I moved to the west loop this year and VITAHL is my go to for laser hair removal. I’m treated by Madison and she rocks, she’s kind, professional, and efficient!! Laser isn’t the most fun procedure for me but she makes it as comfortable as possible. I’ve tried other places for laser and had no success but finally see the results I was looking for here. The office is very clean and pretty, and the staff is so polite! 5 stars all the way!

Rachel came highly recommended to me and after just one appointment with her I can honestly say the same! She was very informative and efficient during my consultation and even more skilled during the treatment! Rachel was extremely accommodating to my fear of needles as well, which is hard to come by and much appreciated! It hasn’t even been two weeks since my appointment and I’m already very happy with the results. I’ve gotten tons of compliments as to how natural it looks and I couldn’t agree more!! Rachel was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable with getting Botox for the first time and took the time to explain everything. I was researching spas that provide the cosmelan peel and this place pops up. After reading the website, Ive discovered that this place is not P.O.C friendly! She states only people with fair skin, light eyes, and hair will benefit from chemical peels. This statement is totally false being that Ive received numerous peels and have seen great results from other providers. Mind you, I am a brown skin girl. That statement is very unsettling but hey at least she lets you know upfront right?! It is also strange that the majority of the reviews are exactly from 8 months ago.

I absolutely love Vitahl and their whole team! They are always so welcoming and knowledgeable about what services my specific skin type will benefit from. I go here for Botox on a regular basis and each time the results are amazing. Their derma-plane/hydra facial duo is an absolute necessity to keep my skin glowy and clear. If you’re looking for an exceptional med spa, I would highly recommend going to Vitahl.

This place is great! Stephanie was really nice in helping me schedule an appointment even though I wasn’t sure which services I would need. Dr Patel really knows her stuff and uses the latest techniques. I was nervous about some of the procedures she suggested, but the results look great! As I posted in my previous review, this place is a waste of time and money.They replied to my google review asking to stop by again, when I already visited their office and talked to the owner - Stephanie 3 times in person and 2 times over the phone prior to her giving me a generic condescending explanation of the purpose of the Botox and as to why she would not refund me and almost showing me the door.In addition, I left a feedback on their Instagram page after which I was blocked before I was able to see their response. The owner of this place Stephanie is unable to have a two way conversation and has no regard to you as a customer one she gets paid. I am sure I would be blocked from posting my reviews here too if she could. So do not be fooled by her disingenuous response to my review. Do not waste your time and do not go there. I can provide pictures upon request. This is how bitter I feel after their service and treatment.

I just woke up after having the secret RF treatment and I am amazed but the way my face looks and feels. For such an intense procedure there is no swelling or bruising... my face is glowing still from the pro plasma. I am so exited to see the results in the up coming days. This is by far the best place to go for beauty and youth upkeep. They have the best judgement for rejuvenating your looks naturally. What I loved about this place is the down to earth staff that welcomes you with excitement and warmth when they see you. There is no pressure here and they give you the best advice that works magic on your looks! They even have a point system where you can earn points towards your next service which makes them even more affordable. They know what theyre doing best and dont overdue the services. Went in for a Dermaplane, and after discussing my concerns (uneven skin tone, frequent acne) with Fred- decided on a chemical peel to deliver the results I wanted. The process was comfortable, informational, and any jumps in the heat were managed by a folding fan that he would bring out (much needed, and very relieving in the moment!)Im 3 days out, my skin is slightly flaking around some areas as intended, and I can already tell the results will be better than expected. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had.Regarding Covid-19 -- everyone was very inviting and prepared with proper PPE amidst the current circumstances.I cannot recommend Vitahl & the team enough.

My experience was great! Professional and friendly staff who were accommodated my late arrival. The office was modern and clean in a great part of the West Loop.

I got a treatment that didn’t take right away. I was nervous they wouldn’t believe me or not want to give extra treatment. Like a great business they made me feel welcomed and valued. They treated me again at no cost and explained how we can tackle this moving forward. I can’t thank them enough and now they will have my business exclusively moving forward.

This is the worst experience ever with doing botox at this clinic. I asked for natural look and end up getting frozen eyebrows, not just that getting headache all the time. The feeling is not comfortable the spots where injected the botox feels so heavey and painful. i. Told the doctor that my winding coming soon and iam trying to get pregnant but she didn’t told me that botox might effect the embryo. it must be not getting pregnant for 6 month. I went back end explained to thrm about the bad result they just apologize did nothing else. Don’t recommend this place at alll. And they didn’t give me refund for their mistake

I used a gilt city voucher, and for once an establishment did not treat me any differently than if I had paid full price. Meredith is professional, sweet, genuine, and just good at what she does! She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you are aware and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk did not try to up-sell me anything, which worked for them because I ended up buying some product on my own free will! They even offered me tea or water when I first arrived! I will definitely be back.

I heard great things about Vitahl from one of my friends who lives out in Colorado and is a regular at that location. She told me that they recently opened a location in Chicago which I was very excited about. So I made an appointment to get some work done. Their office is nice modern and clean but unfortunately my experience at the Chicago location was very unpleasant. First of all, no one ever answers the phone there. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen but it did not seem like they were busy since I was the only one in the waiting area. The gentleman that saw me was rude and would not let me get a word in. I am not new to filler and botox so I know what to expect as far as pain but this time it was different. I had never been in SO MUCH PAIN getting filler. This man said his technique is not like most injectors. Well let me tell you his technique is horrible and very painful. To make matters worse he totally ruined my face! I was so disappointed and walked out feeling worse about myself. I have to find someone to fix his mistakes since he totally botched my face! It is pretty obvious that the injectors at the Chicago location are not experienced.
