I was in dire need of a crown- Strobel accommodated me from start to finish. Their staff are highly professional and organized. A permanent crown was literally created while I waited in their office. Dr. Dan Strobel was confident, precise, and guided me with every step in the process. He’s a rockstar at his craft, along with Brooke his assistant. I’m excited to have found a such an amazing establishment. I highly recommend Strobel to anyone.

Always a great visit to Strobel Dentistry. I love how they incorporate new technologies into their visits. Laser beams sound cool but are also great at giving your teeth that Extra clean feeing.

Sadly I had a bad experience and felt deceived by Stroebel dentistry. I went for the first time since the pandemic (was pregnant at the time), and they led me to believe they were doing a routine cleaning covered by insurance. The hygienist even suggested I come back in December because “my plan covered twice a year cleanings”. She also discussed coding a special cleaning a certain way because it would be “covered by my insurance”. The appointment and people like Dr Isabella were pleasant and wonderful - not so much when I received my bill. The cleaning was not covered because it was a “comprehensive oral exam” that can only be billed every 5 years. Had I known, I might have had my prior dentist send over medical records, or at least been aware that I would be charged. At a minimum you don’t want to feel misled or surprised when you receive a bill. I protested the bill when I got it, and Dr Stroebel defended their policy and actions, offering 50% off and throwing in that they had done a free X-ray during my appointment so quoted all the free/covered services they had given. One other thing that really bothered me was that Dr Stroebel wrote in his email that he knows dental insurance can be confusing - I worked in finance at the largest US healthcare payer and very much understand how it works. I felt deceived by them and on top of that, talked down to. In good faith, I paid my bill and told them I could no longer remain as a patient. I understand they are running a business but they were willing to lose a patient over $64 for a cleaning.

As a family, we have been brand-loyal clients for over ten (10) years at Strobel Dentistry. Three (3) reasons -1. Extrodinary professional service at every visit, 2. Great care in the “teeth-works-craft” and clarity in maintaining healthy oral hygene 3. The “Top-of-the-Line Tech” that is invested at the firm which seems never ending. Finally, The entire team “feels like family” thats dedicated to professionalism, strong teeth and making sure we are a healthy bunch.

I was at Strobel Dentistry for my cleaning and checkup and everyone was excellent, just as expected. Both when I arrived and left, Mike at reception was his usual friendly and professional self. So genuinely pleasant and helpful. My cleaning was done by Aer, who, as always, was thorough. And also supportive, answering my questions (you cant let your guard down when it comes to health, and I always have questions) and also making sure that my home self-care was still on point. And then Dr. Terrassa went over my oral health and we determined that it was time to do a crown for a problem tooth. My teeth are not the best, from bad habits earlier in life, and shes been vigilant in her care and recommendations. Im really glad that I have Strobel Dentistry on my side. Theyve been great at helping me get and maintain a healthy mouth. Cant say enough good about them!

My son (17) visited Strobel Dentistry today for cleaning. The hygienist explained his gums condition to me. We have got referral for his wisdom teeth removal. Strobel Dentistry asked our previous dentist (we have moved recently) for our son’s Xrays and used it for evaluation, which was so nice of them. Doctors were informative and kind. The receptionist was a warm and very helpful person. ( I have got an appointment myself.)

Strobel Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend after I had a terrible experience with my previous dentists office - and I am SO GLAD I came here!! I was under the impression that I needed a full crown after a root canal I recently had done, but Dr. Dan gave me a free consultation, took some x-rays and confirmed that I would be fine with just a partial crown; less drilling- woohoo!Dr. Dan and his whole team were so friendly and informative from the beginning, and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions about the process for my tooth as well as insurance. I just had my partial crown done this morning and it went so smoothly - Dr. Dan and Brooke did an amazing job. They have the technology to make crowns (and partial crowns) in-house and that only took about 8 minutes! Ive been going to Strobel Dentistry since 2016 and I have always had a positive experience. The staff are super kind and passionate with what they do. I learn something new about keeping my teeth healthy because theyre always adding to their own expertise. The office and staff are also really relaxing so instead of being nervous, you can just pretend youre having a spa day for your teeth.

Dr. Strobel and his team are incredible! His practice has the best technology. I was able to get a cleaning and a crown in 1 sitting! Additionally he has an incredible bedside manner. If you are looking for a dentist he is your guy!

