message at the last minute saying the product is unavailable. Their second location is REC ONLY, so if youre a patient and live closer to the new location youll still be making trips to the further location. Its also clear to me that MOCA is not caring about their employees. To the budtenders: YOU ARE HEROES! Youre doing everything you can to keep our spirits up, youre always very friendly and helpful. Youre listening to us complain about how its changed and I can see moca is making you miserable as well. I hope the company sees your value and recognizes that there are only two reasons MOCAs doors are open. 1, until Chicago releases more dispensary licenses they are one of the only options available. And 2, you budtenders working your butts off to keep the customers coming and to keep stuffing your employers wallet with all our money. Bud tenders, Im sorry. You deserve better too.

First time in any dispensary. I felt comfortable everyone was very helpful and happy. Was taken care of very fast. Just the way I like it

Everywhere online it says that they are open until 830. I walk in at 7:29. I was told the last walk-in ended at 7:30. I explain to them I try to order online and it wouldnt work. So I figured Id still bring them business and come into the store in order. As I was explaining myself I was told to go to the same company but in River North because theyre still allowing walkins.Makes no sense for the same company to have different hours. On top of that its 20 minutes away. If I wanted to go to the River North location I wouldve started out going there. Very poor communication on updating customers. Windy City cannabis is only 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend.

Since recreational is new in Illinois, its hard to find a store that sells top of the line products with prices that are unbeatable. MOCA tops them all! With the most colorful and vibrant interior, knowledgable and sweet staff, and products that fit every need, MOCA should be your top choice of cannabis dispensary in the city. Every time I come here Im floored by how quickly Im served, how safe I feel in (and outside) the facility and the overall experience Im provided. If youre not shopping MOCA, youre not doing Cannabis right!

I been a medical patient here for quite some time over the time they slowly started to careless and less about medical patients. Recreational takes priority here by a far, you’ll literally watch a full rotation of rec buyers walk in and out. Preorders are pointless

Unfortunately it’s never a quick in & out at this dispensary. Every other dispensary across the area that I’ve been to I never have this issue. There’s apparently no reason for the extended “doctor office” wait either. Several employees staffed at 7:40pm, one other customer waiting patiently, and I’ve been here for about 10 min wondering if they’re in the back picking my buds off the plant or something. Certainly no point in online preordering. Also, the exterior curb appeal is a bit sketch, though the interior has some character.

The security guards are very unprofessional and always have an attitude. Product is good, but the staff at the door needs to maybe smoke some cannabis to put them in a better mood.

Waiting 45+ minutes in line is not what I call a “great experience” selection is great but by far the slowest in Chicago.

I have never had any major issues at MOCA, at least on the medical side. They upgraded their selections in late 2020 and early 2021. I thought the options were a bit limited about 6-9 months ago, but the menu has expanded since then. Employees have always been courteous and helpful. Regular customers also will benefit (discounts) from MOCAs Rewards program.

I tried one other dispensary before I switched to MOCA. Im sure glad I did as they have a better selection, pricing and staff. My experiences here have been fantastic. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable and I consider them front line workers during covid as this is my medication. They are safe and incredible.

I have been a medical patient at Moca in Logan Square for over a year now, it’s definitely a solid place to buy legal weed but so is every dispensary in the state. I go in at least once a week to buy 2 grams of dabs and occasionally some shake, if I don’t preorder online 10 hours or a day before I go in to pick up then I’m guaranteed to be sitting around for a half hour while other medical and recreational patients walk in and immediately get their order called. It’s BS. This place has such a weird way to enter - sometimes there’s an employee or security guard standing outside who will open the door when it’s your turn, other times no one is there and you just stand there waiting, now I know from seeing the guard do it that you can click the button on the door and buzz the people inside who can see you via cameras and let you in but there’s no sign letting you know this and it holds the line up almost every other time I go to get in. Once you are in it’s a simple matter of them checking IDs before you go in the lobby. What happens in the lobby seems to be determined by when you ordered and not when you came in. I just left Moca after preordering at 10:25am, takes me a few minutes to drive there, there was no line outside, I clicked the button, I got buzzed in, they checked my IDs and then I sat down at 10:32, and for almost 45 minutes I waited and watched every person (and presumably every order placed before mine) consistently get called AS THEY WERE OPENING THE DOOR TO WALK IN. ITS BS. Sometimes they come sit down but they still get called before me or anyone that ordered after them even though we entered your business first. There needs to be improvements to the problems of this place. It’s a time waster that doesn’t need to be. I’ll gladly change my rating if things change, which I’ve been told is going to be happening during the summer/next year, here’s hoping.

Adhere to social distancing while filling orders efficiently. Great product! Will be back in the future.

