A very lovely experience from first contact to checkout. A completely competent, professional, polite staff, and Dr Mitchell is fabulous. Definitely switch to this dental office.

Mitchell Dental Spa is the best dentist in Chicago, and also that I have ever been to in the United States. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Mitchell herself, everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this practice 100 times over. Great doctor and staff however questiontions on ethics and procedures here. The front desk girl as well as the girl that cleaned my teeth were very obviously sick coughing sneezing running nose etc. Both girl said they are vaccinated but havent and dont plan to test. But allowed to work. This is concerning I have been vaccinated and still got sick as have several people I know. This standard protocol. I hope you all take better precautions in protecting staff and clients in the future following CDC protocols testing employees and not having them work on patients when they are so clearly sick.

Today was my 3 month cleaning followup. This was the first time since I can remember that I did not cancel or reschedule an appointment, since before finding Mitchell Dental, that was my typical routine. I actually was looking forward to it. Alex, my hygienist is THE FIRST AND ONLY to not patient SHAME me...telling me how Im not doing anything right! She is so complimentary to my own care that its a pleasure finding her and Mitchell Dental. I cant wait for my next cleaning!!!!

Just got back from my first time cleaning at Mitchell Dental Spa....looked at my teeth in the mirror and couldnt believe how white they were....just from a normal cleaning! The hygienist along with Dr. Mitchell were so friendly and I really felt that I wasnt bombarded with you have to do this and that messages that you always get at other dentists offices. Beautiful space and wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next f/u cleaning in 3 months...and Ive never looked forward to that.

Have known Dr. Mitchell for over 30 years, and am always happy with my visits and treatment. This last one lasted much longer than expected (though no fault of theirs), they made the experience as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend the practice!

Dr. Mitchell demonstrates exceptional expertise in both dental work and the jaw issues I came in with. Plus, she has such a lovely personality! She is kind and genuine with her patients and her staff creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even though the location isnt the most convenient for me, the level of care and service here make every trip worth it!

I saw Dr. Karczewski yesterday for my exam and cleaning and can’t say enough great things about her and the office! Dr. K is super nice and easy to talk. She explained everything and was very thorough for her exam. The staff were all very nice and the office was very clean. They were following all the appropriate protocol for COVID and it felt very safe. I will definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning and exam!

Im not a big review writer, but I tell everyone in my personal life, so might as well write it here. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are THE BEST. They are so nice every time I call or walk in, they remember so many little details, and they make you super comfortable (blanket, headphones and personal tv, and massage chair) while you get your teeth cleaned or cavity filled. Dr. Mitchell is the best dentist Ive ever been to in my life (originally started with her because she solved my horrible ear pain related to TMJ two years ago), and I couldnt possibly recommend her office highly enough if youre in the market for a new dentist!

Amazing dentists! Extremely attentive - specialists in their area and always extremely thorough and honest. Will not convince you to do unnecessary procedures if they arent truly needed (which Ive had other dentists do). Mitchell Dental Spa is amazing! All staff members are extremely friendly, including Dr. Mitchell. The office is clean, modern, and has great views of the lake and downtown. They provide extra special touches like a blanket to throw on while youre cleaning, music overhead, a warm and scented towel at the end of the visit, and my favorite, a complimentary spa treatment when you are done! Most insurance plans will cover the visit. I cant say enough good things and why you should come here if you are not already.

They were very accommodating with payment plans. People with wealth enjoy this type of service. Mitchell Dental Spa makes it available to those of use who are not wealth. I should be upfront before walking into Mitchell Dental, I hated the dentist. I have a mint allergy, and too many mint slip ups made me so anxious during cleanings. Mitchell Dental was completely different. You walk in and it smells like a salon rather than a dental office, calm with aromatherapy). The staff was super personable and best yet was the massage after the service.... Ive never said this (EVER), but I had a good time at the dentist! Whoa!!

My semi-annual visit was a breeze despite the precautions required by the current conditions in this country and the world - personnel handled me with care and all is well - at least dentally.

I have been going to Mitchell Dental spa for about 7 years and I only wish I had found Dr. Mitchell sooner! She is a brilliant dentist- so much better than any other dentist Ive ever been to. She has helped me with crowns, invisalign, a night guard, and many other things. My night guard has been amazing! It reduces how much I grind my teeth at night and therefore reduces neck pain and other problems. Everything Dr. Mitchell does is done at the highest standard. The whole office staff is pleasant and very good at what they do. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Whats not to love about a dentist where you can also get mini-spa treatments after your cleaning? I cant say it enough-- shes the best!

It was the most painful dental cleaning I’ve ever had. They also insisted on having me take a new X-Ray even though I brought a recently copy. The complimentary spa session lasted for less than 5 minutes.

Well of course Dr. Mitchell is my dentist - I am happy to say that not only is she my dentist, but a beautiful person and I am happy to be a patient. And if I as scared, I can always ask for someone to hold my hand. Thank you everyone in the office for making me feel so comfortable and like family!

Mitchell Dental Spa is great for three reasons: 1) It has a very convenient location in Water Tower Place on Michigan Avenue 2) It is unlike other cosmetic dental offices because Mitchell Dental Spa also offers massages, facials and skin rejuvenation 3) you get a complimentary 10-15 minute massage while you wait! The staff is super friendly and overall it was such a pleasant experience.

Very prejudice against Africa Americans here in this office. Jeff whose the husband of the owner/doctor Dr. Mitchell doesn’t like African Americans. He refused to even shake my hand but he shook the hand of a Caucasian man and hugged him right after he declined to shake my hand stating he hand was”dirty”. They dont even allow African American patients here in this office located in the water tower. Please stop supporting offices like this. We all are human regardless of our race and color.

I had the most relaxing cleaning by Oraspa in another dental office, and this office does not have it. I am so disappointed. If you call yourself a dental spa and dont have a certified Oraspa Therapist, youre missing the boat. Get your hygienists certified!
