25 East is a wonderful dental office. Everyone is friendly and my hygienist Dana was outstanding. She explained things as she worked and was very professional. The office was impeccably clean and safe.

Love this dentistry office. The work done by Dr. Kozlov is impeccable. I needed quite a bit of work done. She spaced the work for my comfort! Furthermore, she makes sure she is up to date on any medical issues I may have.

Best dentist in Chicago! (They arent terrible like Aria dental was). Every one here is super friendly. Each room has a TV with Netflix so I can watch New Girl while getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Koslow is the best. When I got a veneer, she was even more concerned about it having the perfect shape and color than I was!

Had a dental exam, cleaning, and X-rays at my first appointment here, and I would highly recommend them! Iliana was my hygienist and she was very thorough (which is important to me) and super friendly just like everyone else at this office. Dr. Koslow was also wonderful. Great first experience!

Dr. Alyson Koslow is fantastic! Her years of experience, caring nature, and advanced knowledge of dentistry has made my visits a breeze. Dr. Koslow, carefully explains each procedure, provides options, and is so upbeat and positive it puts your mind (and I am normally a cowardly patient) at ease. Her office is state of the art and her team caring and considerate.

Needed to have one filling replaced and a crown put in for another filling. They did a great job, explained each step along the way. Didnt have any issue with pain during or after the work. The temporary crown works great after two days.

I’ve been thinking about veneers for years and finally decided to pull the plug. I wish I had done it years ago. My teeth were discolored due to medication taken as a child. Dr alyson Koslow was amazing from start to finish as well as after. We decided together on the color that would not be too noticeable but give me confidence with my smile. There was never any pain because dr Koslow numbed my mouth in a way that let one shot settle in before giving the next so that area was partially numb. She was great at checking in via text to make sure all was going well and that I was happy with the end product. Which I am extremely happy. Dr Koslow is extremelyKnowledgeable and I will always put my trust in her. The staff was fantastic as well. Had a lot of fun talking with them. It was almost like hanging out with girlfriends rather than going to the dentist. I love them!! Do not hesitate to make an appt at 25 east dental you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Koslow guided me through an extensive oral surgery - recommending a great oral surgeon, making sure that I understood everything that was going to occur, following up after the surgery to ensure that she was satisfied with the surgeons work and ensuring that her part was handled in a very efficient manner! I’ve been going to 25 East Dental for many, many, many years and it keeps getting better and better. Everyone that works there seems to really love what they do. Those at the front desk are always helpful and very knowledgeable in all things billing, insurance, and appointment reminders. The hygienists are thorough.And Dr. Koslow is simply amazing. My crown/veneer work was completed by at least two different dentists, and while they looked ok, they were not perfect. Cosmetic dentistry is her jam! Her extreme attention to detail and dedication to making sure you are 110% satisfied cannot be rivaled. She is simply the best at what she does. And for the cherry on top - she is charismatic, kind, and hilarious.If you have been thinking about getting veneers/crowns - look no further. Dr. Koslow is the GOAT.

I had been putting off some major, much needed, dental work for years due to a few past bad experiences. I finally decided to have it done after a WONDERFUL cleaning by Dana. She was gentle, sweet, very thorough and made the experience quite pleasant. Next up, Dr Koslow. I had heard she was amazing and she lived up to her reputation. Dr. Koslow not only explained how the procedures would make my teeth look better but that they would function better as well, which was her top priority. She put me at ease, relieved my fear, explained every detail and, was painless. The end result is I now have a beautiful smile! I cant rave enough about 25 E Dental. I would give the entire practice from the friendly, helpful, front desk staff, to the hygienist, to Dr Koslow 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend 25 E Dental

At the appointment, Catherine was both caring and really on her game through the process of fitting my tooth for a crown. And Dr. Bob? he is funny, gifted, and so very kind. I am so very grateful for the consistent effort and empathy!

Caroline was great! Very helpful and provided suggestions on what I should be using at home to better improve oral health. I will remain a customer as long as she is there.

