I always enjoy my workouts here. Every time I come in I feel like family. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing a warm smile on the workers face when I see them. The first time I ever hit 225 on chest press the staff was there to hype me up. Also their social media page is always on top of it. The trainer tip Tuesdays have really helped evolve my form. Perfect place to come here when you want a good workout. This place is never crowded. Whatever I need to workout, the equipment is always available. Whenever I have questions about anything, there is always staff here to answer my questions. They keep this place very clean, too!!

Brandon and Brandt are two of the best workers I have ever encountered in my life. They are the main reason I go to the gym as much as I do. They are super professional and really great guys!!

Want to work out but you’re afraid of germs? Look no further! WOA keeps equipment clean and provides cute mini towels to keep dumbbells & barbells in squeaky clean condition so you can get that pump in 💪🏼. Only pitfall is that is a little smaller floor plan but not bad for being so close to everything downtown!

I had an issue with my gym cancellation when we moved but received a call from the owner who handled the issue gracefully. It was much appreciated. This facility was always very clean and I wish I still lived close to I could still workout there.

They suppose to give you a free trial day and even that, you are not allowed to workout, THEY ARE FALSE AND TELLING YOU LIES AND after someone call me for free tour, why would I spend my time to walk in the gym?

Canceled in March in person, in the building, was charged for two more months after moving out of TN. Had to call multiple times to have a cancellation email sent to me, just to be charged $30 more dollars to CANCLE A SUBSCRIPTION FROM TWO MONTHS AGO. What a scam who would pay this much in fees to work out in a building smaller than my apartment.

Clean with a friendly staff and a wide array of equipment

It’s basically impossible to cancel your membership with this place. I asked the gym and the billing company ABC Financial to cancel months ago. Both denied they could do this. After multiple requests to cancel via phone with Workout Anytime and through ABC Financial, I received notices threatening to turn this over to Collections. I spent hours on phone calls to try to cancel this membership, and they are unable to help. Gym staff were very unprofessional and unable to process my cancellation requests.UPDATE: I have a PC and am computer literate— that’s not the issue. The problem is rude and inept staff lied to me and gave me the run-around. If you want to make this right all you have to do is refund my payments after a cancellation that I requested multiple times.Now, to protect my excellent credit score, I had to pay $175.00 for the time period that I have not set foot in this gym, and I am still concerned about whether they have honored my most recent cancellation request. Very Disappointing.

Ive worked out as a guest here a couple times and was unimpressed by the quality and quantity of equipment. I know the fees are fairly cheap, but Ill pay to not have to wait to use an out of date machine.To the owner, please please please... Take some time to develop a deeper understanding of race relations. It is SO important that we as community commit ourselves to understanding and loving each other. There is no room for ignorance in our age. There are so many resources at your disposal. Please take some time to educate yourself and your staff.

We tried to cancel our membership at the start of COVID & they told us it was taken care of until months later they slapped hundreds of dollars in late fees and set their lawyers on us. Its truly repulsive that businesses like this one are using the pandemic as an excuse to scam their own customers. Also the equipment is pretty limited and everything smells like sweat.

Small space, with plenty of workout equipment. Doesnt get overly busy. Management is solid, though front office personel can be improved.

Convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and well maintained equipment. Only con is the small-ish floor plan, but this gym makes great use of the space.

New to Chattanooga we visited many gyms and Workout Anytime in North Shore checked all our boxes. It is convenient and like the name says, you can work out anytime. The staff is friendly and supportive and the gym itself is clean and well maintained. Everyone that attends the gym is courteous and do their thing. For price, equipment, and staff, I know we made the right choice.

I’ve tried to cancel my membership here multiple times. I’ve called in. They refused to cancel my membership. I was given a cancellation website that does not work. I asked to speak to a manager on two separate calls. I was “transferred” both times and “accidentally” hung up on. I called back and the person who hung up on me now said she “was like a manager”. She would not cancel my membership. I finally went in and was told by the manager that she couldn’t cancel my membership. She tried to claim that the website wouldn’t work because I must be using internet explorer, which I don’t.Update: If it is so simple to cancel my membership, please do so immediately.Second Update: Still no contact from them on the supposedly easy to cancel membership.Third update: They still refuse to cancel my membership. I have offered to pay whatever is needed multiple times. They are now calling me repeatedly calling me but refusing to cancel the membership.Further update: Got a call from ABC Alerts, who claims to handle the payments for this club. I offered to pay whatever is owed if they would cancel my membership. She said she couldn’t do it, but she told me to just go in to the local club to cancel the membership. I told her that the “manager” claimed that was impossible for her to do. The lady on the other end seemed shocked and said “that isn’t accurate”. Pretty interesting.

