I brought my wife in with multiple symptoms. She hadnt slept in almost 3 days, a raging headache, pins and needles down her neck/shoulders/spine, and nausea. Urine and blood came back clean. They gave her 2 sedatives, then had her sign herself into the psych ward without consulting me. When the nurse explained it to me, I asked her if she knew thats what she signed, she said no, and the nurse called her a liar.