Let me start by saying I hate the dentist. I usually have to be somewhat medicated (say what you will but, that scraping is awful). HOWEVER after a lot of time and research I found 25 East Dental. My hygienist Christine was amazing. She was patient, kind, and very intuitive to what was causing me pain or discomfort. The CAVITRON is a game changer for me. No scraping, super fast and efficient! Dr. Smith who completed my exam was fantastic. He was informative, took actual time to discuss my concerns, and a plan of attack for a filling I needed. So thankful i found this team, and can keep my smile fresh. THANK YOU

I suffer from horrendous anxiety, especially at the dentist. I didnt go for years because of it, but then when I was 18, my mother sent me to this place when they still had a pediatric dentist because, well...I was that difficult in the chair. Ive been coming here for 10 years now, and I cant say enough about Dr. Deaver, Sangalang, or their associate dentist. Their staff is friendly, kind, and very patient. Theyre excellent with communicating. The doctors here are just incredible. Their best interest is the patient, and making the patient feel safe and comforted and like youre in good hands. This Dental office made me feel so comfortable i was surprised with EVERYTHING from front desk Ericka along with all the other people that work just in the front, and keep this in mind when i was having a DEEP CLEANING they played my favorite station k-love and meade me feel at home even through deep cleaning when i left i told them they made think about the TV program CHEERS they talk to each other with love and respect and to patients to like CHEERS IT LIKE EVERYBODY KNEW YOUR NAME 5 STAR DENTAL OFFICE.

25 E. Dental has changed. Dr. Dever left about 3 weeks ago. He was the main reason I went there and was expecting to see him yesterday. Instead there was a new dentist, Dr. Smith, and new technicians. It seems like a lot of the old staff is gone.I think Dr. Dever’s patients should have been told about this. I wonder what happened. Now, I’m looking for a new dentist.

Consistently I have been treated professionally and courteously at 25 East Dental. The practioners take time to explain the treatment, any other options and what I can do to alleviate after treatment discomfort.The administrative staff are friendly and efficient, making my visits a far from harrowing experience.

Like others that have commented in this thread, I went to 25 East Dental because of Dr. Deaver. He explains procedures well, and he and his staff made sure patients were treated with respect and care. However, Dr. Deaver is no longer at 25 East Dental, and my experience there in July after he left was not very good. I thought Dr. Deaver retired, but that’s not the case. I found him, still practicing and still providing the care that makes him a great dentist. For those like me, please know that you can find Dr. Deaver still practicing with a quick google search.

Dr. Brian Smith was very professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy with 25 East Dental, where I have been a patient for over 15 years.This is a new review (June 2021) following several appointments for crowns and teeth whitening with Dr. Koslow and her assistant. Dr. Koslows training in prosthodontics really made a huge difference in the dental work I needed. The crowns fit well and look great! She and her assistant explained the process and set aside the time needed to do careful and precise work, making sure my bite was perfect before I left the office. Really happy with the teeth whitening also.

Had my teeth cleaning and check-up. Its always a pleasure to visit Dr. Deavers office. The staff is efficient and pleasant. I know my teeth are in good hands. I was in and out without a hitch. I feel I can always ask questions and get an honest answer.

Dr. Deaver is a rockstar dentist. I had to call him early in the morning for a dental emergency and he was able to see me at 8:30am and advised me that I should immediately schedule an emergency root canal. I always feel that I am in trusted hands and his bedside manner and humor keep me in good spirits while receiving dental care. Dr. Deaver also personally called me to check in on how I was doing - super impressed!

Well nobody likes going to the dentist unless you are a dentist. I gotta say this place will change your mind. 25 East Dental has the most professional staff from Ashley at the front to greet you to the best hygienist in Mariela I ever dealt with . I just went for the simple stuff, cleaning and a cavity in which Dr Smith and Mariela were above and beyond. They are gentle and efficient. You leave with your teeth feeling as smooth as glass. I have been coming here for years now. My appointments always are done within an hour. They are friendly, discuss things with you including any expectations for outside cost from insurance, and the quality of my teeth have been good. I have had no problems.

I first tried this practice out 4 years ago. It was awesome, but I moved away. I’ve tried about 6 or 7 different dental practices in my life and this is a great one. So now that I moved back to Chicago, I obviously came back. Friendly and relatable staff. Skilled at injections without pain. Dr. Brian Smith possesses the skills, expertise and knowledge of an excellent dentist. Plus he’s ostensibly a cool guy.

