Usually Im a little nervous going to the dentist but this place made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Everything was clearly explained with visual examples of your own results. Great environment. They play some good music too while your examination is being done. Annie the hygienist is a angel.

Absolutely love going to Floss & Co.! I have been going here for about 3 years and their service is amazing. Doctor Izzy and his staff are top of the line and always make me feel welcome. When I have a question regarding any procedure or even billing, they do a phenomenal job explaining everything. I live in the north side and I travel to the south-side for the best dental service. Also, they are open on Sundays!!!Totally recommend Floss & Co.

Office is nice and everyone is friendly but make sure your insurance is in network. I went in for a cleaning and checkup and was told that it was all covered. Later I got a claim that I have to pay most of the cost because it’s not in network. It was very pricey for a cleaning and checkup.

I went in for deep cleaning and chipped tooth repair. The office is clean, bright, and well-staffed. They have the newest technology! The dentists and assistants are friendly and excellent at what they do. My cleaning was done quickly and well, and I love the way my repaired tooth looks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Floss & Co.

I just want to say Ive had lots of bad experiences with dentists but this place def makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable! I needed a tooth pulled the dentist made sure my mouth was fully numbed before beginning and often made sure I felt no pain during the process. Its been 24 hours and I had no pain since I left ! No pain pills were needed! I def recommend this place and yes I did become a patient! I cant wait for my next. Visit to fix my smile!

Took me in as same day appointment. I was very impressed with how clean it was, and the equipment was new technology. Dr Izzy was very informative during the entire procedure (root canal), as was his assistant Kelly. I finally found a new dentist and will definitely be back!

I have a long and traumatic history with dentists and was scared to become a new patient at any place. After taking my son here for the 1st time and seeing how clean the place is and how professional and friendly everyone was, I decided to also become a patient. My case was seen by Dr. Naem and a few others, and not a single one of them made me feel bad or uncomfortable. I really appreciate the level of care provided at Floss and Co.

Im a new patient here & definitely returning. The cleanliness of the establishment, the service & attention that they provide is 2nd to none. I have been wanting to write this review for a couple of years already and always kept it in the back of my head. I went in my first visit to a consultation with the woman in charge of giving me a quote and telling me how much I would have to pay. She verified insurance information and all that good stuff. I go in on the scheduled day to fill some cavities and I go on with my life. Later, possibly a month or two, I receive a bill saying I owe a couple of hundred dollars. I call Floss & Co. to see what this is regarding, and they say that they “thought” my insurance covered a certain type of filling, but it turns out that they did not. Floss & Co. blames my insurance, so I call the insurance company and they say no it is the dentist office’s responsibility to verify all that. I side with the insurance company because the woman that that works for Floss & Co. in the office has that responsibility. That is what she is there for. If you made a mistake fine, make it right and eat the cost since it is your mistake. I had to pay the amount owed because I have excellent credit and do not want it to get ruined because of Floss & Co. mistake. The funny thing is during the first quarantine of the Covid pandemic, Floss & Co. calls me to see if I would like to purchase some services and I let them know there what I explained above and they said they would investigate it. That was like 6 months ago at least and never heard back from them since. Like I said, everyone makes mistakes, I understand that, but it is how it is handled that makes a company a great company.

Dr. Izzy is very stingy with the pre-medication prior to cleanings. Its like hes getting a kickback from the pharmaceutical companies. I dont get it; its not like opiates where you can get addicted. Trust your patients a little more. Also, he requires the money upfront. I think the place is overpriced but the service is phenomenal. Leads me to believe that he paid too much for his fancy office & wants to be a billionaire, as oppose to really trying to help people. He should do some comunity service outreach or give people the benefit of the doubt.

State of the art office and courteous doctors and staff.

I had a cleaning and check up done last week and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The dental hygienist was so informative about my dental health and Dr. Naem was also amazing. I ended up having a small cavity. When I went back he used a laser and I hardly felt anything!! I was so impressed with everything! I have never had such a great experience at a dentist before!! I definitely recommend them!! P.S. I should mention that I am pregnant and the work done was all safe.

