I’m so happy I found Dr Kim! She is soooo knowledgeable and kind. She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I didn’t get the name of the dental assistant, but she was also very sweet and had wonderful chair side manner. The entire staff is super friendly. I will always recommend this office to family and friends, I love it here!

Great experience with Dr. Lee, and the atmosphere is very cute! Everyone was very nice and professional. I felt that the pricing was transparent and they ran everything through my insurance first and then allowed me to pick and choose services. Will be returning for future work.

I haven’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was a bit nervous going in, but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Lee was so kind and reassuring, and he explained everything in a way I understood. He asked me if I was in pain throughout each step. The dental hygienist was very nice and thorough, and everyone at the front desk was welcoming. They explained my charges for me and verified my insurance, and made scheduling a future appointment very easy as well. I’m so glad I chose this dental office.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, at this office is so kind and does their work so effienctly. They answered all of my questions, explained procedures, and more. I have extremely high dentist anxiety but going here was a dream. And their cost was reasonable, broken down easily and they also offer payment plans if you need them. It’s a bit out of my way, but I will be going back.

First, this is my first time using a new dentist since I was a teenager. I just moved from out of state and had been super anxious about going to someone new. They totally dashed that fear right away.The facility was incredibly clean! There was a really nice little play area for kids, and good seating for adults. My paperwork took literally like 2 minutes, and then they took me back. No joke, this place is so clean and bright, it was refreshing.The sweet hygienist who took care of me checked on my while they were doing X-rays and the cleaning multiple times, literally asking “are you doing okay?” Which was super nice. There’s no chance at you just suffering through it.Dr. Lee was so kind. He explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything and then gave me the gentlest deep cleaning I’ve ever had. Y’all, those usually hurt really bad...but it barely hurt! He also checked in several times while they were cleaning and I really appreciate that.Billing was updated prior to the cleaning so I could see what was and wasn’t covered by my insurance. The girl who showed me all that was genuinely one of the nicest people! And she loves Harry Potter, so a huge bonus there.All in all, I am so, so pleased. I feel like I’m in great hands!

The facility was clean. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Dr. Lee was thorough and gentle. He answered all my questions in an understandable way. His bedside manner was friendly and polite. I would certainly continue care with this practice.

My daughter and I went went today 3-13-21 for my daughters cavities fillings. The staff to Dr. Kim was very attentive and friendly. The dental office was very clean, sanitized, and organized. Found them through ZocDoc. My husband and I both went to two different doctors at this practice. MAYBE this place is just geared to children - I don’t know. Regardless, we both had really terrible experiences and I’m going to try to provide an unbiased description.My husband has had pain from a prior extraction on and off for over two years. He made an appointment for a cleaning and exam. The dentist did not preform a cleaning, they merely took x-rays and informed him nothing was wrong with his teeth and that his pain must be psychosomatic. The cleaning was not performed and no follow up appointments were recommended or requested.I went to a different doctor at the same practice (we didn’t realize this until later when discussing) and they did X-rays for me as well (which can be readily charged to insurance… hmm…) during which the tech seemed more interested in the re-runs of Hannah Montana that were on the TV. They took longer than usual. I asked that she turn the TV off because it was quite loud and she did. The doctor then came to do a cleaning and told me I had three cavities (wasn’t hugely surprising to me - I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while because of experiences like this one) but she seemed to know what she was talking about and I was trying to get over my hesitation to seek medical services. They offered to fill them right away and I agreed because I’d already taken the morning off work and I just wanted to get it over with. The dentist put a show on the TV while working on my teeth! For herself! She said so! All three fillings took about 30 minutes, which seemed quick, but I thought - dental technology must have improved! They also did imprints for a night gard, which the same tech attempted to do - and another girl had to come help because she didn’t know how to do it (also said this out loud). It was very uncomfortable and it took a LOT of tries (5-6).When I went home and the numbness wore off one of my teeth that was filled was so rough that it was causing irritation on the inside of my cheek and another that they’d filled was VERY VERY sensitive. I waited about two weeks and it only got worse, to the point that I could not eat on that side, fully open my mouth, or drink liquids that weren’t room temperature. I made an appointment with the same dentist I’d seen in high school (very far drive now) who I’ve always trusted to have it looked at and he said that they’d botched it so badly by going far too deep that I might have to have a root canal. He was nervous to take the filling out for this reason. He said he’d try to re-do the filling and it took 2 long (2 hours the first time and 1 hour the second) to fully re-do the filling. Now it’s completely fine - no sensitivity, no pain. In the first session, my old dentist also fixed the tooth roughness in approximately 30 seconds, which I think shows just how little the providers at Green Tree care about doing a good job.Again - maybe for routine cleanings and kids milk teeth cavities they’re great. It does really seem like it’s a business geared towards providing care to children. But if that’s the case - perhaps they shouldn’t accept adult patients.

I was so impressed with this dentist!!! Doctor Lee and his staff Ana, Kayla and April were not just highly professional but extremely caring!!!Doctor Lee was very personable, he cared about my feelings as well as performed quality service!!!Doctor was very concern with my comfort and constantly checked with me to make sure I was okay.If I felt discomfort he adjusted his methods!!!The dental office was modern and clean! That is very important to me especially now that we are dealing with the pandemic. They even let me watch a movie while I was being treated.The customer service, cleanliness, and pricing was top of the line!!! I would definitely recommend this dentist to my family, friends l, and to the general public!

