Great place. They have the friendliest staff and they are always running on time. They are great with the whole family. I take both of my kids in and its such a laid back and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Jen Cameron is the best. I cant recommend highly enough!

I have been going to Custom Eyes (originally on Southport) since 2003! I have also been bringing my now 14 year old here since he was 2. They have always been very patient and accommodating when hes broken or bent his frames.I love the staff and doctors. They care about their clients, and it truly shows. Dr. Jen and Nicole are the best. Keep up the good work, Custom Eyes!!

Nicole and the team are wonderful. Our entire family has been loyal customers for years. Every time we go in for exams and/or new glasses or contacts they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our youngest son was continually breaking his glasses and they were very helpful in fixing whenever possible and ultimately recommending glasses that would be more durable in the longer term.

We love CustomEyes and have been trusting our eyes to the ladies at Roscoe for ages. Dr. Jen takes time to explain exam results and is personally invested in your eye health, while Nicole and the store staff make the best suggestions on lenses, fit and a wide selection of frames. Knowledgeable, freindly and fun.

Always great service! We bring the whole family in to get our exams and glasses. They work with our insurance to ensure we get the best pricing possible. The team is very hands on, helping us choose the frames and lenses which fit both our style and faces to ensure we are happy with the result.

Love this place! The staff there is very nice and attentive, not pretentious or rude like other places. It is a bit expensive but the quality service is well worth it. They spent over 2 hours helping me pick out new glasses and eventually decided to just get new lenses on ky existing ones. Then one of the girls asked me to try on a pair that didnt really appeal to me, bold and trendy. That was the winner! Then I was given an average of about 5 business days for glasses to come in, but received a call for pickup in 2. I dont live near them but have been going here for 2 yrs. Quality is the same each visit. Highly recommend them.

Hands down the best eyeglass shop in town! They have a fantastic selection of frames and staff that are so helpful when trying to find that perfect pair. Ive been really pleased since I started going there for my annual eye exams too!

I have been coming to CustomEyes for several years and really like this place. Excellent service.

I first chose this place because it was walking distance from where I lived. After my first visit, I swore Id never go anywhere else. Theyre extremely attentive and the receptionist Nicole goes above and beyond. She gives you honest criticism on your frame choices steering you towards what looks best, not whats most expensive. She also takes her time with helping you. I never felt rushed or like I was a nuisance taking so long to pick out frames. Their frames are fantastic, by the way. The doctors are also super nice. I moved 4 years ago to the burbs and still drive the 35 miles to get my eyes checked here.

Custom Eyes is my store of choice. I started with the store on Southport, then they opened this store on Roscoe, on my street. They are all super nice and cool, have a good selection, are patient with my kids. Just a great shop.cheers,Greg

I had a problem with my eye today (the Saturday of Labor Day weekend) and Dr. Shoudis stayed after their normal closing time in order to examine my eye and write a prescription. Dr. Shoudis and the Custom Eyes staff consistently go out of their way to provide quality service and I highly recommend them.
