Everyone was very friendly especially the front office Staff ;but, I was not happy with my implant experience. I feel that the doctor was rushing to complete the implant and sell me on getting another implant. After the procedure the doctor informed me that 2 of the implants were too close together and I may have to come in and get them done over, at a later date. My mouth is dripping blood. I have had implants done before and I have never had an experience like this.

Horrible attitude by receptionist first, then made me wait 1 hour after my appointment time before I being seen by an consultant. Moving patient from room to room cause they had to appointments backed up and had to people in office to meet Covid restrictions. Ridiculous.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE. So I made a appt 2 months in advance. The day of my appt I get to 630 w. Washington and call that Im out front. A lady answered and says oh were running behind, I asked how behind are you, she says well theres a lady whos been waiting for over a hour. So I said no I cant wait that long, never got a follow up call, a apology for wasting my time going all the way there. WASTE OF TIME..

My father had a complete upper replacement set of teeth done at Clear Choice. The process was lengthy, approximately 6 months. He was very happy with the treatment. They are very professional and thorough, with kind and courteous staff.

What a wonderful experience! I never thought I would say so regarding my teeth, but all of the people at Clear Choice were wonderful to work with! It takes some time to get to the point where you can have your permanent tooth (implant), but they really do know what they are doing and they appreciate your business as well! Amazing experience. Went in Tuesday morning for my implants. Home by 6:00 PM. Had pain meds for home use. Was told day 3 would be painful. Very happy to report a totally pain free Thursday. Give the staff at Clear Choice a call. You will not be disappointed.

The doctors were great. I had top and bottom implants and after the first day of surgery walked out with teeth. It was great. Hello My 2 crown bridge cracked, they wiggled now. I needed a permanent solution. I went to Clear Choice, Chicago. Meeting w/ Loni who was sincere and understanding walked me through the implant process. The care and genuine interest in my dental needs were a priority to the staff. I was nervous the day of my surgery but they made me feel comfortable and explained every procedure in detail prior. I couldnt have felt more secure w/ out techs Mallory and Jenn. Made a 3pm appointment with me, I waited until 4:30. And then found out they dont pull teeth on the first appointment for emergency extractions. You must give the $1000.00 dollars and come back with 20k more 4 months later in then they can pull my tooth. And set up implants.If I made my clients wait 1 hour plus and told them to pay me months in advance, Id go out of business real quick, but dentist and doctors constantly do this. I called and made an appointment for a reason. I dont have all day. And when some calls whats listed as an oral surgeon to have a painful tooth removed, they usually mean right away. Not months later.These reviews on here are all fakes Yelp really shows what this place is like.

I have had my implants for several years. I have had an amazing experience not only with the staff and physicians but also the implants themselves. The Center is now performing cleanings and I had my first this week. As always, everything went great and I had no issues. My implants were in perfect condition. I prefer to have my cleanings at ClearChoice since I was taken care of so well from the very beginning, I feel more comfortable and think there is no dental office better to continue with my dental implant maintenance. I drive a little less than an hour to get to the Chicago office and wouldnt have it any other way. Thank you to all at the Chicago office for making my experience a great one. When I signed up, I was told I would have the same team of professionals, nurses, hygienistsand Dentist.I saw my team altogether , once.I saw my dentist on a future visit for approximately 30 to 45 seconds.Im really disappointed with the team.The entire process took more than 8 most, for one tooth. I did have to reschedule due to a circumstance beyond my control.Rescheduling added 6 to 8 weeks to the process. Also the offices moved from a high rent area to a lower rent area. .I would like to have my fees adjusted.M.B.

From the first consultation to receiving my permanent teeth it has been a good experience. After years of trying everything to save my own teeth I decide to give ClearChoice a call. Every step was well explained and what to look forward to. As promised I had the surgery and went home that day with new teeth. These teeth were temporary because the implants need time to heal. After several followup visits my permanent teeth were installed. I had a particular problem with one tooth as it would crack. I would call and if I could make it they would see me that day. After a few adjustments because of my bite the issue was resolved. Everyone was professional yet very personable. Knowing what I do now I would not hesitate to go through the experience. Yes they can do your whole month of new teeth in one day. it takes a few months to get to the permanent set of teeth so the gums can heal. the temps are just as good looking. it is worth every penny to have new permanent teeth. the staff is very accommodating. I had many missing teeth in front and they fashioned a thing that filled in all of them temporarily until the day of the installation of the implants. the cleaning is just like regular teeth. Cleaning is done every six months.Very satisfied!!!James J of Chicago