My wife and I have been members of Workout Anytime for the past 2.5 years and I can honestly say its always gotten better. Over the years Ive seen management continually reinvest in the gym. They added several high-tech treadmills, a StairMaster and new free weight benches while continually replacing pads before they wear out. They even replaced the flooring to keep the place looking new. Management understands what people want in a gym - and they spend the money to give it to you.As for the staff, I honestly dont know how they always find such great people. Everyone (literally) is cheerful, conversational and always ready to help you out. The gym (and locker room!) is very clean - and consistently stays that way. And, pricing is very fair. After 2.5 years I can honestly say Workout Anytime is one of the best gyms weve ever been to and if I could give them six stars, I would.

Standard gym, got some weights and two bench presses. Bunch of treadmills. When you sign up make sure you read all the fine print. What they don’t tell you is that to cancel you have to do so “30 days” in advance. Which really means when you try to cancel we’re going to charge you a 30$ cancellation fee. Definitely read what you sign from these people. Golds down the street is just a little more expensive but the facility is 10x bigger and they are a little more honest.

The Best gym in town, hands down!

This place is awesome. I was visiting from out of state looking for a place to fit in a few workouts and was lucky enough to find Anytime. Rick was great, the facility was super clean and has everything you could need. They are also in the process of putting up what looks to be some pretty epic Halloween decorations. Looking forward to dropping by again while I am in town.

Great team. All the people that come here are nice. Everyone shares the equipment. The place stays clean and has a positive vibe. Been here for four years and can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Another update... Back to one star. Apparently, not getting through the door once a week is just something that happens. My membership was given to me by my company, so it’s been free to me. That is about the right price for being able to “Workout Most of the Time”. Will try again, but already feeling like this will not be the place for me. Better to have the “inconvenience” of a gym with regular hours that I can actually enter.Staffed hours are 9-9. Guess that’s the time to go.Original post: May update but we’ll see. So far I signed up for my membership yesterday. When I went this morning at 5:30 (30 degrees outside) my card didn’t work to let me in.The tour yesterday was promising. Lots of nice equipment. Hopefully, I’ll get to use it.On a side note, getting dressed for work in your car can be a surprisingly effective cardio workout.

Loved the gym. Fair prices for travelers. They got all equipment you need to transform your body and reach goals. The only downside is its not very spacious and sometimes you have to wait a good bit to get a free bench or a piece of equipment you need.

Ive had gym memberships all of my adult life, and besides basic equipment, the most important factor to consider is the staff. Workout Anytime is spot on! Great gym. Small footprint and somewhat condensed but doesnt feel overly crowded. Free parking on the 3rd level of parking garage is nice, except climbing those stairs after a 4 mile run. 😁

Good format, and I like the fact I can any other gym within the franchise.Locker rooms are clean and well maintained. You do need to bring your own towel and soap at most.locations, though.For the price, I think its a great option and much nicer than options that cost a few bucks less per month.

This is a great place to workout. It is in a convenient location especially if you live in the Northshore area. Rick at the front desk is always helpful and conversational. Not to mention Anytime fitness is not an expensive membership. Go in and check it out!

The facility is great for a low budget gym. If you pay for a year in full, its quite cost effective and they waive the hidden fees. The staff are so unorganized though. The turn around time on managers, trainers, and front desk staff is ridiculous. I had a monthly check in visit scheduled, and showed up only to find out the trainer wasnt there. I tried to reschedule and they wouldnt help me. If you dont need anything from the staff, its a great place to workout. Its small, but theres a variety of nice equipment. Dont expect much help from the staff. A lot of them are friendly, its just so unorganized.

Coming from someone who hasnt been to the gym in years this was a great place to start. The staff is always friendly and encouraging! They really make you feel better about yourself! Not to mention its great to be able to workout,shower, tan. They have hair dryers, straighteners, and curling irons! This is the place to go!!!

Best place to work out in Chattanooga. Always open, clean, friendly and with machines available. Rick, the manager, is on top of his game -- knows everyone, cares about the place and makes you want to come back. And, yes, the price is right!

Signed up with the manager Rick and was never informed that there were two tiers of pricing, of course he sold me on the more expensive one. I was never told that the lockers were day use only and had my lock cutoff and all of my items thrown away by rick the mgr and was told that I’m out of luck and no reimbursement of 100 shoes would be provided. Horrible customer service and lack of information, complete jerk about it on the phone and offered no resolution at all to him throwing away my items. Would definitely not recommend signing up to go here.

Good budget gym at just $15 a month. But it is a budget gym. Has all the essentials to get in a good workout, but the equipment is a bit limited if you are looking at doing a lot of free weight training—only one bench and one squat rack, which often leads to long weight times. Get a second squat rack and some new foam rollers and this would be a five star review :)Shout out to Rick for killing the game at the front desk, though! Always a friendly face.

I have worked for years, but not really trying, to lose weight. Since coming to workout anytime 24/7 I have lost over 40lbs and finally have some of my natural energy back. I’m so thankful for the staff for always having a smile on their faces, willing to help and give advice when needed. The facility is always clean and a great environment to just escape from everydays stress and craziness. My husband and I love this place!!