I started coming to Strobel Dentistry a little over 10 years ago after a bad experience with another dentist. I dont know who the HR person for this team is but they need a raise! Everyone Ive had the pleasure of interacting with has been exceptional.My last two cleanings were with Bridget and not only do I want to be besties with her because shes so personable but she also does a phenomenal job on my teeth. Everyone whos cleaned my teeth over the last 10 years has done an amazing job. You cant go wrong with anyone you get assigned to.The only complaint I have is that they keep trying to make me get rid of my wisdom teeth because theyre causing some bone loss. Guess thats more of a personal thing than a complaint lol.Services can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny.Year after year, I keep coming back and will always come back because this practice is truly exceptional. Theyre honest, genuine and really care about their patients. I trust them with my teeth and I don’t trust easy.Kudos to Dr. Dan and the Strobel Team!

This was the first time Ive ever seen a dentist, got work done without feeling the needle or anything. Dr. Kohli & her assistant Evett was the best. They moved around my mouth methodically like a special force unit. Id recommend her and this practice to anyone.

I had not been to the dentist for an extended period of time due to the shelter in place at the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, upon returning to Strobel Dentistry I was pleased to see an immaculate setting with comprehensive sanitation steps. Moreover, I was able to receive my regular exam from Dr. Isabella and excellent cleaning and treatment from Leslie. Leslie always provides a warm and welcoming experience and I’m glad to remain a satisfied customer!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Dan Strobel for almost 10 years, and have always appreciated the way he and his team make sure i feel comfortable and taken care of. It has always been a positive experience!Now with the pandemic it was no surprise that they have a process in place to make sure everyone (the patient and the staff) feels safe. I received a form via text a day in advance to ensure it was okay for me to go in, and when i got there Aer, the hygienist, walked me through their process and the extra precautions they are taking. She also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere which allowed me to relax and feel like all of my questions and concerns were addressed. This is very important because for a cleaning we spend more time with the hygienist and they get a closer look than the dentist. By the time Dr. Dan came in Aer was fully prepared to provide a summary of what she saw which was no surprise to me because she and i had already discussed it. The staff at Strobel Dentistry does a wonderful job. I’ve been coming here for just over 2 years to see Dr. Isabella and highly recommend them! They explain everything as they clean your teeth/ do procedures which makes you feel apart of the process. They are kind and understanding of your needs (financial or medical). Jen, one of the hygienist, does a thorough job and provides recommendations for any issues you may have. I used to not like going to the dentist but they actually make it an enjoyable experience.

BE CAREFUL if u think about doing FILLINGS here. After Dr. Dan convinced me to do fillings for 4 of my teeth on my right side, I had the worst discomfort I have ever had in my life with two of my teeth. Technically, I feel it even when I have a banana or drink room temperature water. It so uncomfortable that I had to stop eating on my right side completely and be extreme careful with drinking any beverage. Did I tell you that I PAID OUT OF POCKET for almost $1600 for these fillings to be done on four teeth. I tried to give him a second chance however, he could not be able to resolve the issue. Worse, they still want to continue to do fillings my left side. Not only I LOST MONEY but I have to bear with this pain for God knows how long. Now i have to start searching for other dentist who can recover this for me.I do want to give 2 stars because he does help me understand how to improve my gum health; however, the discomfort he caused was way too horrible

Today I had 3 very old fillings replaced in Week 1 of reopening after Covid closure. I could not have felt safer. Everyone gowned, masked, gloved, with plenty of patient distancing. This is the excellent type of service I have grown accustomed to at Strobel Dentistry.

My first time to the Dentist in Chicago and it was a better experience than expected. I get nervous about going to the dentist but they were warm, welcoming and very thorough. They explained each process so that I understood completely why they were doing what they were doing. This helped ease my anxiety. They also gave me a great post-visit game plan. I look forward to going back for my next appointment.

Strobel Dentistry is really a professional dentist to go to. They really take good care of your teeth. I received really good advice from my hygienist on what products to use to keep my gum and teeth strong. If you do not have a good dentist I recommend you try them.

Beware! Before setting an appointment make sure to ask if they are in network or out of network, they will not make that clear to you, but will except your insurance of course! Also, ask for a quote for any work that will be done, I am now stuck with over $1,000 for a cleaning, and 5-6 fillings when I expected my bill to be at most half that amount!
