I’m so glad that I chose Rosin Eyecare. The doctors were friendly yet professional and everyone who works there seems genuinely happy to be doing their job.The selection of frames is awe inspiring! I found frames for every aspect of my life from every day wear to professional chic to rock n roll diva.For the first time I was offered the option to wear contacts! They found a prescription that works for me and taught me how to put them in and take them out. Then they patiently sat with me as I practiced doing that, offering encouragement and helpful advice. I’ve definitely found my new eye care spot.

What a place, I made an appointment last week for my father and I and was told they accepted our insurance. But when I called today to make an appointment for my mother they had told me I had been told wrong and they actually dont accept our insurance, what a waste of time. Please educate your staff on what insurances you do accept so we can just look for another place and not waste our time.

I had an appointment at another location and they had positioned I would have to wait two weeks for my glasses, however could pick them up the Wednesday of their arrival at the Andersonville location. No biggie.Except Andersonville isn’t open on Wednesday. I’m super busy and any day but Wednesday’s simply do not work. The manager was kind enough to take time out of her day to accommodate me on the only day I had free. They went above and beyond to correct the poor positioning of the other location. The staff is fantastic. I’ll be going here from now on. Thank you Sam and staff!

Rosin’s COVID-19 guidelines made me feel safe the entire time I was there.

I have severe anxiety and depression, and my terrible (Im talking -13 prescription terrible) eyesight has always been a trigger. I had a bad experience with Big City Optical last year, and was anxious to ever go back to an optometrist for an eye exam ever again. Rosin went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. My vision was never a challenge for them - they found me contacts and glasses that worked for my prescription, worked with my insurance through several phone calls, and communicated with me through every step. If youre nervous about eye care like I am, GO HERE.

I really appreciate every about this location. The staff is above and beyond awesome, seriously. They’re patient, honest, knowledgeable. The have a pretty sizable amount of frames, and styles. I’ve had the best interactions with both doctors and staff here. They’ve single handedly made up for all terrible experiences at other eye care places. Give them your business! It’s the best thing you can do for you and your eyes.

The andersonville location of rosin is amazing! I did my eye exam and purchased glasses from them. everyone was outstanding! made the experience efficient as well as fun. highest respect for this great location. 5 well deserved stars!

I stopped in to look at frames while visiting from Washington State. I found a pair I really liked and thought to purchase the frames without lenses, to be filled at home. I was courteously directed to order them at home, for a number or reasons, and then given the names of local businesses I might try along with detailed specs for the frames in question. I received excellent service, even after it became clear I wouldn’t be spending my money. That’s how you run a business! Thanks so much!

Polite people and extremely helpful. It was on my way home and far to return to get my glasses but totally worth it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a positive memorable experience.

This company prioritizes profits over people. You will wind up paying more than you expect.Furthermore, they told they wouldnt extend my prescription and I had to come in in-person during a pandemic despite my history of autoimmune disease. Im losing $130 in benefits because I cant order contacts this year thanks to Rosin.