This is one of the best dispensaries in the city. Not only do they offer a consistent blend of product, but they have the most PROFESSIONAL, non judge-mental, open minded, knowledgeable, hard working staff members you will encounter anywhere. They treat each and every individual with the same respect they would expect for themselves, and if you’re ever waiting longer than a few minutes it will be far and few in between. I recently chose MOCA to be my medical dispensary and to say that I have not been disappointed is an understatement. Long story short - when you become sick, everything changes, everything. It seems likes nothing can be easy anymore. Having MOCA as my dispensary takes a great deal of stress out of my life and I am FOREVER grateful. Its such a simple task for me to log in and place my order online. The selection is incredible, the menu is easily navigated, and I can choose my pick up time. From the security officers to the sales associates, I know that Ill always be greeted by friendly faces. Everyone has always been incredibly welcoming, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I am so appreciative for MOCA and all the staff and I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone!

I have came here a few times and I like it would recommend bringing cash I always forget to though but they do have an atm inside but just to avoid a atm fee :)

I had the worse time getting my order today I called in to make sure my discount for not coming in a while would be applied when I got to the store they acted as if I didn’t just speak with someone about the 10$ off as a fellow budtender I won’t ever be going to MOCA I suggest a Curaleaf better prices friendly staff and multiple locations with a 30 percent discount for first timers

CHECK YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I ordered some flower and only discovered I was given the wrong product when I got home. Went online to their website and discovered I was overcharged for the strain I was given and it’s the type of strain I do not like. Pretty bummed they carelessly gave me the wrong product.But, happy to have a dispensary close by. Yet I’m pretty bummed. I recommend you order online first to avoid wait times. And it’s the same prices at every dispensary I go to. River North location is a good stop.

Super easy and fast. I always order online, then Im in and out within 15mins. The staff is really nice and willing to help out with any questions you have.. No matter how silly you think it is. This is my go to spot. They also have a real nice selection, so something for everyone

Once again, a corporation buys a business and business goes to hell. They dont know what they have on the menu, often order online only to show up without them having the item available

My friend was super nervous to go into a dispensary for the first time. I’d been to one before and had an amazing, chill experience but Moca was nothing like that. We left feeling flustered and taken back by how rude the man “helping” us was. He was so impatient with everyone and made us feel like we were wasting his time just by being there. He was rushing everyone and being very passive aggressive to my friend and I. I never take time to write reviews & I’m never coming back here, real shame :/

This place has the most trash service i have seen in any dispensary i have been to in Chicago the staff are rude as can be and seem to get off on just being unnecessarily snarky. Im just trying to get my medicine but its hard to do that comfortably when the staff acts unprofessional and also dont even know what theyre talking about when it comes to their products.

Moca please explain to me what 3.5g should look like the photo on the left is from moca Logan square location Photo on the right is from other dispensary both the same product both weighing in at 3.5 g clearly one of these 2 things dont Match like the other I am not asking for refund or anything else If Im gonna pay $85 And receive this amount Im taking my business elsewhere Please recalibrate your scales!

Do not go here! Sunnyside is so much friendlier and exchanges product if you have a problem. MOCA is dark and dank and anything but Modern. I bought Marys Muscle Freeze at MOCA and loved it for sciatic pain the first time I used it. The second time I pumped the bottle for about 10 minutes and nothing came out. I contacted Customer Support and they seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. This place should fold. SUNNYSIDE is awesome! Lovely staff and they apologized that I had this experience. $45 lesson. A bargain. Ill never, ever, go to MOCA again. There are choices - SUNNYSIDE is awesome! Id like to give 4.5 stars, but Google doesnt allow it. The reason for the lack of 5 full stars is simply the inconsistency in their following of safety protocols is all. It seems like they do it right one time, but then its a bit slack the next (i.e. letting people in that tiny vestibule while having someone exit or the security folks not wearing proper PPE). Other than that, though, I feel very safe inside picking up (medical), and the people behind the glass have always been super friendly and efficient. I also LOVE the online ordering. As someone who uses medical for anxiety, sometimes standing in front of someone placing an order brings me more anxiety (can I get a sample, please?). :) So although they implemented these safety protocols because of the pandemic, I also think theyre helpful for those of us who utilize medical for high anxiety. Overall, I left Sunnyside to come here - SO WORTH IT!

Staff is always friendly!If there is a wait for you getting your product it is because it is a friendly place where they do not rush you, and take pride in there job.Enjoy the feeling of how they care for you and each person before you.

Slowest dispensary out there. Ordering online won’t save you any time. They have so many people working but you are waiting around way too much.

Strange for a dispensary. LOTS of security, pat downs. ID is checked 3 times before you even walk into the actual retail area. Anxious customers/atmosphere. Security is unorganized when there is a line which is often. Masks aren’t enforced in line. Preorder doesn’t guarantee you won’t wait in a line. They make cannabis feel illegal again.
