This is a perfect example of you dont know what youve got til its gone. I went to Eye Appeal a couple of years ago for new glasses/prescription. The frames took a little longer in getting them, but it was worth the wait; the service and knowledge from the doctors are impeccable, and they have a great selection of frames. Since then, I moved out of state, and just got a new prescription to go with the frames I got from Eye Appeal; the difference in the quality of the lenses is like night and day; not good at all! Im making a special trip home next year to get my lenses from Eye Appeal; they will be worth the trip! I wish they had a location in Vegas!

I stopped in here by chance after losing both the supply of contacts I was traveling with and my glasses. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and chatted with me while they waited for my optometrist to fax my prescription. If I were a local, I’d definitely make Eye Appeal Optical my optometrist of choice!

Great doctors, great staff. Always provide excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Believe it or not, I always have fun when I go here. They are fun and have fun while they work. Top notch group. Awesome selection of eyeglasses as well.

A dying breed - Dr. Ortiz, a doctor that actually cares about giving the best to his patients. I was referred by someone from Southwest Airlines, and have been going there for the last three years.Despite Dr. Ortiz knowing I get my frames and lens done at Costco, I get nothing less than 100% of his professional care and attention, with a thorough eye examinations and helpful advise.A great doctor and true gentleman.

Originally picked out Eye Appeal because it was so close to work.... that was over 15 years ago! Dr. Ortiz and his staff are exceptional! No matter where I work in the loop, I am not changing my eye specialist!

Dr Ortiz and his staff are excellent. I was able to get an appointment the same day and he was thorough and very professional. He clearly know his stuff and his staff processed the insurance paperwork quickly. I highly recommend Dr Ortiz.

I have so many good things to say Im not even sure where to start. I went in there because they dont charge to review if you can be eligible for lasik but I left being a new customer. Wonderful service helpful honest I cant wait to go back

LOVED this eye doctor very much. She was awesome and it was a great environment. They did not pressure me into purchasing contacts that day but instead let me try the pair for a week and then order. I can tell they really do care about their customers!

They were awesome - went in and they fixed my sunglasses in 2 seconds. Extremely professional and nice people. Definitely recommend to work with.

Ive had a number of Eye doctors over the years, but Dr. Ortiz is the first one to really address my concerns. After having a number of eye appts, Dr. Ortiz called me to check up with me. And when I thought I was having an eye emergency he immediately made time for me to come in.
