I ordered the elite storage rack for my new physical therapy clinic in Chicago after searching several different companies for high quality equipment. I was impressed with the equipment that this company offered. There were some issues with my order and the delivery which were frustrating, however, I was very impressed with how the company handled it. As a business owner myself, I understand that issues come up and sometimes you are unable to satisfy the full needs of your customer, regardless of what the reason is or whose fault it is. Whats important is how you respond to it and what you do to please your customer. I will say that, my interactions with Amy and the overall customer service was excellent and something that you rarely see these days with companies. The quality of the rack is great and their other products are unique and of excellent quality. For that reason, I will continue to use MoveStrong for future orders at my current clinic and future clinics that I open. I would also recommend them to anyone else debating on their products or their operations.

I ordered a heavy bag from Movestrong. It is made up of vinyl and fabric, no use of sand which is normally found in a common punching bag. Also, I would like to appreciate the Movestrongs team as they take care of the clients basic needs, and provide additional information. Thanks.