Worst experience with a dental office: unprofessional, rude, incompetent, disorganized, the list goes on. Read on for more details:Several coworkers suggested I try this dentist. Upon visiting the website, I was very impressed. After creating an account online, I requested an appointment via their online tool. I specifically asked to see Dr. Deaver, as he was the one my coworkers recommended I visit.I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I received a second email asking me to fill out the attached forms. There were no attached forms. I emailed back requesting the forms that should have been attached.About three weeks later, it was time for my appointment and I still hadnt received the forms in a reply to the email. I decided to poke around on their website to see if I could find new patient forms to fill out. I found a link to fill out forms. It wanted me to log in, but would not accept my email as a username (despite being able to use the email to log into their main site earlier in the day!). Apparently, there are two different systems, and you need two accounts. So I created a new account and filled out the forms. The process was completely unintuitive.I went to my appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude. In addition, the office could not access my new patient forms online. The receptionist had me fill out another form and write my address down; he said he would access the rest of my information when he was able to access their online system again.I went into my appointment (which was a twice yearly cleaning). The dentist walks in, and he is not the dentist that I requested to see. If Dr. Deaver was not accepting new patients or available for appointments on this day, I would have appreciated them telling me before they confirmed my requested appointment!!The dentist begins my cleaning. After scraping my teeth with a pick and using pressurized water to clean off my teeth, he tells me I am all set. He did not polish them or even floss them! It was the worst cleaning Ive ever had.On my way out, I check with the receptionist and he tells me that I am all set -- that I do not owe anything at this time.On my way home, I receive a phone call from the office. They leave a message that they are having issues billing my insurance without my address. I had just given the receptionist my address!!!Overall, the office was extremely unprofessional: they were rude, incompetent, and completely unorganized. I highly discourage going here.

I brought British teeth and the typical apprehensions one might expect when visiting a dentist with such a genetic affliction :)Yet, from my first visit, Ive always left with a wide smile on my face. Dr Deaver is incredibly warm and patient, and brings a personal touch that demonstrates he genuinely knows and cares about each individual patient. Personally, I look forward to the British history trivia questions he serves up with my every visit. (A good barometer for the pressures of a different culture!)The dental technicians and hygienists all reflect the warm culture that has been fostered in the small, but clean and relaxing office. NEW: Its about trust and I dont have any for the new dentists and owners of this practice. Dr Deaver left, so I was assigned to new dentist, Koslow, who doesnt take insurance, who told me I need two fillings. Went for 2nd opinion and different dentist said x-rays show nothing and visual inspection shows nothing needs to be done.OLD: I trust Dr Deaver. His practice is a refreshing, strait forward experience with quality dental work, compared to other upsell practices poor insurance forced me to previously.

Yes I agree with Doctor Deavers first good review and I am saddened that there isnt more 5 star reviews because he is such a great professional kind and caring and giving dentist who knows his business like no other dentist I have ever had work in my mouth.Trust me I have had many many dentist trying to find a good one and I promise you you wont find a dentist better than Doctor Deaver.This is the reason i give Doctor Deaver 5 stars no 10 stars because he is a part of Donated Dental and organizations of Dentist that donates their work to less fortunate people who cant afford work any work minor or major extensive work that need to be done, and I researched that info and found that he travels around the country helping people get major dental work done.Now tell me do you know of any dentist that does that besides Doctor Deaver, I dont but i hope and pray there is and more coming.Doctor Deaver fitted my mouth for upper and lower partials, cleaned my teeth, filed many cavities, and gave me a sonic electrical tooth brush, long while later it went out and he gave me another one with two in the box, YESSSSSSSS, you wont find a dentist doing that for no one no were.It was suppose to be a onetime Donation but he called the Head of Donated dental when I needed more work and got the go ahead to do more work in my mouth, now hows that for a real angel from heaver, 300 cheers for DOCTOR ROBERT DEAVERNow that I have good insurance I hope and pray that he accepts the one I got because I dont want any other dentist on the face this earth now.And the filling was so quick and painless with modern high tech equipment I could not believe it was over in 1 or 2 minutes no pain at all oh and not to mention the caps on he put on both of my front teeth, LORD HAVE MERCY THE DOCTOR IS GOOD I MEAN REALLY GOOD ALL THE WAY AROUND.I RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THOSE THAT DON NOT GO TO HIM GOT TO HAVE A MOUTH FULL OF PERFECT TEETH.Thank God for Doctor Deaver
