I had an amazing calming facial by Grace. My skin was so dry and patchy but Grace helped take care of that and recomend a great I-image product to prevent it from happening again. I will be returning for another facial soon.

I had laser hair removal done by Cesar. He was so knowledgeable and patient. I was scared at first but he made me feek calm and it went by so fast. It was a great investment and experience.

It surprises me to read Em Ks review. To me, what she is saying sounds very strange. I have been a customer of Hermosa Cosmetic Center for over a year. None of what she describes has been part of my experience during my visits. When I come to the Center I am always greeted at the front desk by the business manager. Her name is Mercy. She is very nice, goes out of her way to ask questions about you and genuinely cares about the patients. Basically goes way above and beyond what is required of her to make the experience of the patient as pleasant as possible.What was written about the credentials is simply not true. All injectors associated with Hermosa Cosmetic Center are licensed and certified in Botox, Fillers, Sclerotherapy, PDO threads, and PRP. Furthermore, for every procedure that I have completed there, I was completely in the loop as to what was going to happen during the procedure and after. I was informed on what my expectations should be. I was also told politely when my expectations were not realistic and why. No matter what was said by the Injectors it always was accompanied by an explanation. I never felt like a patient that is blindly following what the Injector said.In short, everyone in Hermosa Cosmetic Center is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend anyone that is interested in any cosmetic procedures to go there. You are in good hands with the people there. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could - seriously, stay away unless you want to be botched. Not only were they extremely rude (kept insulting my appearance and trying to sell me more and more procedures. like really, after that? no thanks), but the work they do is just as bad. I got no results from my “botox” I received there, making me think it’s not even real botox because I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. And my lips are so bumpy and uneven, they just look horrible.Also, you should know that none of the people working there are certified or licensed, despite them saying so. I wish I knew this beforehand, but I only figured out after that you can look this up on IDFPR to see that they’re not. Like is that even legal? Don’t recommend whatsoever. Find another legit place in Chicago for fillers/botox.(oh and side note, the pictures in their “brochure” thing are not their results. they’re pictures off google of before/afters from different doctors.)
