Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. So glad I came here for glasses instead of getting them online with my previous pair. The doctor was thorough and the eye boutique lady knew just what suited me. My glasses fit perfectly when I came to pick them up; no adjustments at all! The price was very reasonable, and I am so happy with my new glasses.

I have been going to the Beverly branch for over 10 plus years....Great place to get your eyeglasses from... Everybody was very professional and nice. Im sorry to hear that my old eye doctor has retired at the end of 2020 last December. Im going to miss her. I was glad to see the lady who help me get my new eyeglasses was still there, even though she is only there one day a week. She was very nice to me.The new eye doctor was 👍... Thank You....

I have only had bad experiences at this location since Rosin eye care moved in. The reception staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional. (Portia is absolutely wonderful- shes not included in this!). I often try to give staff, the benefit of the doubt but these people are outright rude. The hours are awful and its so hard to get an appointment here. Ive been coming to this location since the age of four and have had no issues until now. My last few visits have been a hassle to say the least. I am in the process of finding a new provider due to the disrespectful staff and more than a few insurance and scheduling issues (that couldve been avoided). Would definitely NOT recommend this place if youre considering.

Truly Zero stars. Sadly the staff are in need of sensitivity training.They will talk about patients without regards of being heard. Such that they invalidate the patient as a whole. Speaking critically about said patient right in front of them. That is Lily and Portia( who is old enough to know better). They are unprofessional and maintain a toxic environment.The customer and customers’s feelings are minimized.

The staff members are exceptionally professional, experienced, articulate, courteous, personable and respectful, but firm about observance & use of Personal Protective Equipment. The doctor is thorough, patient, answers all questions & addresses all concerns, and offers practical tips and follow-up ideas.The staff responsible for selection, ordering and adjustment of frames and lenses know their stock well, have patience in listening to clients needs, are sensitive to fashion and lifestyle trends, and thus are able to expertly and pleasantly assist clients selections within clients budgets. I have been to three Rosin outlets in the region. All are good, but this one is my favorite so far!

Very unprofessional they dont answer the phone my daughter went in with my mother for a visit they would not bill my Blue Cross Blue Shield and then they charge my daughters card for the services. I tried to call them several times before she got there and they would not answer the phone the receptionist called me day before and said am I self paying and I told her no I have insurance they said call in the morning, when I call no answer all day. Then speaking to the manager she was rude said I couldnt leave a voicemail so I could not have possibly called them then she told me I can refund the money but your door to cant be seen here anymore Im going to call the BBB

This was my first time seeing Dr. Blake and she was excellent! You can tell she enjoys her job and takes her time with each patient and goes over any concerns you may have. The manager Jan Summers is great also! She went over my benefits with me and made sure I got the most bang for my buck with my insurance plan which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I was at the 103rd office on the 12th and sit in the waiting area for about 35 minutes before someone up front told me Porcher was going to lunch was there to get additional glasses my daughter was unable get an appointment so she had to go someplace else we been coming there for 20 plus years I am disappointed

In my experience the cost of the eyeglasses & contacts are too expensive for a fixed income family who are seniors. The staff generally was easy to work with, especially Porche. I am considering other options

Very warm and welcoming office, eye doctor very kind and experienced ,employees very helpful, Patient ,tell them what frame your looking for and they do their best to help you find what youre looking for.

Dr. Blake was very patient with me because Im not a fan of getting my eyes checked. She was painlessly thorough - she spent a lot of time examining my eyes and I didnt find it bothersome or uncomfortable. And I had a great time picking out my frames. I almost bought a pink pair, but liked the taupe version better, so they special ordered them for ME! Thank you Dr. Blake and staff!

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Blake for at least 10 years. She is very patient and thorough. She takes her time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have. She is one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen. I am a life long patient and appreciate her service.

I have been a patient for many many years. Dr Blake and her staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their customers. The Eyeglass showroom is amazing, the examination room is comfortable and hi tech.

Dr. Blake is great! Her exams were always very thorough and she spent time talking to you and always answered any questions I had in a very understanding manner. I was very disappointed when I went to re-order my contacts and realized my prescription expired so my order did not process. I called up the office and was about to schedule an appointment with them but when I asked if I could get one pair of contacts to hold me over until my next appointment the receptionist simply said no. I thought it was standard that vision places would offer a pair of contacts while you waited for your next appointment but apparently this place does not.

The staff is always very friendly. My appointment started on time. Dr Blake explains what she is doing during the exam and why and answers any questions that I might have.

Dr. Blake is a terrific doctor and people person. Her exams are the most thorough I have ever had, and she was able to fit me with a prescription that is perfect for work at my computer. Her affection and devotion to her patients is very obvious. Just recently, a woman was berating her very young son because he was fearful of the eye drops that she uses to dilate pupils and Dr. Blake was very warm and encouraging. Im afraid the Mom was not up to the encounter and felt that her parental authority was being challenged and stalked out, complaining that that Dr. Blake dont know how to talk to her. We know that Dr. Blake is the best, though, and she handled the situation quite professionally.
