Hard to even find this place in the building, the people who work here do not invest in clients or try to develop a relationship.They charge a ridiculous *$50* cancellation fee, yes, that is right -- $50 -- for a missed appointment, with no one-time forgiveness policy or working with you as a customer, even if you did not receive their messages or have to reschedule due to the uncertainty of life.This is not communicated up-front and again there is no flexibility from their side.As someone who has worked in customer service my entire career, working with clients on these types of things is an easy way to turn a souring relationship into a good one, but this place just doesnt care. Honestly, Id be more upset if the services were great, but its run of the mill and frankly it is oftentimes challenging to communicate with staff due to language barriers.

My favorite spa in Chicago hands down! My favorites are Marvel & Yesenia (owner). The entire staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the treatments they provide. I have purchased a custom facial, IPL and recently my favorite Plasma treatment. I have received so many compliments about my skin. I have also purchased Laser Hair removal and well as other body treatments. I am so happy I found this spa. In addition, which is very important to me is the spa is very clean and seem to be following proper sanitation after each customer. Highly Highly recommend!

This is my favorite med spa! I struggle with adult/hormonal acne and Yesenia has been wonderful and helping me get on track to clearer skin. So far I have done a series of custom facials, an IPL treatment, and a green peel. I trust her because she is very knowledgeable in skin conditions and all the tools/treatments she provides. I appreciate that she outlines a path of treatments that work with my skin instead of one quick treatment. The skin is our largest organ and it can take multiple treatments to get to where we want to be. Yesenia is great at recommending different options that help you reach your goal. She also tests any treatment/tool on herself before offering it to her clients, which is amazing because it has to pass her professional approval before offering it to others. I definitely recommend that you visit this medical spa and request Yesenia as your service provider.

Went to this Spa to treat my Rosacea with a treatment called Photo Facial. After a couple sessions, the Rosacea is completely gone. The pain during the treatment is minimal and there is no down time afterwards. The Spa is pristine and the staff is very helpful.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I started coming to Yesenia 7 months ago and cannot get enough. I have had hydrofacials and microdermabrasion done here and absolutely loved my experience and the results are amazing. Yesenia is knowledgeable, passionate and gives genuine advice. Every time I meet with her she customizes my facials to my skin type—a truly unique experience. I have gotten many facials in my life and Yesenia is by far the best I’ve ever been to.One of my first appointments with Yesenia was for a hydrofacial plus extraction of a very stubborn pimple. I was desperate for her help since I had a wedding to attend 3 days following. She customized my facial and even included various therapies to help my situation. Yesenia even texted me the days following to follow up with me. (The pimple healed just in time!). The quality of her service is incomparable.In addition, the spa is in a great location, very clean and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The pricing is very fair and the specials/promos are always such great deals. I’m excited to get the membership and try the many other services Yesenia offers. Highly highly recommend!!

I REALLY wanted to try this place. They seemed amazing from their website. I had microdermabrasion set up for today. Like most places, they ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in and complete any necessary paperwork/waivers, etc. so I did. I left work for my appointment instead of clocking in some overtime and traveled to the office.I arrive and there’s no one there. Lights are out, door is locked, no one answers the bell. It says they are by appointment only so I shrug it off, thinking someone will arrive soon to open up and get everything set up. I wait and 15 minutes pass with no one. My appointment is coming up and I’m getting anxious. I check my email and see no updates from them so I figure I’m still good. It’s 10 minutes to start and I realize if there’s much paperwork I may need to reschedule because I only allotted myself an hour for my 50 minute appointment.I wait the entire rest of the time and then beyond, until after the start out of courtesy so I could let them know directly that I didn’t have time and would need come another time. No one ever arrives. I don’t pass anyone leaving. As far as I know, no one ever came.I understand that emergencies happen, traffic slows you down, whatever but let your client know. Email or call them so they know what’s happening. By the time I account for travel to and from I wasted an hour and a half of my day. By cutting out before getting in optional overtime, I actually LOST $35 to waste that time.Two stars because their service may be amazing. They may be wonderful people. Your experience might be wildly different from my own. But I can’t tell you because no one ever bothered to show up. 😩

I went to this spa to get facials for my acne. I had about 5 sessions and there was no change. The prices were super expensive and not worth it. I wasted time and money. I wouldn’t go back even if they were to give me a free facial. I would give this place no stars.

I bought a shaving treatment but it didn’t work as they promised.When I made the complaint the owner of the place was very rude with me and she even threatened me.I think she should be more polite with her clients because her services are very expensive for them not work.I feel frustrated of losing my money in a stupid way

I started my treatment in this place several months ago as I have been having acne problems for 3 years now, my face was completely blemished due to frequent squeezing. In my initial consultation Yesenia explained to me the reasons why I could be having an acne breakout and made me understand that this process consists of improving from the inside so that everything works. The first month and a half I felt that it was not working, but after my third session of IPL I began to notice the difference, the acne no longer came out as before and it began to be controlled from there. Nowadays I already feel much better about myself, I can tell the difference in the spots that were very noticeable and have already cleared up. My treatment was an IPL for the elimination of keratosis, I really saw great changes in the few sessions that I was able to do, the inflammations disappeared almost completely, only some pigments remained in the skin that would disappear in other sessions, however , for personal reasons I could not continue with the treatment. But I recommend it 100%.

I have been visiting the spa since it opened and I do not exchange it for any other in the city. the experience is so enjoyable from the moment you arrive, the team welcomes you with the best attitude and makes you feel at home. I have had several treatments such as the permanent hair removal laser which I love because it is cold and does not hurt. I have also injected platelet rich plasma into my scalp to help with hair loss and also apply it to my face to hydrate and remove blemishes. I recommend them they love it !!!!!!
