Do not get your contact lenses here. It is completely and utterly disorganized. I had an eye appointment and ordered contact lenses more than two months ago. They required full payment when I ordered the lenses. I was told the lenses would arrive in 3-5 days. They would call when the lenses came in. Two weeks later no call. So I called the store. It took me more than 30 minutes to get a live person on the line - no pick up and there is no voice mail option. When I finally did get through, no apology, no explanation and no lenses. I waited another two weeks and still no call. Once again, it was impossible to get through on the phone. So I drove to the store. Once there, a rather baffled gentleman said he had no record of the order. I then told him the date of my eye appointment (lenses were ordered the same day) and he looked that up. He then found the order. But he said he could see no sign that the lenses had actually been ordered. He then said he was going to cancel the first order and reorder them. They would be in the store in 3-5 days. He gave me a pair of replacement lenses to tide me over. Fast forward, it is another month, no call and no lenses. I called the store today and it was again very difficult to get through. When I finally did get some one on the phone, I gave them my name, was asked to hold and was immediately disconnected. When I called back and manged to get through again, I was told by a very polite but baffled sales clerk that she knew nothing about my lenses as it was her first day at the store! I asked for a manager and was told the manager starts Monday! No manger either. Buyer beware. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and this is for something health related.

Great Doctor but the worse customer experience I ever had. The front office is very rude and we will never go again. Too bad because once again the doctor was very good and caring...

Today I just came 5pm have 2lady ,she very nice and have good service I will recommend this place for my friends.
