Very disorganized business. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone or by email. So unprofessional.

It makes no sense that their website gives a phone number and yet it is never answered. Why even have this number displayed as the way to make an appointment? What a ruse and what a shame. No way to email for an appointment either. Makes me wonder if their service is worth it if they cant even manage simple administrative issues. I sure as heck would NEVER accept a faculty position with this awful reputation. My brother is a faculty doctor in another state and said he has never heard of something like this. He was not impressed and suggested I look elsewhere for care. I suggest you do to.

UIC Dentistry College facilitates dental services for the community

It took me a while but I got in Ive always gotten my dental work here.Since 1999. Its changed in the looks but they took Care of Me as usual.

They dont even answer the phones

Terrible except I cant actually make a comment about the actual service. Ive had a referral to their oral and maxillofacial surgery center, actually Ive had multiple ones from multiple different dentist over years and can not get an appointment. Its the only place my horrible insurance will let me go and due to a genetic condition no regular dentist will touch me. Ive tried calling all hours of the day and night and the voicemail to leave a message to set an appointment is always full. Oh well Ill probably end up in the morgue from recurring infection before I actually get in here.