ClearChoice is the BEST! I had implants for upper and lower teeth. They look beautiful. I have had so many compliments that I couldt begin to count them. Even young men in their twenties (Im in my 60s) have complimented me. I just had my first annual cleaning and check up and they were very through in checking my gums and cleaning. My life has changed so much in how I feel about myself and how people view me. I can now eat anything I want. It feels so good to be able to eat an ear of corn or bit into a whole apple without having to worry about anything. Everyone at ClearChoice have all been great in making sure everything was right! On the day of my surgery I was met with these same standards of professionalism by my Surgeon and his staff. I was thoroughly informed of the procedure and the risks that might be associated with it. There was no pain or discomfort through out the surgery and when it was over I was extremely amazed and completely satisfied with the outcome. During my post surgery, I experienced no bruising and very little swelling that I was alerted to and prepared for. Because of this profound experience, I would not hesitate to make the same choice again and I am happy to share this information with my friends and colleagues, which I have already done.

As a woman, who is deathly afraid of the dentist from so many bad experiences, ClearChoice put my mind at ease. From the consultation to the final appointment, I was treated with so much care, comfort and professionalism. Anytime I would have a question or concern, ClearChoice was there with a prompt answer. I struggled most of my life with bad teeth, that only became worse. The decision to come to ClearChoice was not an easy one. I had a gum disease that practically was destroying my teeth. I did not know how bad it was until I went to Clear Choice and my top teeth were falling apart. They made a plan to replace them with implants. I thought I was going to be without teeth for a few months, but I did not. The procedure was in one day and people did not notice that I had new teeth. Now I can eat anything I want without pain. The gum problem is gone and my smile is sparkling.

The people that work here are for the most part trying their best. The surgeons do great work. The problems I have gone thru at this office were many and all caused by the unprofessional and dishonest acts of the manager there( Ronnie). I will only suggest if you’re going to get anything done at this office get things in writing not promises. I doubt that all the ClearChoice offices operate on this standard

I had seen ClearChoices advertisement on TV many times and finally attended one of their seminars. I was apprehensive about their claim of implants in one day; but they have made a believer out of me. My surgical and dental implant procedure was not painful as I had anticipated nor was my healing process complicated. The expertise, care and chair-side manner received from the dental assistants and dental specialists made it a good experience!My dental implants have restored my confidence in smiling and I am able to enjoy eating normal again. I also get many compliments about my pretty teeth and beautiful smile!! I am so happy that God led me to try ClearChoice!

I’ve had a great experience with Clear Choice Chicago. Dr Palatto and the staff at Clear Choice took a lot of time helping me restore my top jaw. Having previously had my bottom jaw restored through a private surgeon I can say with no doubt that Clear Choice did not fall short of any expectations. In fact the procedure from start to finish was so smooth I am impressed with how efficient the process is. I was treated with a high level of professionalism from not only Dr Palatto but from the entire Clear Choice staff. Its clear that these guys do a lot of behind the scene homework to make sure the process goes quickly and smoothly for their patients. The hygienists the front office everybody always seemed to be on the same page and on the ball.The only aspect I did not like is how busy this clinic is and how far in advance appointments were booked. If you miss an appointment then you basically have to wait a long time to reschedule it.Clear Choice is definitely worth recommending to anyone who needs implant work and Dr Palatto and his staff are all awesome! From the moment I stepped in everyone was kind and listened to my concerns. Financially it was a difficult choice to make because I have 2 in college and one going into college. Im a divorced parent and my kids come first. But I know I needed to get the surgery done. My upper teeth were getting loose and falling out through the past few years. After reviewing the finances and figuring out how to make it work they helped me with the right plan where I was able to get it done.Through out the preparation for the surgery everyone was kind and easing my fears. I dont like going into dentist offices. Lol. On the day of the surgery lisa greeted me and took me to my recovery room. She was very nice and caring which calmed my nerves down. When it was time to go into the operating room I met my surgeon Dr.Bennet. she was great. Explaing to me everything that was going to happen. Even played music for me. Once the surgery was done I waited for my temps to get made. While waiting in the recovery room I was checked on and fed.Lilly then took over and was there every step of the way towards the end. Everyone was great and professional. I love how they take care of you as a person not a number. I would like to thank everyone from the front desk all the way to the assitants and lab for making a difficult decision an easy one. Ive been going through the process of getting full upper and lower implants at ClearChoice, Chicago. I have never worked with such wonderfully talented professionals. Due to my personal medical history, my personal doctors did not want me sedated for this procedure. From my very first visit there, up to now, I have been impressed with the manner in which I have been treated and the care I have received. The ads you see on TV are true!