The is the friendliest dentist office, I have ever been to! Angel was the first person I talked with over the phone, she was so patient in explaining all of my options and concerns. CLEAN, SAFE and KIND!With what is going on in the world, you would think a dentists office would make you feel the most venerable. Needing to have your mask off as someones hands scope your teeth... But not at Floss & Co. Of course before the pandemic, their staff was always accommodating and communicative, which has remained untouched as they just reopened for in-person appointments. They took my vitals before I entered, which gave me peace of mind that they are not just sticking their equipment in anyones mouths. They made me feel extremely comfortable by not having me get out of my car until I can go right into a room.Besides their recent actions, Floss & Co has ALWAYS been 3 steps ahead. They have the newest equipment and make your visit as smooth and understanding as possible. Dr. Delone is the best!

Best dental experience. All of the personnel were very nice and pleasant. The office area is state of the art and open, not your typical dental office. Very clean. Music is played which creates a nice experience. Whole family goes here even the kids, they had no problems. Highly recommended.

Great dental place. Pain free. Had a couple of cavities and thought I had to get some shots in my mouth and to my surprise they have new technology. No more shots and done quickly. Staff was wonderful also.

I brought in my little one for his first dentist office visit and was Impressed by the staff and the doctors on duty. I was so Impressed I made an appointment for myself. Both of the visits were informative and the quality of care was superb. Dr Izzi was great to speak with and answered all my questions. My experience was great. This practice is not the type that will rush you in and out. They actually take their time with their patients. I am truly impressed and I am glad I chose floss and co for my dental needs.

I have always appreciated the manner of dignity that was extended to mewhenever I had an appointment. I was met on time, given help even inwalking to the area to which I was to receive the work that needed to be done. Floss and company has given me a brighter out smile. I always like to smile and it has enhance that. Also I am able to eat better because of my permanent replacement teeth. When your appointment time comes you are headed for the chair. They consider your time. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable and that you are important.

Just leaving my dentist appointment, and Hala (my hygienist) was so sweet and amazing! She literally chipped a little piece of junk off of a tooth that has been there for years and has been missed many times in the past! AND she didnt hurt me! I had a cleaning done and it absolutely one of the most pleasant dental appointment Ive ever had. The location is clean and everyone was very kind and attentive. Good location too.

The offices are stylish and modern. The staff, every one of them, is friendly to a fault. Steven even came outside to help my mother out of the car and into the offices. Detailed instructions for follow-up were provided at the time of the extraction in the office, and I had another list of instructions waiting for me in my inbox when I got home.

Great experience. Walked in there bc a friend recommended us. I had my husband and I both scheduled and hour apart so that we can take turns watching our 2 daughters. They took him in early and I as well. They where nice enough to help with my daughters. They have great customer service. I went for a second visit today to have a tooth extracted due to an infection from a crown/root canal (performed at a different dentist office) and Dr Delone did a fabulous job. Yes I have a missing tooth now but he made the whole process pain free and super quick. He also gave me options to think about to get that tooth replaced. My experience at Floss & Company is always “Great” (Dr. Izzy & Dr. Dalone= Staff are Cool/Amazing). Very comfortable atmosphere. Great staff, they are helpful and attentive. Before I found out about this place I would jump around to different dentist offices, so hopefully this will be the last... I was referred to Floss and Co. by my wife and I’ve been to my first visit now and i can see many more visits ahead. Amazing people and great service overall.Thanks everyone...

The staff was extremely friendly and I had almost no wait time, I barely had a chance to sit down and load a game of candy crush before they called me in. Everything was explained thoroughly and made it a completely worry free experience. Fun fact: 10 out of 10 dentists recommend coming here & 11 out of 10 dentists wished they worked there.

I haven’t been to the dentist is years and coming here has been such a great experience. I never been so comfortable in a dentist chair. The staff is amazing Melissa cleans your teeth with the most gentle touch it’s amazing. I had to get 2 fill ins and they didn’t even numb me they reassured me I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. Now when I have to go to the dentist my blood pressure isn’t through the roof. Thanks guys
