I was referred to Brush Street dental when in a pinch (hello, chipped tooth). I was a bit nervous to go somewhere new as I have been going to the same dentist (in a different state) for 20 years. Nonetheless, Katie in the front office fit me into the schedule on a Friday, Sonia got me settled and set up, and Dr. Canavan fixed my tooth in a flash. Thank you all for your great service and care for your patients! I only wish I had found Brush Street Dental sooner!

I recently came across this place from a friend. Stopped by before getting groceries (right next to Mariano’s !) and was thoroughly impressed. Had Netflix setup where I watched the new season of Schitts Creek with some great dental service. Dr. Canavan especially provided excellent care and took the time to explain my teeth misalignment and the best path forward / least invasive method for success.10/10 would recommend. Plus it was so convenient being next to the grocery store it killed two birds with one stone.

Dr. Clause and her entire staff are the friendliest crew Ive met! Convenient location in New City, and all brand new technology make this a great office. After being to handfuls of other dental offices in Chicago, this has been by far the best and easiest, especially when using my insurance.

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding care I receive from Dr. Clause. She is a highly skilled, knowledgeable professional who is also extremely personable and approachable, easy to talk to. She patiently answers questions clearly and in simple terms. Her office staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Clause.

The entire facility is state of the art and exceptionally clean, yet comfortable and inviting. The staff is so incredibly nice and Dr. Clause clearly knows her stuff. I barely noticed anything while she worked and was out of there much quicker than I expected. Best dentist experience thus far!

I have had 5 appointments and they all have been timely, clean, and have left me with my teeth feeling nice and clean. Dentist is so nice and office staff is friendly and really explain how to best care for my teeth!

I had the best experience Ive ever had at a Dentist! Everything was on time, I felt absolutely no pain (which is my biggest fear going to the dentist). Dr. Hayley Clause was so professional and caring, I will definitely be there again and have been referring my friends her way because it was such a great experience!

Brush Street Dental is great! They are as painless as a dentist office visit can be. I love that you get to watch Netflix during your appointment too, which is a nice distraction and you also arent put into that awkward situation where the dentist is talking to you and you respond in gibberish because there are tools in your mouth. Im happy a patient!

Dr. Clause is not your regular dentist. She makes going to the dentist a comfortable experience, on top of being very professional and talented. She does my routine cleanings, and also had cavities filled by her as well. She is very hands on and does not try to push you into doing work that is unnecessary, which I found at other offices. My 3 year old is also a patient at Brush Street. Dr. Clause and her staff do an amazing job with children, and the office is friendly and inviting. If you are not a fan of the dentist, this is the office for you.Besides oral hygiene, Dr. Clause does Botox as well. She really knows what he is doing. It costs me more than half of what other offices have charged because of her outstanding knowledge of the facial muscles. It lasts longer and looks more natural. A true one stop shop.

Hands down the best dental office/dentist Ive been to, Dr. Clause and her staff are all amazing. The office manager, Katie, was great and worked around my schedule so I didnt have to miss work. Definitely recommend!

There is not a better dentist or office around! Katie is amazing and Dr. Clause is the most caring and incredible dentist. The office is a little tricky to find, but it’s a hidden gem once you do. Everything is brand new and even the Netflix while you relax in the chair makes a big difference. I love this place!!

I typically enjoy going to the dentist and having my teeth cleaned, Brush street goes above and beyond. They are very friendly and high tech equipment to keep your teeth pearly white. I never feel pushed into purchasing more than I need or feel jilted. The office is super clean and they have netflix for you to enjoy during your appt. Would recommend to anyone

At Brush Dental, you will find kindness, professionalism, and just true knowledge. This office has changed my life and made it possible to smile again without feeling bad about myself. They have a very welcoming atmosphere that helps with not feeling nervous about being at the dentist. The free 2 hour parking is a nice perk! I would give them more stars if possible. I have found my permanent dentist!

