Having Sleep Apnea and going to Coastal Smile Design to get information was excellent. There was a lot going on that I had no idea about and I found out that I will be a good candidate for a dental device to help with my sleep apnea. The Staff was awesome!

I had not kept up with my dental health and developed some pain. I went into the office, explained my situation and was graciously granted a next day appointment. Dr. Parvin and her assistant Christine saw me; did a series of x-rays and with a gentle evaluation - she diagnosed an infection, started me on a regimen of antibiotics and pain control and referred me to another provider for treatment for my situation. I have another appointment to follow up with Dr. Parvins group for a complete dental care plan. They were kind, caring, gentle and I look forward to going to the dentist for the first time in my life!

Dr. Parvin is the first dentist in the area that I have had who not only does a wonderful job, but she also has a very calming manner with her patients. I tend to be anxious about dental work, but she calmly explains what she is about to do, or when you will feel pressure, or vibration from the drill, etc. She sees both of my teens as well who both feel equally comfortable about going to the dentist. Shes been great for my family!

Awesome experience! Had an emergency and they fit me in the same day even though I wasn’t an existing patient. My family and I have been going to Coastal Smile Design for years. The office staff is wonderful and friendly. The office is always very clean. Dr Parvin is a wonderful dentist, shes very warm and friendly, and always listens to any concern we have. While my son was in collage, on a Saturday night, while at a party, he had one of his front teeth knock out. Actually is was broken in half. I called the after hours number and spoke to Dr Parvin and she had him come to her office on a Sunday and fixed his tooth, He didnt miss a day of college. She is truly a wonderful dentist and shows that she cares about her patients.

This was my first visit and I was nervous because it was an emergency visit and I dont have insurance. The office was very welcoming and so were the doctors assistants. I love this dentist! All of the staff are very professional and nice. You get a small town feel when you come in. You are not just a number to them you feel like old friends. Also they are honest and are not trying to rip you off.

The best of the best and as near painless as you can get for dental work without being put to sleep! I recently had some repairs to old work as well as cosmetic improvements to my teeth and bite, and I am so very pleased with Dr. Parvin and her lab tech and the rest of the staff as well. There are truly not words to describe the level of compassion and care that Dr. Parvin shows her patients. It is beyond obvious that the well-being of her patients is the most important aspect of her job instead of just being in her profession for the money like 99% of dentists nowadays. I will absolutely never see a different dentist. If I was able to give her an endless amount of stars, I would. You will absolutely never find another dentist that will provide this level of care.. and while doing so, she will make you feel as though you have known her for years. Hands down, the best in the area... and probably on this coast.

I love Dr. Parvin! I have small fiber neuropathy and am in so much pain for days after any dental work. She is the only one that left me pain free and was able to do a filling without numbing me. I transferred my entire family to her office! Very happy patient.

My whole family goes here and they have always given excellent service. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable. My 2 1/2 year old son just had his first appointment and they were so nice and made him so comfortable.I went in today to get a chip fixed on my front tooth and they did such an awesome job. I was in out very quick and now my tooth looks better than it did before the chip! You can tell they really care and want to do their best to service you.

Dr. Parvin was recommended by a friend. Now I understand why. Great appointment all around. Dr. P is warm and friendly and takes time with you unlike other practices where the dentist may breeze in and out.

I have been going to Dr. Parvin for a couple of years now. In my opinion, this is the best dental office I have ever been to in my life - and thats no small statement given that Im 62 years old. I had a new patient appointment today at Coastal Smile Design. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful first impression. The office was nice and clean. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail in examining and charting my teeth by the hygienist. She explained everything she was doing and why. I was also impressed watching her clean and sanitize the equipment immediately after she finished with me. I really enjoyed meeting and talking with Dr. Karen Parvin. We discussed my treatment plan and she did not pressure me in any way on how or when to proceed. She was very reassuring. She did a very thorough examination of my teeth and also checked the tightness along my jawline and head for TMJ, explaining everything as she was examining me. I am usually very stressed at a dentist office but each step in the appointment was very relaxing. Great experience!!

I went to this dentist after a year of not having dental work done. I have a horrible fear of dentists as well as generalized Anxiety disorder, but right from the start the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. But the best part was my hygienist noticed I was shaking and brought me a blanket, then laid the X-ray vest on it to create a weighted blanket. It calmed my anxiety right down. The dentist was also so nice. They both reassured me that even though I do need quite a lot of work done, they were there to make me feel as safe as possible. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love this place! My dad and I were treated extremely well. The staff is very kind and you immediately feel as if they were taking care of their own family member.
