They were thorough in their eye exams and I love the glasses that I got there.

The appointment process was very easy. Friendly staff called to confirm my appointment. Dr. Williams was on time, personable, efficient and explained everything during the exam. They made it very easy to fulfill my prescription and had my lenses delivered right to my home. Overall an amazing eye doctor experience! Thanks Dr. Williams & Rosin!

I had an excellent experience from the time I entered the office. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The doctor, was very pleasant and gave me a thorough exam. All my questions and concerned were answered.There were many frames to choose from and I was very satisfied with my purchase. This definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

I had a wonderful experience at Rosin Eyecare. I had to see a doctor immediately on a Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in first thing. Everyone who works there is extremely kind of accommodating. Considering my diagnosis I had to be referred to Dr. Rosin on Michigan Ave, however I continued to follow up at the Lincoln Park location. I would highly recommend Rosin Eyecare to anyone who needs an optometrist, I certainly trust them with my eyes!

This place was friendly but then had additional charges that no one mentioned until long after my visit. No one followed up with me. They said there was one message left. I never received it. People are nice but customer service and professionalism were lacking. It has been a few months now and I had to call them to find out what was going on. A surprise charge for a contact fitting, me trying a pair of contacts on. I wouldnt recommend Rosin Eyecare to anyone. If you want to waste a lot of time and money give them a try.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful when I went in to get contacts for the first time. I really appreciated the tips and training they gave me around putting them in properly.

Unhappy with the customer service and experience. I went for an eye check up three months ago and received contact lenses which did not agree with my eye. I had to go for another visit and the samples which worked were not on file. Three months later i have an emergency out of the country and the file was not updated. It has the incorrect prescription. The samples provided earlier were not updated and now I am asked to take another eye appointment to update the prescription. I filled out a whole lot of paperwork to release my correct prescription online and after a week of this I am asked for another doctor visit to verify! It feels unfair to go for another eye appointment in three months to verify the samples which were provided by the doctor earlier. Very dissatisfied and planning to change the doctor. Really bad customer service experience.

I very love Rosin! I like people who work there. Very good doctors. Quality job. Before I became a Rosins customer I was in other vision centers. Rosin is much better!
