I had to reschedule my appointment and the office manager was great with helping me get a new appointment without waiting for a long period of time. The hygienist asked me if I was okay periodically to make sure she wasn’t hurting me. My teeth feel and look great. My gums aren’t overly sore, like I have experienced at other establishments. A clean and relaxing facility plus a great staff makes this place 5 stars!

This Clinic has very unprofessional staff They are very judgemental especially the woman who explains your treatment plan she is very nasty and doesnt understand that people dealing with dental problems from Health issues doesnt want to be told they would be able to address certain issues and then once they are in the office they address none of the issues they were told would be handled over the phone it is very irritating and time wasting. She ruined the entire visit. Do not waste your time at this office. Whomever I spoke with on the phone before my visit obviously didnt know what they were talking about because I was given the absolute wrong information I was very respectful and could have been Belligerent and made a scene But i didnt But neverthelessDidnt disrespect anyone didnt curse anyone instead I sat quietlyTrying to understand the processAs the woman who explains the treatmentJust was notTrying to explain it to me since I felt some type of way about being Misinformed So I guess that gave her the right to not do her job and soon as I left the office was able to find another dentist to do what they could not do in a professional manner. Everyone besides the woman who explains your treatment was very understanding and although I appreciated them I still didnt receive what I scheduled the appointment for.

I normally dont post reviews. However, I will make an exception. My visit to the Alencar Dental practice was EXCELLENT and very informative. I went on (5/6/21) for a prima facie consultation for implants, to have options to choose from for this major procedure I am facing. I was anxious, nervous, scared and embarrassed...in part due to the nature of the extensive work necessary, as well as the costs. They were VERY thorough and professional...beginning with the front desk, dental hygienist, dentist and manager. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the offices decor is/was very beautiful, soothing and comfortable, which helped greatly with my nerves and fears. With all that being said...it was the office managers transparency and compassion that was beyond what I expected. I felt that she (Valeria) was like talking to a friend...someone who understood and cares...a true blessing. Although I have not yet confirmed my dentist selection...because there is a LOT that I have to sort through. But, if all goes well on my end and with Gods blessing this could be my new dentist😁. However, for any unforseen reasons that I am unable to move forward with the dental procedure(s) with this Dental practice (Alencar), I would still highly recommend them for dental care/needs. It seems that they truly care, have compassion and respect for their patients and their (our) (sometimes) dyer, emotional and physical dental needs. Keep up your great work. Very cheerful and wonderful atmosphere with extremely professional services are demonstrated and provided at Alencar Dentistry. The dental services are great and superbly orchestrated by a multifaceted staff with a cheerful attitude. The personnel are multilingual and hail from several countries of origin. I have never interacted with any professional organization or business with better skills in their field of endeavor than Alencar Dentistry.

Including pricing, planning and scheduling. I found the pricing to be great. I think between everyone that works there they probably speak 6 languages. Love the diversity at this office. Extremely happy with Dr Jayme. Very professional and wonderful with my kids. I have 4 kids and they loved to come to the dentist. They let me be with my kids and very professional and kind. The office is very organized and CLEAN!!! Not only to mention they support our troops!! Very affordable too. I’m always picky with my healthcare providers and dental is definitely a top priority as I take care of my teeth. I came upon Dr.O’s office and I gotta say his office is probably the best one out of all the offices I had been to. The Dental Hygienist was very light on my teeth and explained to me in details what was going on and how to take care of my teeth. When I had my fillings, Dr.O was did it so comfortably I didn’t even know I was getting my fillings. Everybody including the Receptionists were extremely friendly and show their concerns. Essentially this office actually cares about their patients.

With various needs to attend to, a Friend recommended ALENCAR DENTISTRY to me and gave me the telephone number of the offices. From the first call, Pamela answered every concern I had, when I eventually got to the office all the staff were very attentive.The very clean and sterilized facilities, the environment even in the chair to be attended by the Doctor gave me calm since I do not sympathize much with Dental Offices.
