We have been a customer of Citizen K9 for two years and absolutely love Brandy and her staff. Our dog has trained w Brandy and Jordan since he was ten weeks old. We have also boarded him there when weve traveled. He absolutely LOVES the staff and the grounds. Brandy is also very responsive to requests, she posts videos of the dogs, their training, and their general play time so that families can see their dogs when theyre away. Our dog knows when were headed to see Brandy, and he gets very excited! I am extremely protective of my animals, and I would not trust them w just anyone. Brandy is the first person I have ever been comfortable taking care of my dog, and I would highly recommend her for training and boarding.

I think the trainer is well qualified for large and/or aggressive dogs. Many dogs in group classes are reactive and there are some aversive methods used. It wasnt a good fit for me and my dog as he shutdown during training. But I can see where the methods may be a good fit for some. I attended 5 out of my 8 classes that we paid for, and opted to let the remainder go as I felt it was more detrimental to my relationship with my dog to force his continuation. I would suggest observing a class without your dog before shelling out the cash for a package. Not all training is a good fit for every dog and partner. A lesson I learned from this experience when I seek another trainer.

My dog has grown and learned so much already and he’s only halfway done! My dog is leash reactive so he gets really excited when he sees other dogs. Jordan has been helping us and she is always on top of it! She does really well handling my dog and is very sweet to the both of us. My husband and I are so excited watching the progress he has made! I 100% recommend taking your dog here! Your dog will learn and you will learn how to train your dog too!

While I do not have much experience with dog training through Brandy, I greatly appreciated her customer service. I started the program and truly wanted to continue but being dual military, it simply did not work for our family. She was understanding and she ensured the door is always open for if I want to come back.From the couple interactions I have had, she is amazing with dogs and I recommend her. Thank you Brandy for helping me and my family out.

Brandi is an incredible trainer. When we brought in our Yorkie Barbie she was trembling and didnt know any commands. When we left she could sit, lay down, stay, heel, and was much more obedient over all. Brandi has a way with all dogs small and large.
