I had periodic chest pain in 2017 and they said it was my pectoral muscle from heavy lifting after I told them I didn’t lift nothing. Now it’s 2021 I see a cardiologist and have heart issues. They could have nipped it in the bud from day one. Do Not go here

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!This is by far the WORST emergency room I have ever been to. I specifically told them I had just left Masonic hospital the night before with a prescription of STEROIDS for bronchitis when the dr at Masonic had given me a cough syrup that was told to help me open my air ways and help me sleep it helped for a few hrs then back to the couch attacks wheezing, and not being able to breath. So I come here to MERCY EMERGENCY ROOM to get treated like Im stupid and I dont know my own body, having told me Ive tried mucinex, robitussin, tylenol for cough even the steroids and those had me vomiting all night/day!! So I can not take those yest she prescribed them again along with a freaking antacid saying that was the cause of my bronchitis! Be real DOCTORS I even have my OWN antacid that I take as NEEDED! MOST HORRIBLE SERVICING AND KNOWLEDGE CONTRIDICTIN MY SYMPTOMS!! Thanks RENITA WHITE! FOR YOUR TERRIBLE CARE!

My wife back pain intensively, can’t move. Ambulance in, wait for more than 4.5 hours (can’t change her pad or go restroom because she basically can’t move), nurse and other people are chatting and not patient for any question just say go back and wait.
