My mother was at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield from September 15 until November 15 2020. I can’t say enough about them, from the great nursing staff to the amazing therapy team, and social services who did a great job helping my mother. My mother was also very complimentary of the food. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will be recommending your facility.

My grandma spent a couple weeks here to get some rehab. I cant say enough good things about this place. The therapy team was great, the staff were so nice, and my grandma wouldnt stop talking about how good the food was. Will definitely recommend this facility.

The therapy was wonderful. My husband was a patient there after his back surgery and he got great care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all who work there.

This place is horrible. They have roaches!!! My dad is there now & found 3 roaches in his bed. Also saw more when they were spraying his room.

The people I know who have stayed there say the staff doesnt respond when the call light is pressed. Its like a ghost town. Definitely not worth the cost of care.

We moved my dad here after his stroke for long-term care. We were very nervous placing him somewhere, but were quickly at ease. Everyone was so loving and kind during his stay! Eventually we were referred to Pathways Hospice and we could not have been more pleased with his care. Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield really became a second family to all of us!

My mother did rehab here for a broken hip over the summer. The staff was great. They were caring, kind and rehabbed my mom back to her home. I would definitely bring her back to Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield for rehab or for a long term stay.

My mother went to Delmar Gardens Chesterfield for rehab and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive! The therapists were phenomenal! They set everything up for her to go home so the transition was very smooth! I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for rehab!

Absolutely horrible! Do not place your loved ones in this facility!

Just awful; so hard to watch the unprofessionalism of the management team. Only time things are done properly is when the STATE is in the building. Such a phony administrator calling in all kinds of people to put on a show while State is in the building and then back to horrible normal when State leaves.

I placed my brother here for rehab therapy after he left the hospital. I fell in love with the beautiful facility but quickly became aware of the neglected patients as I visited twice daily. This facility tried to over bill for his care, slowed down his therapy progress to levels way below what he received at the hospital. The doctor even placed him on medications not needed that was also dangerous and harmful without having discussion with me his legal guardian. They violated the law numerous times and I had to constantly bring it to their attention. The staff constantly ignored the residents and would not answer the call lights for more than an hour. The would close the bedroom door on patients calling out help. After just 9 days I removed my brother from this glamorous facility that neglected him and other residents.

I worked here for 3months always short staffed management is horrible and I notice if someone goes management about a problem the management will tell who told what they have their favorites and the odor of urine smells from the basement on up... One of the worst I worked at... Very unprofessional and not caring facility.

I would never recommend this location.
