This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Zahirs friendly staff made me feel welcome. They were able to get me in the same day I requested an emergency appointment for an extraction. Dr. Zahir is very kind and explains everything so that you feel comfortable with the procedure. The extraction was QUICK and PAINLESS. Bonus: There is a wave sound machine in the waiting room, which calmed my nerves, and the best part? Massage chairs while your dental work is being done! I wont go anywhere else for dental work and will recommend Cedar Road Dental to all my friends and family!

Dr Shabana made sure that during the process i was relaxed because it was my first at rhis office. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She makes sure her staff is keeping things sanitized and new.I thank her for helping me feel better.

This is the place! Everything about the staff and facility is on-point. I called to say I was running a few minutes late and Amber the receptionist reassured me it would not be a problem at all. Debbie, my dental hygienist was great company for my dental cleaning. The star of the show, Dr. Zahir, was also phenomenal! She effortlessly filled 2 cavities for me and was encouraging throughout the entire process. If you are not 100% satisfied with your current dentist I recommend Cedar Road Dental because of their amazing staff and phenomenal work!

Dr. Zahir is the most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. Merilyn is serpent and a liar. Cedar Road Dental steal money from patients. If they steal from me, youre pretty sure they steal from you too. They blackmail patients and overcharge and then blame on Insurance. One of teeth still hurts 3 months after filling. She saw it twice but did nothing.

First tooth extraction! The Dr and her assistant made me feel so at ease .... I was scared but these 2 ladies were so sweet and understanding and help my visit today at ease..... I recommend them to everyone.... same day appt and emergency pain relief for me !!! I’m going back ! 😘😘😘....T.Scott

First off, l have dentist anxiety something terrible. If thats a thing. But after some mouth pain, heavy a-googling and prayer, l decided upon Cedar Road Dental. Let me tell you.....Dr. Zahir and her ENTIRE STAFF are absolutely incredible. I feel so confident about my dental health and care now. They were not only extremely professional, but very knowledgeable, patient, they TAKE THE TIME to tell you what their doing, even address your concerns and questions. I could write a page aboit how wonderful my new forever dentist is. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist office. From the moment you walk in, pure excellence.

I cracked a tooth at the beginning of this whole lock down thing. I had an appointment with my dentist for a cleaning the next week, but they canceled it and told me to call back when it gets painful. I get it. Its hard to see patience, but tooth infections are actually very dangerous. I babied the tooth, and then three weeks later pain started. I wasnt going to wait any longer and I googled for dentists. I found Dr Zahir / Cedar Road Dentist / Ideal Smiles.The website was insanely helpful. I filled everything out, and got a call back (something unheard of from my experience in the area - normally doing anything online results in becoming last priority).I was scheduled as soon as possible for an exam at the Ideal Smiles location in Virginia Beach. I was called before-hand and told about expectations for COVID-19 safety. I went in about 20 minutes early in my mask. I was handed a sanitized pen, and clipboard with the paperwork. I filled everything out and even my copy of ID etc was handed back to me sanitized and cleaned.I have honestly never encountered a thoroughly clean and sanitized waiting space. And even better - the office staff was so kind and polite. They were understanding of my situation, and worked with me during some pretty severe special circumstances.The hygienist who was helping and Dr Zahir came in with full PPE gear on, and I am so grateful to them for being so thoroughly careful. There was never a time I felt at risk.I left with a referral for an endodontist, and instruction to follow up asap for a crown.My experience with endodontist was satisfactory, but definitely held no candle to the care and disease prevention Dr Zahir and her team uphold.I went back today for my crown. This time at the Cedar Road location, and again the level of care, sanitation, and safety during this time is commendable. I appreciate how seriously they are taking this situation as my son is immunocompromised.As for the dental care, she was thorough and kind and patient. The work was on a far back tooth, and it was at an odd angle. Dr Zahir was super patient and explained thoroughly what was going on for me. I struggled quite a bit with my own anxiety around dental work, but she was so patient and careful and kind. I genuinely appreciated her patience with me.Long review summed up, amazing experience thoroughly felt safe going in right now! Thanks Dr Zahir and staff!

Dr. Zahir, Dr. Dukes, Pam, Jan, Debbie, and the entire team are amazing! My husband and I moved from Chesapeake to Poquoson last year, and we dont hesitate to make the commute to stay patients of Cedar Road Dental. The facility is great, and the people are amazing! So worth the drive!!!
