I have been here for a cleaning and two fillings so far. Both fillings have been bad experiences. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. Dr. Patel was very kind and did a good job with my cleaning, however there is another doctor who was the exact opposite (she did my fillings). I dont know the doctors name, since I dont think she ever even introduced herself. This doctor rushes through her work and isnt thorough at all. She is not communicative, she doesnt explain what she is going to do before she begins. In fact, both times for my fillings she briefly acknowledged me before immediately, without warning, approaching me with a needle for the anesthetic. She is not very accomodating to patients who have difficulty sitting through dental work. Personally I get anxious while having dental procedures done, and it is generally uncomfortable and unpleasant. Most dentists I have had in the past have been able to accommodate by taking short breaks/pauses during the procedures, and generally being empathetic and sensitive to my needs as a patient. The dentist here didnt ever ask me if I was okay, if I needed a break, or if something was hurting me/causing excessive discomfort. Instead she spoke almost condescendingly and seemed frustrated when I was having difficulty keeping my mouth open. It is truly a skill to be able to put your patients at ease, and this dentist does not have that capability. She was in a rush, and it almost felt like she skipped steps compared to my past experiences with other dentists. One of my fillings already fell out after just a month. Leaving my appointments I didnt feel confident that my fillings were done well. No quality work is done here, you should look elsewhere if youre looking for a new dentist. Ill definitely be seeking another dentist.

I was a little nervous coming in cause I know I needed some work done, but both the dentist and dental assistant made me feel super comfortable. They answered every question I had and made sure to explain further details about home care very clearly. Definitely will be back.

Just wow , Dr. Parker and staff are GREAT !!!!!so I been having a small I guess stain: on my front tooth and my previous dentist never acknowledge it (its not a cavity) i have no pain its cosmetic but Dr.Parker took her time to actually make it nice and pretty by filling it in , not other dentist has done that or even suggest it !

Staff is great very respectful and very detailed on explaining my treatment and payments options Dr. Parker gave me the best cleaning ever. I never had a cleaning like this before . thank you !! she is super honest about treatment !!great!

During my first visit here I was charged $200 for a cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance, but the dentist ended up using something that wasn’t covered during my cleaning and did not inform me i would be charged at any time. I was also supposed to have received a call about potential for a nigh guard, although I never received a call and when I asked about it they told me I would need to wait for my next appointment. Come my next appointment, which was rescheduled to accommodate the dentist, I get a call in the morning being told my appointment has been cancelled as I did not confirm my appointment. I received an email that week saying everything was prepared for my appointment and I only missed one call two days before my appointment to which the front desk said they had “called me several times over the week”.Overall, unreliable dentist location in a busy area with no free parking. Look elsewhere

Today was an eye opener for me. Never had my son told me that he can’t wait for his next dentist appointment. He loved it. He had a tooth extracted which should have been painful but he didn’t flinch once. He feels much better now. I can’t thank them enough..

I usually dont review much but i have to say this is a great dental location i also believe the office is new , the staff greets you very welcoming !!!i will be telling my friends and family about this location !

DS is the best Dentist in Pilsen to go. All the staff helps the patient feel comfortable and at ease being at the Dentist. Dr.Parker is so wonderful, she explains all the work that is being done in your mouth so that we have a good and understanding of what is going on. She is gentle and caring. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office.

The staff are good. The new dentist is not. She started working on my teeth without even telling me what she was doing. She used the dremel tool to clean my teeth instead of the standard scraping. By using the dremel tool she created a bigger problem with a tooth that already had an issue, which I had told her about prior to her working on my teeth. She made the dental assistant redo several x-rays which caused the inside of my mouth to be raw and sore for several days. The two previous dentist were great. Very personable. Not this one. She is like a drill sergeant, no pun intended.

Dentist was very gentle and paid attention to details that other Dentists never brought up. She explained everything that was being done and why instead of digging into my mouth right away. Dental assistant was caring and attentive. I will be going back for more treatment, keep up the good work! 😊

Well, dental fraud! She gave me a paper that says I need to do 6 root canals, and 2 extensions, and many fillings and dip cleanings, 20000$ estimate money, but guess what? I got second opinion, I dont need any of it. They should be ashamed of what they do!
