I waited in the ER waiting room for 1 hour 15 minutes and not one triage nurse has come to the window. I went back to the front entrance ask the police officer to ask the triage nurse to come to the window and he stated her response was I’ll be there shortly. I’ve been here 1 hour 15 minutes and no one has come yet. I’ve rang the bell by the window no response. I’m very disappointed in how Im and other’s are being treated as visitors. I can’t even find out how my 90 year old grandmother is doing since she was brought into the ER.

They are the reason my mom passed away, they malpractice and treated her so wrong!! Never come here please I warn the community!