The staff here are awesome! I trained here in the early part of the cycling season and felt welcome every visit. The staff are ready to offer advice whenever you need and the facility is clean. Great spot!

I bought my membership in January 2014 through a $50 sign-up special and later got my fiance to sign up for through a free special. Even though it can be really busy as certain hours, the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and supportive. I see the personal training staff there on a regular basis answering questions and assisting people, even if they are not their paid clients. I feel totally comfortable workout out here and asking for help. For 15 bucks a month, its a really sweet deal! Plus its really clean, which I appreciate :)

Its a good gym. Kind of packed in there but the people are cool and for someone traveling the daily and weekly rates are perfect!

This business is crap. When I signed up, the person signing me up assured me that my insurance would cover the premium membership. Surprise! It didnt. Luckily I didnt have to pay for that.I paid to work with a trainer to start out and the trainer canceled on me 5 different times and I was never provided the service that I paid for.There are hidden fees. It is not actually 15$ per month, there is also a rate guarantee fee that is around 50$ paid once a year. Additionally, when you cancel your membership, you must do it in person AND pay for an additional month due to processing time. Pay more and go somewhere else. Most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced.

Ive been a member here off and on for over 6 years and Ive never had anything but great things to say. Tons of equipment, great Staff and awesome atmosphere. Theyve always been super easy to work with, cant recommend enough!

I joined mainly to be able to run when the weather is bad and maybe do a little supplemental weight training. I’ve never been a gym person, but this is perfect for my needs and made a world of difference when I had an injury and had to change up my routine. Everything works well, the place is clean, and the staff/ trainers are friendly and will actually give you helpful advice if you want to try out something new. The only downsides is that parking is a pain. For the monthly fee though, it is well worth it.

Workout Anytime is an amazing place. It was the first place I went to when moving to Chatt and they made me feel at home! Rick and Jessica are amazing to talk to! Garrett also is extremely knowledge and has helped me improve my squat form. Go check them out!

This place is awesome. Came to town for the hurrican and needed a place to blow of steam and continue my game plan in the gym. Rick and austin were more than willing to work with me on a price for the week. Great place, stop in for a great atmosphere and helpful staff.

What do you get for your $15.95/mo? A nice clean gym with a very good selection of machines, free weights, treadmills, and step machines. Its really nice that theyve added a real squat rack recently.I dont need the pool, fancy locker room, classes, etc. at the more expensive places, just a clean place to work out. This is it and the price is right.

Great facility and always greeted with smiling faces! Forgot our membership card while visiting Florida, called our home location (Northshore) and Rick was super helpful making sure we got all the info we needed to get into the gym.

Just relocated to chatt and checking out gyms and got online 14 day pass went to location the day after Christmas and guy atbfront desk would not honor free pass because i havent changed my licence yet ..been here 3 days over holidays ..but he would gladly sign me up for membership with out of state d.l or i could pay $10 foforday pass...WOW..no thanks wont be back

Ive been going to this gym with my future mother-in-law and using a trainer for about 9 months now and Ive had a great experience! My trainer keeps things fresh and is very nice and flexible on scheduling. The gym itself is clean and has lots of options. The only two small complaints I might have would be that the temperature is unpredictable so sometimes its really hot and sometimes cold, and there were a couple of weeks when like 4 of the treadmills werent working. Eventually they got fixed, and staff assured us they were working on getting them repaired every time we inquired about them. The staff has been very nice and professional with us in all interactions.

Removed two stars. After paying for a year during the pandemic and not stepping in the place you would think they would thank you for your support. All I got was call complaining my card did not work for yearly dues. I think its time to go elsewhere.

This gym is great for anyone from powerlifters, to casual gym-goers. A very nice and cozy place. All the equipment you could ask for no matter your athletic level. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines for all muscle groups. Kenneth got me and my workout buddy a great deal on a family/friend pass. The staff is so nice and they keep the facilities cleaned. Couldnt have asked for a better gym!

My girlfriend signed up for the 7 day free trial and no one advised her about the fact that during the 7 days free trial you can only go in during staffed hours. I contacted the company to try to get some kind of a resolution and at no point in time in the past two weeks since I filed my complaint have they contacted me other than to tell me somebody will contact you so expectations were not properly set and customer service stinks to high heaven

I have very positive experience with my gym. I been going to workout 24/7 almost five years and I see that the management improved every year and finally the have experience and excellent manger that have place in top condition as far as clean and complete workouts cardio I see that he care and have good staff working with him and trying to be helpful to members that’s all you can ask. Super old/dated equipment, no towels to use during workouts, dirty and they hound you to renew your membership when you cancel. Its been 8 months and I still get calls.**Update**While the calls have stopped Im still getting texts from this company after opting out multiple times and telling them I wasnt interested in joining the gym again. One star.