Dr. Clause, Katie, and Jenny were all so helpful and kind! This is my first time ever going to a dentist outside of the one I went to growing up. The office is beautiful, sleek, and very modern. The whole process was comfortable and fun! The entire staff does a great job of explaining everything to you, and bonus: you get to watch a little Netflix while in the chair. I highly suggest going to Brush for any and all of your dental needs 🙂

I had a hard time finding a new doctor in the city, but couldnt be happier with Brush Street Dental. Great experience from the front desk, to dental hygienist to Dr. Clause! I came in from a recommendation and have now referred my friends and family too!

From the second you walk in the door at Brush Street Dental(new and clean office), you feel right at home. They are so friendly and most importantly HONEST. My experience at Brush Dental Boutique was positive, time efficient and easy from beginning to end.Katie was welcoming, friendly and made it effortless to set up an appointment and process all insurance needs.The office was clean, organized and comfortable, putting an immediate smile on my face when I walked in. Their equipment was up to date, which helped with what had in the past been very unpleasant, taking X-rays.Jenny was professional as she prepped me. I was happily surprised when she turned on Netflix for me to comfortably watch as Dr. Clause worked on my teeth. I was introduced to a new method of cleaning that left my teeth feeling fresh and smooth for a couple weeks. In the past, this sensation had only lasted a day or two.I love going to the dentist, but for someone who doesnt, Brush is the place for them! Their attention to detail and thorough explanations from Dr. Clause about whats taking place each step of the way, will put anyone at ease. Overall it felt like a day at the spa, without paying anything additional than expected.Im looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend Brush Dental Boutique for any dental needs.

Easily the best dentist I have ever been too. First of all, Katie at the front desk is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She knows who I am when I call just by me mentioning my first name. Jenny, Dr. Clauses assistant, always gets me comfortable and relaxed before my appointment begins. Dr. Clause is AMAZING. People dread going to the dentist, I actually love it. I know I am getting the best care walking in the door. Dr. Clause goes over her findings and recommends treatments and things I can do at home to help make my teeth & gums healthier. Did I mention the office is beautiful and you get to watch Netflix during your entire appointment?! HIGHLY recommend.Update: after going to this office since it opened I thought I would provide an update...still 5 stars! Haley & team provide the best care, do not push you to get work done unless it’s needed, and keep you up to date on how older fillings (childhood!) are holding up so you can plan accordingly if a replacement needs to happen. Did I mention how great Katie at the front desk is??!

Ive visited office twice in last year. Its a great office and everyone thats works at Brush Street Dental is terrific, my plan is to continue using this as my Chicago Dentist.

Everyone at Brush Street was very friendly and they were able to fix a problem with my permanent retainer on the spot. The early appointment times are also great for squeezing in a cleaning before work.

Ive been going to Brush Dental about 2 years now and have great experiences every visit. I was recommended this practice by my brother, who also goes here. The Dr. and her staff have always taken the time to explain any questions Ive had about procedures, billing or insurance. Ill definitely continue going here.

Everyone at Brush Street Dental is fantastic! It’s a really calm, welcoming office and you immediately feel like you’re in good hands. I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary procedures and Dr. Clause always talks through what she’s doing. Being able to watch Netflix while you’re having a cleaning is always a bonus as well! I work across the street and persuaded several colleagues to try it. They all love it!

Dr. Clause was very concerned about any discomfort while repairing a tooth that I totally destroyed.I had a metallic filling in a molar which obscured the results of an X-Ray. My tooth appeared to have an amount of decay consistent with your average cavity. Once Dr. Clause took a drill and a peak inside, it was clear this tooth could be in need of a root canal. I was in the dental chair, jaw sprung, chanting in my mind, Please let Dr. Clause save this tooth. Please let Dr. Clause spare me a root canal.My tooth is saved... For now. I am convinced Dr. Clause did everything that can be done to save a very sick tooth, in a very sad state, without a root canal. The first day, the saved tooth was sensitive to temperature, but that is slowly dissipating. Dr. Clause applied a seal on the tooth to minimize that effect. I was comfortable the entire time during a very difficult procedure.Katie is very helpful at the front desk. She keeps me on schedule and helped me organize my insurance information before I arrived at Brush Street Dental for my initial cleaning and exam.Jenny is a dental hygienist, I believe. I could have her title wrong, but whats important is that she is courteous and professional as well. She is very personable which makes having dental work done as enjoyable as possible.
