Dr. Nihal and her staff are incredibly thoughtful and talented. As a new patient; There are always worries about whether you will find the right care for your needs. After having received treatment, they are the finest dental establishment I have ever been to. Dr. Dylan and Dr. Nihal are incredibly thorough, and Vivian in the office is amazing.

There are no words in the English dictionary that can help me express how amazing Dr. Niahal is at her job. She is the first dentist that I have ever met that was meant to be in the role. She is very honest and transparent. She is also a perfectionist, which I highly admire. I had been wanting to get veneers for a while now, but wasnt sure if Id move forward with doing so. Then, late last year I got engaged (yay) and the idea once again sparked my memory - I needed perfect teeth for my perfect day. I made the appointment and I couldnt of been happier. Dr. Nihal explained the whole process to me throughout. Even when I had my mocks put it, she put so much attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything. I finally have my actual veneers and I cant stop smiling - I may have to find a Dr. Nihal that specializes in botox because Im starting to get wrinkles from too much smiling!! Shes the best and will not go to a different dentist while Im living in Chicago!P.S.The front desk ladies at the Lincoln location are the sweetest. They always make me feel welcomed :)

This place is over the top outstanding. From the time I walked in the front door, the entire staff was sensitive, caring and friendly. I hate going to the dentist and at Chicago Dental Design I was relaxed and comfortable. The doctor was up to date on the latest research and I didnt feel pressured into having any of the work done. I was told all of my options and cost before the work was started. I am referring my friends and my kids will be going to Chicago Dental Design.

I love this place. Christine is the dental hygienist and she’s very nice and does a great job. She spent time explaining what and why things went wrong and gave me really good advice that improved my teeth health and appearance. The location is perfect for me and they have an awesome view. The receptionist, Lissa is very cooperative, helpful, and always smiling! I see Dr. Nihal as well from time to time to give and exam and she’s a great dentist. Very professional. No one offered me stuff I don’t need and they were honest with me. My experience with this place is very positive and I come here regularly. I enjoy my visit actually. My teeth now has a healthy, natural white appearance. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Design.

I had my first appointment at Chicago Dental Design in October 2017. Dr. Ciullo and her team provided excellent care and made the trip to the dentist enjoyable. Their Michigan office is immaculate, up-to-date with the latest technology, and the views of downtown Chicago are tough to beat. I had a wonderful experience and my teeth have never looked so clean!

I recently was seen at Chicago Dental Design and I have nothing but good things to say. First off, Im terrified of dental work! It just makes me nervous to think about it but thanks to Dr. Bicakci I managed to get through it without freaking out. She is a great dentist! All the staff was very caring and polite. The young lady at the front desk, Lissa, was awesome! She made me feel welcomed as she greeted me when I came in. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to others. Chicago Dental Design is great! I moved here a year ago looking for a dentist and found Chicago Dental Design based on location and insurance acceptance. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, the entire team is extremely professional and caring. Im very picky when it comes to finding a dentist and could not be happier. This is a great place!!

Its really possible to love your dentist!!!! Dr. Nihal and her staff gave me a beautiful new smile!!! Not a Hollywood fake looking one, but one so good that people didnt exactly know what had changed with me...in a good way. You cant get a bigger compliment than that! And the whole staff is SO nice and fun to work with. Dr. Nihal (dont bother trying to pronounce her last name - no one does!) is just the nicest person: patient, calming, funny, and just so pleasant to be around, even when your mouth is full of sharp noisy instruments! :) I would highly recommend her!!!

Absolutely love this place not only because of a beautiful view from a window, where you literally forget that you are visiting your dentist, but also because doctor and clinic staff members are focusing all their attention and professionalism on you to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your smile! Before coming to Dr. Bicakci my teeth were a nightmare. After a couple of appointments I can smile without doubts and embarrassment. Great and friendly stuff, everything is done with amazing quality. I would definitely recommend Chicago Dental Design. Even though I had to leave Chicago before all my treatment finished, Dr. Bicakci did the best and the most she could before my leave. I much appreciate all the job and all care Ive got here.

Dr. Bicakci and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. She took her time to explain all options for my teeth. All these years I have been seeing Dr. Lynch, I am so happy that he found Dr. Bicakci to transfer his patients and his practice. You can tell that she loves her specialty.

The service was Amazing! I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they did not rush me at all, and still managed to let me out on time. Lissa was at the front desk and she helped me with all of my questions and concerns. I had a teeth cleaning done here. The hygienist was very careful with all the procedures. It was truly great! My teeth felt so clean afterwards and i did not get hurt, nor was I sensitive afterwards. The dentist came in after everything was done to give me her recommendations and she was very nice and attentive , as the whole staff. From the reception to the dentist, the service was top of the line. I will be coming back again. They only accept PPO plan though. If you’re in the area this is worth your time and your buck! Check them out .

I have been ripped off. When I booked I made sure they accept my insurance and plan 100% and even when I came to office I checked back again that the service Im getting is covered 100% by insurance. All the sudden after finishing the cleaning, the doctor told me that I have to pay and that the receptionist didnt know that when he confirmed to me that they accept my insurance. I was shocked and asked her how could that happen without any arrangement. She replied that I shouldnt think that theyre ripping me off and they would do their best to contact my insurance and will refund me back. I was pissed off with that incident and came back next day complaining and let the receptionist called the doctor then she said if the insurance didnt pay back she will refund me after 3 weeks my money. Now its been almost 2 months and Ive been chasing them to do the refund and al what I hear is either the doctor is not there or busy, or they will check that and call back or just excuses. Never recommend going there since it seems you wont have a patient respectful relationship.

I have been referred to a Prosthodontist and came to see Dr. Nihal Bicakci. She has been very informative, friendly and professional. You can tell that she is highly trained, and experienced. At my first visit she took pictures, transferred to computer right when I was in the chair and explained all my options. I am very pleased with the results. The porcelain crowns that she replaced look exactly like my natural teeth. I am glad that I did not have to do crowns or veneers for all of my front teeth. She only replaced the ones that were not fitting well.I also scheduled a cleaning with their hygienist, Christine. She was also very thorough, and gentle. I am very happy with both Dr. Nihal and Christine.
