We receive Excellent service from the office staff and from the doctors. The office is extremely clean! Dr. Webb and Dr. Martin are absolutely amazing. My children adore Dr. Martin! He’s patient, kind, and has amazing personality for children! Dr. Webb explains things thoroughly and has a true heart for her patients! Ursula also is amazing at what she does and is able to explain billing and payment efficiently.The Vaughn’s love this office❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The office staff was very nice on the phone but I didn’t like the shopping center when I was going to become a patient. Tip- don’t park near The kidney center because I almost lost my front end in a pot hole. They need to do something about this plaza.

Absolutely love this practice! Been here for 3 visits for my 7yr old. Dr. Martin and staff is amazing! Very patient and kind, they remember my daughter and her prior visits. We saw Cassandra today with Dr. Martin and my daughter was nervous. But they helped ease her into being ready. Very personable and love how much they care. It truly shows in their work. Best dental office ever!

I took my nephew here several times for my sister and everyone here seemed pleasant and it wasn’t a long wait like it can be at other places. I would like to transfer here if it wasn’t for the nasty shopping center :( the median I parked next to had weeds over a foot high trying to get out of my car with broken dead tree branches, potholes in the lot, and trash scattered everywhere. I would contact the shopping center owners because it’s bad for business...other than that it was good

Dr. Webb and the entire are awesome! I had an extraction on a bad 🦷. I was nervous but they were so on it before I knew it the tooth was out! I didnt even it was all over. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently went to Dr Webb’s office for the first time. The receptionist and other staff members greeted me immediately. They were friendly and very helpful. I knew I had to have a tooth extracted and had questions for Dr Webb. She gave me a thorough examination, answered all of my questions and spent additional time explaining things I needed to do to take better care of my teeth. I had no pain or discomfort as Dr Webb quickly removed my tooth. Over the next two days, I took Tylenol twice and was never uncomfortable. Everything is healing nicely. I have never had a better experience with a dentist and look forward to having Dr Webb take care of all of my dental needs in the future. Thank you Dr Webb and staff!

Dr Webb is an extremely talented dentist with a great team. They are all dedicated pros, and my experiences with them for 15+ years have been magnificent. My recent cosmetic work (veneers) have made my smile shine again,; I have to admit its a (selfishly) neat feeling looking at that smile in the mirror during those daily washup rituals. Like all normal people, at least on what I understand as normal, Im not particularly excited about going to a dentist. However it was a long time ago I didnt go to check my teeth (which made me even more afraid ...), so I needed it.I ended up going to this place and I have to say, I am totally surprised on how good the visit was. They are very professional, kind and caring from the very beginning. I felt almost like being home. The doctor and their staff are all very kind and you feel they know very well what they do. The doctor is very professional and to the point, I didnt need to explain much. The cleaning of my teeth, which I was afraid would be a challenging experience given the very long time I didnt do it, was pretty amazing. That girl have magic hands and an amazing sense of managing sensibilities.I dont regret the decision to visit them. Rather Im happy I did, and I will continue doing more procedures and coming to next checks when ever it is possible for me. Going to the dentist can turn to be a nice experience.

I was terrified of dentists as a kid- and Dr. Webb changed that for me. My mom read an article about how good she was with her patients, and we quickly found that to be true! Everyone in her office is always kind and make me feel at ease. I have been a patient for many years now, and can gladly say I always look forward to my appointments. They have the best dental hygienists as well! My teeth are in good hands with them, and I always trust them to do a great job.

This review is based on years of being a patient at this practice. I will say Dr. Webbs staff is amazing. They are kind and friendly. Dr. Webb sometimes is another story. She can be friendly, but she can also be discourteous. She has been rude to me before, but Ive brushed it off. This time was the last straw. I wanted a little cosmetic dentistry done. Dr. Webb suggested a treatment plan. I wanted to know what other options were available. When I wanted to know what other options were available outside her treatment plan, her demeanor change. She changed from pleasant to distasteful. I was stunned by how she talked down to me. I was so uncomfortable with her that I couldnt get out of her office fast enough. The unfortunate part is I believe that she doesnt realize when she becomes unmannerly. She is a good dentist, but not to the point where I can accept her unpleasant demeanor.

I thought I had found a good dental office and had been going there for years... a new office coordinator came on and over time began being very rude to me. Cutting me off and not answering my questions. Making me feel insecure of what i was asking.. wierd because the last procedure i had done i paid my portion as usual for my crown. All of a sudden a year later i am being mailed a late payment of 500$ because they filed through the insurance wrong and the money was mailed to my husband who i was separated from... needless to say its now on my credit report. They must have really wanted to get their name out there for them to go that far with it... especially because i trusted them to file correctly. I miss Ursula. ;*(

They answered all my questions and gave me some helpful and informative information about my dental care as well as concerns. The atmosphere was very pleasant. My normal dentist was unable to see me today for an emergency visit. I called Dr. Webbs office and they were able to get me within a couple of hours. 0 stars! This woman (DR. Sonya Thomas-Webb) was the rudest dentist I have ever seen. As a matter of fact she was the rudest person Ive ever experienced in the entire healthcare field. She talked down to me. She was verbally attacking me for not having the means to see a dentist in years prior. She asked what I wanted to do before even giving me any information as to what she had found on X-rays. I do not recommend this lady to anyone. Unless being talked to like an idiot is fun for you.

I find Ms.Stotts review hard to believe. I have been a patient for years and I have never experience anything remotely like she describes coming from Dr. Webb. Most people dont like the person that bears bad news. I think if Ms. Stott goes home and looks in the mirror( and opens her mouth) she will see that Dr Webb is not the source of her problems.

I am proud to call Dr. Sonya Thomas-Webb my dentist. She has been the dentist for our family for more than 15 years. My soon to be 7 year old grand-daughter has also been treated by her. She even calls her Dr. Sonya. Over the years Dr. Webb has performed state of the art crown work for me and even recommended me to a wonderful orthodontist for braces.She is a dentist that not only hears what you say but also listens to how your dental concerns affects your outward appearance and feeling of confidence. Having said that, I am an adult who was able to resolve the imperfection of my smile and improve my over-all personal appearance.She is progressive in her profession as noted by her on-going continuing education attendance. She not only updates her impeccable denistry skills, she also includes her essential staff to attend national and local administrative and clinical presentations and clinical workshops. Dr. Webb is currently completing an M.B.A. degree focused in Denistry Clinical and Administrative Applications to provide the best possible care for her patient.A few months ago I suffered a serious and traumatic fall where I fell on my face and required immediate transport to Chesapeake General Hospital. I was taken to the emergency department where I was triaged to see a physician. Due to the seriousness of my injury, the physicians informed me I would need the care of an oral surgeon. I immediately contacted Dr. Webbs office. She called me back immediately. Did I mention this was early Sunday morning when she was in church. Next thing I knew, Dr. Webb was standing in the emergency room right out of church to assist me. The emergency room physicians were impressed. As for me, I was grateful. I also knew I had the best dentist anymore could ask for. She drove me to her office in her vehicle, removed the debris from my mouth, took panoramic pictures of my injuries and immediately e-mailed them to a wonderful oral surgeon who promptly performed surgery on me. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Webb and recommend her to everyone I know. She is skilled, competent and her office visits are affordable.Her staff are well trained and I always feel welcomed.
