This was an excellent for working with grown men, but the new nurse is a pill! or needs a pill. as of Sept 2011 I had to pull the rating all the way from excellent with grown men to hate it for kids. My daughter cried and cried and told him it was not numb. The nurse..uncaring, argumentative nurse said.. all the kids cry.. She is 17.. Not A KID! She was in pain because the injection was placed in the muscle properly. We have been to dentists that dont make all the kids cry. I have had that happen, and if you have ever been drilled on without a tooth dumb.. it is not because all the kids cry... it is because the injection is not proper. Your kids should not feel it.. they dont let parents back there or I would have stopped the appointment. He said, lets just get through this. rather than stopping. He said she was crying, but he had already started. I could have gone to a different dentist.. got her some pain killer filled in 20 minutes.. screw his schedule. AWFUL AWFUL,

The worst. 2 root canals poorly done that i had to get fixed elsewhere. dont go unless you like paying for things twice.