Lovely experience! Ive had a lot of so so dentist experiences. This was really nice overall from the cozy and spacious waiting area to the modern workspace throughout. My x-rays came with pictures as well which were really helpful and the dentist and staff were very patient and considerate in their work. Thanks!

I haven’t been to the dentist in God knows how long. Due to depression, I stopped taking care of my teeth. Once I got better, I never went to the dentist because I was worried about pain.Dr. Steve Lee was definitely the best choice. After reading all these glowing reviews, I decided to finally go in and get a check up after my wisdom teeth were causing me pain.He would repeatedly ask me “Are you okay?” during the process as well as making sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. I got two fillings for two huge cavities, and two of my wisdom teeth pulled. I didn’t feel a single bit of pain except for a slight pinch when anesthetic shots were given. He would make sure to explain every step along the way, telling me I would feel a pinch, some pressure, some vibrations, etc..The two assistants I interacted with were also super kind and really informative. They helped me feel at ease with some light conversation. You could tell they knew what they were doing, but also that Dr. Lee trusted them.I would really recommend this dentist, even for anybody that hasn’t been in a long time. They never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of that, and instead just presented the facts about my teeth through the photos/x-rays.They were also really good at breaking down everything that needed to be done and provided options. They asked me which procedures I would like to move forward with as well as a breakdown of the costs before and after insurance coverage.I had two fillings, a teeth cleaning, and two wisdom teeth removed all in about 1.5 hours with absolutely no wait time (I made an appointment online).

I was able to make an appointment quickly. Staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable with COVID protocols. Office was very clean. Dentist had answers to all my questions. Going to the dentist is not my favorite, but this was the best experience I’ve had.

Dr. Lee is a great professional with utmost ethic and knowledge. He explains his observations and plans thoroughly. He values and respects his patient’s opinions and situations as well, and sometimes provide other treatment options when best treatments are not possible for various reasons.His office is very cleans and nicely organized as well. It has very welcoming atmosphere so everyone feels so comfortable coming to this office.

Dr. Lee takes his time to explain everything well. He actually listens to what you are saying and takes that into account when deciding treatment. He makes sure you are comfortable when doing a cleaning and in your needs in general. He has an awesome bedside manner. Very respectful as well. His staff is friendly and really kind with a good bedside manner too. I appreciate them both.

Patient insurance is not verified before patients appointment. This should be done before patients arrival. I have stop twice and their system gives them my insurance is not active where I am showing everything shows active. Even had my insurance over the phone saying I’m speaker it is active!So I have driven 2 times different day and wasted gas and time.If you have had an issue the first time make sure the second time patient doesn’t have to drive up and not being seeing for thesame problem.This is part of preregistration this should be done before patient arrival. So yo don’t turn patient away! Is a process of every dental and medical office!FYI called another dentist today same day of insistent and guess what yes insurance is Active. So I attended twice and wasted my time.

Amazing experience. Haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years since moving to Chicago. Receptionist was very sweet, even offered to make me tea or coffee as I waited. The dentist and assistant were also very kind and informative. They definitely care about you as a patient here, made sure I wasn’t in pain or in comfortable the whole time.

Front office staff member is friendly and attentive. The dentist and hygienist were very kind. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and continuously checked in with me during my cleaning since I suffer from extreme sensitivity. The office is super clean and they have a children’s area that entertained my little one. My 20 mos old was also seen and despite her being a handful, eveyone remained patient and she was thrilled to leave with some rewards.

Had to go in for a cavity replacement and Dr Lee was very gentle while working on my tooth. Great staff!

I visited this office with my friends referral. It wasnt an easy visit from South Bend in Indiana, but it was worth!The doctor was very kind and welcoming. He was knowledgeable as well. I especially liked this dental office because the doctor tried to minimize the treatment, explaining why certain treatment is necessary and certain treatment can be delayed.The office was kid-friendly. They had a play area for the kids, which I thought was great too.

I went in for the $59 special because my insurance didn’t cover my next exam for a few weeks and I needed to have a cleaning before a procedure I am having. The dentist suggested a deep cleaning for my bottom row which would have cost an extra $400. I preferred to go with the regular cleaning at this time however he refused to clean or polish my bottom row because it “wouldn’t benefit.” I was very disappointed. I won’t be able to get another cleaning for at least another 4 months. I go to the dentist regularly and she always removes plaque from my bottom row without putting me under any anesthesia. Maybe it’s different if you have insurance but I was not happy with the overall experience.

He made recommendations for fillings. Moreover, I had treatment plans from other dental offices. One of them included 3 root canals and 3 crowns. Dr Lee did not see the need; but recommended fillings instead and then monitor the respective teeth. Outstanding and excellent integrity! I will book soon for the fillings.Diana at the front desk area is absolutely the best associate I have dealt with. Within the last 2 years, I have seen 5 dental offices due to Tinnitus and TMJ issues. Only one - of the five associates/managers - was easy to work with regarding general questions; insurance; treatment plans and follow-up. Diana is patient, very courteous and has excellent follow-up with all dental inquiries. Absolutely the best! Dianas professionalism is an enhanced benefit to the excellent service of the dental office. Lastly, Daniel is the dental hygienist. Another excellent and patient associate! He is very accurate with taking your initial x-rays.
